Thus it is not uncommon for the law to apply based on 'Urf. 'Urf which is used as a source of law for an action must exist at the time the action was carried out. There is no affirmation (nas) that contradicts 'urf. The use of 'urf will not result in the exclusion of certain texts from the Shari'at, because the texts of Syara' must take precedence over 'urf. If the Syara text' can be combined with 'urf, then the 'urf can still be used \u0000The results of the study show that: First, in society 5.0 to keep pace with the progress of the times, the concept of urgency is urgent to be used as a source of law. However, 'Urf can be said as a word and deed that involves a habit that is often done. In the era of society 5.0, every activity is easily carried out so that the urf urf must be analyzed to always be in accordance with the demands of the times and remain based on sharia. 'Urf is considered as one of the sources of law, where many elements are taken from applicable laws, then issued in the form of articles in the law. The conditions for 'urf as a source of Islamic law are, 'urf must apply continuously or mostly apply, 'urf which is used as a source of law for an action must exist at the time the action was carried out, there is no affirmation (nas) that contradicts 'urf, usage' urf will not result in the exclusion of definite passages from the Shari'at. Second, 'Urf in the view of Urf jurisprudence does not conflict with the texts so that the law contained in the texts cannot be applied. 'Urf like this cannot be used as a sharia argument', because the insult of 'urf can only be accepted if there is no text containing the law of the problem at hand. The study aims to understand the factors that influence consumers' decision-making process when selecting travel agencies for their religious pilgrimages hajj and umrah. The research employs a quantitative approach, utilizing a structured questionnaire to collect data from a sample of potential pilgrims a hajj and umrah in PT. X. Statistical analysis techniques, including regression analysis, are employed to examine the relationships between price, quality of service, and consumer interest. The findings reveal that both price and quality of service significantly influence consumer interest in Hajj and Umrah travel agencies. Specifically, affordable pricing and superior service quality emerge as key drivers for consumers' selection of travel agencies. The study provides valuable insights for travel agencies to enhance their competitive advantage and attract more customers by strategically managing pricing strategies and improving service quality. Moreover, it contributes to the existing body of knowledge on consumer behavior within the context of religious tourism, particularly for the Hajj and Umrah market segment. Di dalam fitrah manusia terdapat potensi bawaan yang dibawa oleh manusia yakni potensi daya atau kekuatan untuk bisa menerima sebuah tauhid atau agama islam maka dari itu dalam adanya lingkungan dan keluarga sangat mempengaruhi dan strategis dalam mengembangkan fitrah manusia itu sendri, dengan artian kalau anak di arahkan kepada hal yang positif dan baik maka akan terarah dan menjadikan dirinya sebegai penerus bangsa regenerasi bangsa yang cinta damai, tentram, inklusif, dan terus mengembangkan. Therefore, adaptation efforts are needed into the Indonesian context by taking into account socio-cultural and religious values. The purpose of this study is to develop multicultural skills for prospective counselors who meet the criteria, accuracy, accuracy, and propriety that have been tested by experts and user tests. In addition, the guide can be used in the development of multicultural skills of prospective counselors. This research uses development research design. The results showed that the multicultural competency guide was based on the value of moderation and met the criteria, accuracy, accuracy, and appropriateness. Based on the results of the pre-test and post-test, it shows that there is a significant difference between before and before being given a multicultural competency guide based on an-Nahdliyah moderation values. Islamic studies require an approach that is able to provide grounded answers, sociological studies are one that researchers can do. The social problems faced by society are the manifestation of human thought patterns and understanding of religion. Sociology is a science that studies the interaction between individuals as a manifestation of the nature of living together, so that religion has a role in maintaining harmony in social life. This study uses a literature review approach by making sociological figures as part of the primary source. The results of the study show that the dominance of this sociological approach in responding to society and society is proof that this approach is very easy to understand religion and preserve the sharia elements of that religion. The influence of social life on the development of religion can be proven by social approaches. At the same time, religion can also influence people in their actions. The purpose of this study was to find out about the management of BUMDes HIPPAM in Prigi Kanor Bojonegoro Village, to find out village economic empowerment from an Islamic economic perspective. The method used in this study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, the source of data obtained from primary and secondary data. Data was collected using observation data collection techniques, interviews and documentation. The technical analysis of this research data includes data reduction, data presentation and conclusion/verification. The results of this study show that the management of BUMDes in Prigi village has been well carried out in accordance with the purpose of BUMDes, but the BUMDes of HIPPAM business unit has not been evenly distributed due to lack of capital and network. The empowerment of SOEs for the HIPPAM business unit, the indicators of Tinkin Maddi (Material) of the community experienced changes in expenditure to get water sources, with the presence of HIPPAM being more affordable.
