To improve the standard of living, the process of an education can last as long as the spirit is still attached to the soul. The foundation of education, namely the foundation for education which is used as a tool for developing human resources, is also a foundation that becomes a principle in thinking about a stage of planning, implementation, and the results of the educational process. In this highly sophisticated era, immoral acts stalk the next generation of the nation caused by various aspects, the reduced character education or etiquette of students towards teachers given in class or at home is one of these aspects. In carrying out economic practices (mu'amalah), quite a few people use sharia contracts. The most popular one is the syirkah contract (Syirkat al-'Inan) with the muza'ra'ah system. In this system, it is often carried out in cooperation in growing tobacco with a Tellon profit sharing system for rice field owners and Tello' Perapat for cultivators. When viewed from the syirkah 'inan, the practices carried out by the people of East Pademawu Village do not violate the provisions of the sharia economic system at all as long as they are carried out with a clear agreement and with the mutual consent of both parties. This study aims to reveal the influence of variables,  security, fintech, brand image and infrastructure on people's decisions to travel halal in Madura. This type of research was sourced from primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires in the coastal area of Madura, the meeting of 100 respondents based on the calculation of Lemeshow. Multiple linear regression analysis method used  SPSS 24 Software to analyze this research data. The results of the study include security fintech influence Sig. (0.005) on people's decisions to travel halal in Madura, infrastructure and brand image influence Sig. (<0.005) on people's decisions to travel halal in Madura. Dengan menghadirkan mantra perdukunan dapat mewujudkan perkembangan usaha. Keterampilan bisnis dan pengalaman sepertinya bisa diatasi simultan dengan dunia magis. Tujuan riset ini mengungkap makna magis dalam pemasaran. Data sekunder diperoleh dari data kualitatif 15 artikel terpilih setelah disaring dari 147 data yang dieksplorasi menggunakan Google Scholars melalui layanan aplikasi Harzing’s Publish or Perish (POP) yang terbit 5 tahun terakhir. Pencarian menggunakan kata “magic marketing”, “business spells”, “mantra marketing”. Kemudian, proses review jurnal terpilih dianalisis secara teratur dan jeli untuk reduksi data yang tereliminasi topik penelitian. Ditemukan bahwa kata gaib, sihir dan sulap sering digunakan dalam pelbagai bisnis dunia. Pemanfaatan dunia magis dalam bisnis meluas dan empiris. Bahkan dengan peranannya dapat mendorong anggapan lahirnya ‘dunia baru’ bukan hanya dalam pemasaran, melainkan juga dalam mengatasi problem kesehatan, kesejahteraan, politik, uang, cinta dan perkawinan. Peranan pesulap dan perdukunan di perkotaan memberikan warna baru dalam banyak hal dan akan terus meluas. The author also tried to contribute thoughts to enrich the theory of Islamic corporate governance, namely GCG based shariati enterprise theori based nubuwwah morals. The writing method used is qualitative research with a literature review approach. This research began by exploring scientific studies of Islamic corporate governance and ended by offering a new approach to thinking on GCG theory. Corporate governance mechanisms in Shariati-based Islamic enterprise theori more see corporate control as self-control with the principle of Tawhid carried out by individuals and corporate organizations by sticking to improving the quality of individual and social piety. The method used is a quantitative method that focuses on hypothesis testing. The sample used was 45 employees, using a random sampling technique. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires which were then processed using SPSS tools through multiple linear regression techniques. We consider validity and reliability to determine the reliability of the research statement items. Then, this study also considers classic assumptions such as normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity. After all that is fulfilled, then the hypothesis testing is carried out. This reserach used a qualitative method with Simple Linier Regression. The data of this research was acquired through observations and questionnaires towards 70 samples of 239 population using Purposive Sampling. The result of this research explains that there is a significant outcome towards pupils' learning development which is showed by Pearson Product Moment Correlation. The emergence of the phenomenon of intolerance and radicalism certainly becomes asbabun nuzul from moderation so the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia feels the need to make religious moderation a policy focus. This paper aims to reveal policy analysis and strategies for strengthening religious moderation in the context of education in Indonesia. The research method used is qualitative with the type of library research using the note-taking technique. The results of this study indicate that the policy of strengthening religious moderation is contained in the 2020-2024 RPJMN which promotes strengthening religious moderation through 5 (five) strategies to strengthen religious moderation including; religious broadcasting, education system, management of houses of worship, management of public spaces, and Islamic boarding schools. Pengembangan sumber daya insani menjadi sebuah kebutuhan yang disebabkan salah satunya oleh laju perkembangan industri berbasis syariah, khususnya industri lembaga keuangan. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk menggambarkan bagaimana proses rekrutmen karyawan yang ada di BSI Gadai Emas Bangkalan dan selanjutnya nanti akan ditinjau menggunakan teori Manajemen Sumber Daya Insani (MSDI) dalam ekonomi islam. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan teori MSDI sebagai dasar yang meliputi pengertian dasar, prinsip-prinsip MSDI, proses MSDI, dan faktor penentu MSDI. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif, metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi, metode analisis data menggunakan analisis kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam BSI sebelum proses open rekrutmen sudah diterapkan perencanaan (planning/ at-takhthiith) yang baik terkait dengan karyawan, pengorganisasian (organizing/attanziem) sudah ada dan berjalan secara maksimal, pengarahan (actuating/at-tansiiq) dikomando oleh pemimpin, pimpinan tersebut sudah menerapkan jiwa kepemimpinan yang menekankan prinsip kekeluargaan yang islami, dan pengendalian (controlling/ almuraqabah) dilakukan dengan sistem yang baik dengan didukung kebijakan-kebijakan yang membangun. Untuk sistem rekrutmennya yaitu penyebaran informasi, seleksi, penerimaan, training, pembagian job atau bagian, penentuan gaji dan reward, dan terakhir terkait kehadiran dan kedisiplinan selama bekerja.
