Achievements are always associated with the execution of an activity or activity. Learning achievement is inseparable from learning activities, because learning is a process, while learning achievement is the output of the learning process. The purpose of this research is to know the big picture contribution of character education and student's learning motivation to student achievement on IPS subject in SMP Negeri 1 Amuntai Selatan. Method of analysis descriptive analysis with quantitative approach assisted statistical calculation. The population of this study is all students of SMP Negeri 1 Amuntai Selatan academic year 2017/2018. The sample is 71 students. Instruments using questionnaires were analyzed by multiple regression. The results showed that is a contribution of character education and learning motivation to student achievement on social studies subjects in SMP Negeri 1 Amuntai Selatan jointly contributed.Keywords: Character Education, Motivation, Learning AchievementAbstrakKecocokan pendidikan karakter dengan subjek erat kaitannya dengan proses pembelajaran. Prestasi selalu dikaitkan dengan pelaksanaan suatu aktivitas atau aktivitas. Prestasi belajar tidak dapat dipisahkan dari kegiatan belajar, karena belajar adalah suatu proses, sedangkan prestasi belajar merupakan keluaran dari proses pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kontribusi gambaran besar pendidikan karakter dan motivasi belajar peserta didik terhadap prestasi belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran IPS di SMP Negeri 1 Amuntai Selatan. Metode analisis deskriptif analisis dengan pendekatan kuantitatif membantu perhitungan statistik. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik SMP Negeri 1 Amuntai Selatan tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Sampelnya adalah 71 peserta didik. Instrumen menggunakan kuesioner dianalisis dengan regresi berganda. Classroom Action Research is conducted when learning activities take place, both overall and related to the material. The results of the study show that the application of role playing makes students as the subject of learning activities, and they must actively practice the communication with their friends. Learning motivation of students looks enthusiastic and dynamic. So that it can improve the positive climate to improve maximum learning outcomes.Keywords: Learning, role playing, and learning motivationAbstrakPendidikan merupakan suatu kegiatan yang berintikan interaksi antara peserta didik dengan para pendidik serta berbagai sumber pendidikan. Interaksi antara peserta didik dengan pendidik dan sumber-sumber pendidikan tersebut dapat berlangsung dalam situasi pergaulan (pendidikan), Penelitian Tindakan Kelas digunakan guna mendeskripsikan motivasi dan hasil belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi peserta didik kelas X IIS SMA Negeri 2 Banjarmasin. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dilakukan ketika kegiatan pembelajaran yang berlangsung, baik secara keseluruhan maupun terkait dengan materi. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan role playing menjadikan peserta didik sebagai subyek dari kegiatan pembelajaran, dan mereka secara aktif harus melakukan praktik-praktik berkomunikasi dengan temannya. Motivasi belajar peserta didik terlihat antusias dan dinamis. The community utilizes the well bore for the home utilitysuch as washing dishes, washing clothes, cleaning the floor, and bathroom. The purpose of this research is to analyze the availability of The National Community Empowerment Program (PNPM) of Rural Self-sufficient (PNPM-Mandiri Pedesaan) of water well drill in Basarang Sub District, to analyze the utilization of water well drill for rural community in Basarang Sub District, Kapuas District, and to analyze the existence of water well drilling for water providing to communities in Basarang Subdistrict, Kapuas District. The methods used in this research is qualitative. The data is obtained through observation, interviews and court documents. The respondents in this study are users of the existing well bore in Basarang. The data analysis consists of the reduction of the data, the presentation of the data and the withdrawal of the conclusion. The existence of the well bore has been built into a source of water for community in Basarang. The desired community expectations is more of dots drill wells constructed by PNPM-Mandiri Pedesaanand the Government's.Keywords: existence, well bore, the PNPM Mandiri Pedesaan  Abstrak Kecamatan Basarang berada di Cadangan Air Tanah (CAT) Banjarmasin-Palangkaraya. Potensi air yang tinggi membuat ketersedian air sumur bor di Kecamatan Basarang cukup banyak. Masyarakat memanfaatkan sumur bor untuk keperluan sehari-hari seperti mencuci piring, mencuci pakaian, membersihkan lantai, dan mandi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Menganalisi ketersedian air sumur bor PNPM Mandiridi Kecamatan Basarang Kabupaten Kapuas, menganalisis pemanfaatan air sumur bor PNPM Mandiri Perdesaan oleh masyarakat di Kecamatan Basarang, Kabupaten Kapuas, dan menganalisis Eksistensi air sumur bor dalam menyediakan air bersih untuk masyarakat di Kecamatan Basarang, Kabupaten Kapuas Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ada penelitian kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara dan dokumen. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna sumur bor yang ada di Kecamatan Basarang. Analisis yang digunakan meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keberadaan sumur bor yang telah dibangun menjadi sumber yang sangat diperlukan masyarakat Basarang dalam memenuhi kebutuhan air bersih sehari-hari. Experts who handle social problems, usually under the auspices of the social services, they are workers who do have expertise in terms of social problems. They are trained and educated to solve social problems that exist in society. They are referred to as social workers. Social work is a worker who specializes in dealing with people who have social problems in their lives. The department of social work is a department that is in SMK Negeri 2 Banjarmasin. Qualitative research methods, which are used in this study with data sources selected by snowball sampling. Data collection is done by several techniques such as observation, interviews and documentation. The analysis technique uses qualitative analysis with steps of data reduction, display, and verification. The result is that the basic principles of sociology such as social contact, social interaction and communication greatly help students in social work in increasing their ability as social workers, to help people who are experiencing social problems.Keywords: Principles of sociology, social problems, and social power AbstrakPenerapan prinsip-prinsip sosiologi diharapkan dapat membantu para ahli dalam pemecahan masalah sosial. Para ahli yang menangani masalah sosial tersebut, biasanya berada dibawah naungan dinas-dinas sosial, mereka merupakan pekerja yang memang memiliki keahlian dalam hal penangganan masalah sosial. Mereka dilatih dan di didik untuk memecahkan masalah sosial yang ada di masyarakat. Mereka ini disebut sebagai pekerja sosial. Pekerjaan sosial merupakan pekerja yang khusus menanggani orang-orang yang memiliki masalah sosial dalam kehidupannya. Jurusan pekerjaan sosial merupakan jurusan yang ada di SMK Negeri 2 Banjarmasin. Metode penelitian kualitatif, yang digunakan pada penelitian ini dengan sumber data yang dipilih secara snowball sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan beberapa teknik seperti observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis kualitatif dengan langkah-langkah reduksi data, display, serta verifikasi. This study uses qualitative description method, data collection using observation, documentation and interview techniques, analyzing data with data reduction, data presentation and verification, testing the validity of the data is done by triangulating the source of triangulation techniques, time triangulation, member check, extension of time and using reference materials. The results of the study state that character education is not optimal, there are still some teachers in planning learning to adopt from the internet without being analyzed and adjusted to school conditions, (2) Implementation of responsibility character education through social studies learning in Banjarmasin Public Middle 30 has not been optimal with indications that there are still participants students who do not do individual or group assignments, (3) Evaluation of character education responsibilities in SMP Negeri 30 Banjarmasin is not optimal, because some teachers have not studied the character of students in exploring and processing questions in each learning process.Keywords: Character Education, responsibility, social studies learning AbstrakGambaran dan potret peserta didik masa kini selalu menginginkan sesuatu dengan cara yang mudah tanpa bersusah payah dengan berbagai proses, dari data guru bimbingan konseling tahun 2016/2017 SMP Negeri 30 Banjarmasin rata-rata setiap bulannya 6 % dari jumlah peseta didik melalaikan tanggung jawab, seperti tidak mengerjakan tugas pelajaran, kurang memperhatikan pelajaran, melanggar tata tertib, membuat keributan di kelas saat belajar. Penelitian  ini  menggunakan metode deskripsi kualitatif, pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara, analisa data dengan reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi, pengujian keabsahan data dilakukan dengan trianggulasi sumber trianggulasi tehnik, trianggulasi waktu, membercheck, perpanjangan waktu dan menggunakan bahan referensi. Because there are many street vendors (PKL) and floating market traders who were selling on weekends. Cultural activities, such as the cultural attractions and river trails, shown the characteristics of Banjar culture. Social activities are the community that conducts activities and visitors who interact, recreation and sports in Taman Siring Tendean, as well as students for educational activities. (2) The perceived benefits in terms of economy are the land for floating market traders, street vendors (PKL), and boat drivers (Kelotok) to develop their businesses. The social benefits are also felt by the community and visitors because they can communicate and avoid anti-social attitudes. Cultural benefits for actors of cultural attractions can provide a place for them to express themselves. Health benefits are able to blend in with nature and reduce stress level and also encouraging someone to do physical activities. This study aims to: (1) Planning in handling client, that is by bringing doctor. (2) Implementation of drug treatment includes counseling guidance, initial help for each client is given spiritual guidance. The next step if the client sakaw then the provision of a neutralizing drug such as coconut water that has been dissolved salt with a certain dose according to the level of client addiction. (3) The results achieved in dealing with clients is this foundation can not monitor clients one by one because of constrained distance, lack of funds and counselors. The healing process is said to be successful if the client can control himself when it is out of the foundation and join the environment.Key Word:  pattern formation and healing, drug users, counselor. AbstrakYayasan Lingkaran Harapan Banua di Banjarmasin Ini adalah yayasan yang bergerak di bidang sosial dan menampung pengguna narkoba berdasarkan rujukan dari puskesmas dan BNN. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Perencanaan dalam menangani klien, yaitu dengan membawa dokter. (2) Implementasi perawatan obat termasuk bimbingan konseling, bantuan awal untuk setiap klien diberikan bimbingan spiritual. Langkah selanjutnya jika klien sakaw maka pemberian obat penetralisir seperti air kelapa yang sudah dilarutkan garam dengan dosis tertentu sesuai dengan tingkat kecanduan klien. (3) Hasil yang dicapai dalam berurusan dengan klien adalah yayasan ini tidak dapat memonitor klien satu per satu karena keterbatasan jarak, kurangnya dana dan konselor. In the material \"Environment in sustainable development.\" Allegedly because teachers use conventional learning. As an alternative to overcome this problem is the use of social studies learning through natural environment learning resources. This material is very suitable to be carried out. Utilization of the physical environment (natural). This research was carried out using a classroom action research design, carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consists of and stages: (1) Planning, (2) Implementation of actions, (3) Observation and evaluation, (4) Analysis and reflection. The results showed that the students' learning outcomes through the classroom learning resources averaged 39.00 from the average initial value before action 41.64 to 80.64 in the first cycle to 90.96 and 10.32% in the second cycle. As for the results of the responses of Class VIII E students of Kusan Hilir 1 Junior High School towards the implementation of social studies learning through environmental learning resources 90%.Keywords: Learning outcomes, environment, and social studies resources AbstrakDari hasil pengamatan rendahnya hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas VIII E SMP Negeri 1 Kusan Hilir Tanah Bumbu. Pada materi “Lingkungan hidup dalam pembangunan berkelanjutan.” diduga karena guru menggunakan pembelajaran bersifat konvensional. Sebagai salah satu alternatif untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini adalah penggunaan pembelajaran IPS melalui sumber belajar lingkungan alam Materi ini sangat cocok dilaksanakan Pemanfaatan lingkungan fisik (alam). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan rancangan penelitian tindakan kelas, di laksanakan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus masing-masing terdiri dan tahapan-tahapan : (1) Perencanaan, (2) Pelaksanaan tindakan, (3) Observasi dan evaluasi, (4) Analisis dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa melalui sumber belajar lingkungan rata-rata kelas naik 39,00 dari nilai awal rata-rata sebelum tindakan 41,64 menjadi 80,64 pada siklus I menjadi 90,96 dan 10,32 % pada siklus II. This research uses qualitative descriptive method. In this research, data collection techniques are observation, interview, and documentation. In the results of the study, the implementation of the evaluation of social studies learning outcomes in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Siti Mariam Banjarmasin has run quite well, but there are shortcomings that need to be addressed. The qualitative description research of the evaluation of social studies learning outcomes conducted in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Siti Mariam in grade IV, V, and VI of elementary school can improve the teacher’s ability in evaluation social studies learning outcome. Keywords: Evaluation, Learning Outcomes, Sosial Studies. AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan evaluasi hasil belajar IPS di Madrasyah Ibtidaiyah Siti Mariam Kota Banjarmasin. Penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian  ditemukan bahwa pelaksanaan evaluasi hasil belajar IPS di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Siti Mariam Banjarmasin telah berjalan dengan cukup baik, namun masih terdapat kekurangan yang perlu di benahi.
