To attack this pandemic, we developed a convolutional neural network model (CNN) the detection of COVID-19 using Chest X-Ray images (CXR). The model is then deployed on the Android app RT2022 which is tested on real CXR images and the first results obtained, after experiments, testify to the performance of the RT2022 model. Recent progress in deep learning is a great opportunity to revisit the texture synthesis based on convolutional neural networks. However, texture synthesizing is still a problem of trade-off generality for efficiency. In this paper different deep pre-trained Convolutional Neural Networks, usually used in classification problems have been considered. To our knowledge, a part of the VGG-19 model, none of the studied networks have been used in texture synthesis. Alexnet, GoogLenet, VGG16, VGG19 and ResNet 50 are used. Degradation can involve blurring and different sources of noise. Image restoration attempts to reconstruct the original image from the corrupted data. In literature, different approaches depend on Kalman filtering exist for image restoration. However, it has certain limits in terms of stability, adaptability and visibility. In this article, a new technique based on the concept of particle filtering and the Weibull distribution (WPF) is proposed to restore images degraded by noise. Our approach is recursive and handles nonlinear situations. Furthermore, due to increased train's speed, abnormal interactions between train and control system could occur, which gives a sharp increase to serious accidents. Therefore, the systems' operation must be monitored continu-ously during the train's movement to check the correctness of its own behavior while generating control commands. The interconnection of physical things and their integration into software systems caused the CPS to be more and more complex. CPS is required to carry out a mission with minimum supervision. In fact, CPSs plan to be flexible systems that should autonomously, or with minimal manual intervention, decide how they adapt their internal behavior in response to dynamic environmental events. In this paper we discuss the CPS paradigm from the perspective of self-adaptive systems. Indeed, this will allow CPSs to modify their behavior, at runtime, in response to environment changes. We propose a multi-layer architecture for CPSs. The latter contains the main software modules that convert CPS to be self-aware, self-learning and self-reconfiguring. The “SVM” parameters and features selection have a significant impact on the “SVM” model's complexity and classification accuracy. Finding the best set of features and selecting the appropriate parameters of “SVM” is considered an optimization problem. Different metaheuristic algorithms are employed in the literature to choose the best set of features and to optimize “SVM” parameters simultaneously. This paper presents a new algorithm hybrid based on “Aquila Optimizer” and “Whale Optimization Algorithm” with Adaptive inertial weight, called AOWOA. The AOWOA is used for global optimization and feature selection and optimizing “SVM” parameters to achieve a higher classification accuracy. We utilized two experiment series to test the presented (AOWOA) algorithm. In the first experiment, 13 standard “benchmark functions” are used and the AOWOA algorithm is compared to AO, MVO, WOA, MFO, PSO, and SSA. In the second experiment, the results of AOWOA-SVM are compared with four metaheuristic algorithms: MVO, GWO, WOA, and BAT using ten labeled datasets. The healthcare industry has adopted cloud-based solutions to solve several problems in a cost-effective manner. Therefore, privacy and security mechanisms should be deployed to protect valuable medical information from unauthorized access. Much of the work in literature in recent years has focused on using artificial intelligence techniques such as deep learning and federated learning to solve various problems in the health field. Federated learning (FL) is a special technique for machine learning for privacy preservation. This study aims to compare the traditional centralized training approach and FL to show the advantages of using FL in the medical field and prove that FL can be adopted for security and data latency in e-health systems. This paper deals with this aspect by proposing a mobile application for the capitalization of business expert's knowledge in the form of business rules, which facilitates their management, in the industrial maintenance field. The proposed approach is based on the following steps: the introduction of business rules, the consistency check, the recommendation of business experts who are grouped into clusters with the unsupervised classification algorithm K-means, and finally, the automation of the negotiation phase using the extended CNP (Contract Net Protocol) protocol.
