The tourism sector is a mainstay and a source of foreign exchange for the country. The existence of Halal Tourism in Indonesia which can support regional economic development makes East Java a great opportunity to realize a Halal Tourism Village. East Java has 573 Tourism Villages spread across 38 regencies in 2021. However, this opportunity is not matched by optimal management. The presence of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDesa) is a solution in developing tourism activities in villages that will drive the community's economy. The purpose of this research is to find out the various kinds of opportunities that exist and the challenges faced by East Java Province in developing Halal Tourism Villages through BUMDesa which is used as a development innovation concept towards better governance. The research method uses descriptive qualitative with primary data from interviews, questionnaires and other sources as a complement. The strategy outlined through the SWOT Matrix approach follows the Internal Factor Analysis (IFAS) and External Factor Analysis (EFAS) indicators. Based on the results of this study, it shows that there is a conceptual framework for Halal Tourism Village in several sectors managed by BUMDesa. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, it shows several appropriate strategies in developing Halal Tourism Villages such as encouraging domestic and foreign investment in its development, developing a Multi-Platform information center for East Java halal tourism village based on IoT, Establishing an East Java halal tourism management authority and so on. Therefore. Dai-dai diharuskan bisa memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai medium penyampaian pesan dakwah dalam upaya menyebarkan nilai-nilai agama. Model dakwah ini kemudian disebut “Dakwah Digital”, yang akan menjadi pembahasan dalam artikel ini. Artikel ini membahas tentang dakwah Pengurus Cabang Nahdlatul Ulama (PCNU) Pamekasan melalui fans page di media sosial Facebook. Berdasar pada teori-teori dakwah dan pendekatan fenomenologis, penelitian yang digunakan dalam artikel ini ialah kualitatif-deskriptif. Artinya, hasil penelitian dalam tulisan ini dipaparkan dalam bentuk penjabaran berlandaskan data-data yang ditemukan di lapangan. Adapun data primer pada penelitian ini ialah unggahan-unggahan pada fanspage “Media NU Pamekasan” (dibuat pada 7 November 2017). Hasil penelitian yang tertuang dalam artikel ini, PCNU Pamekasan memanfaatkan media digital sebagai sarana berdakwah mengingat tingginya angka pengguna media sosial di Indonesia. Hal ini dinilai efektif untuk menangkal ajaran kelompok radikal yang memanfaatkan media sosial untuk menyebarkan pahamnya. The type of research used is descriptive-analytic qualitative research, with the object of research namely, LAZISNU Sumenep City and the Nahdlatul Ulama community scattered in Sumenep City. The data collection method used is semi-structured interview in order to answer the questions addressed. The results of the study show that participation in the annual program is still weak because the NU community who pays zakat, donates, and gives charity is still very small, not yet reaching 25% of the total population of the NU community in Sumenep City. However, participation in the monthly NU association program (lailatu al-ijtima') can be stated to be quite strong because community participation in the program has been proven to encourage an increase in income from the Sumenep City LAZISNU funds. Finally, it demands the scholars from the jurists, ushuliyyun, and Muslim scholars to always develop their studies and thoughts for the purpose of the Shari'a. Muslim figures such as Syatibi, Najmuddin at-Tufi, Jasser Auda, Ahmed an-Na'im, M. Syahrur, Khalid Abu el-Fadhl, and including Izzudin bin Abd. Salam has been trying to make efforts to float. One of the scientific developments in the methodological aspect seems to be a trend that does not die. This paper is a study of the thoughts of a character, namely Izzudin bin Abd. Greetings with a qualitative-descriptive method and using a library research approach contained in the book Qawa`id al-Ahkam fi Mashalih al-Anam. The conclusion of this book is that maslahah contains three dimensions, namely ladzat, afrakh and everything that mediates between the two. This study aims to analyze the Effect of Foreign Exchange Rate Fluctuations (US Dollar and Euro) and Inflation on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII), with an observation period during July 2017-August 2019. The data used in this study is time series data that is quantitative. which consists of data on the monthly closing value of the JII Variable, Inflation and data on the monthly closing value of the Rupiah exchange rate against the Dollar and EURO. The analytical method used is Multiple Linear Analysis, Hypothesis Testing, and Coefficient of Determination Test. The data processing is carried out using the SPSS 20.0 application. Based on the results of the t test, it partially shows that the value of the US Dollar Exchange Rate (US$) variable has a positive and not significant effect, the EURO exchange rate variable has a positive and insignificant effect while the inflation variable has a positive and insignificant effect on the Jakarta Islamic Index in the 2017-2019 period. .
