This paper analyzes the relationship between the input variables and the fragments, gives the approach of processing the split point and illustrates the benefits of the method for generating test data both theoretically and experimentally. Based on the current trend, it is estimated that over 1 billion diagnostic imaging procedures will be performed in the United States during year 2014, generating about 100 Petabytes of data. The high volume of medical images is leading to scalability and maintenance issues with healthcare providers' onsite picture archiving and communication system (PACS) and network. Cloud computing promises lower cost, high scalability, availability and disaster recoverability which can be a natural solution some of the problems we faced for long-term medical image archive. A prototype system was implemented to study such as solution on one of the industry leading cloud computing platform, Microsoft Windows Azure. It includes a Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine (DICOM) server which handles standard store/query/retrieve requests; a DICOM image indexer that parses the metadata and store them in a SQL Azure database; and a web UI for searching and viewing archived images based on patient and image attributes. Many companies have already offered successful commercial Cloud services including SaaS, PaaS and IaaS. But those services are all computer-based and designed for Web browsers. Currently there is no Cloud architecture whose purpose is to provide special services for digital appliances in smart home. In this paper, we propose an additional Model, the smart home Cloud, which not only bases on the present Cloud architecture but also modifies the traditional Service layer to provide efficient and stable services for smart home. In contrast to the traditional Model, we bring Web service and Peer-to-Peer (P2P) technologies to the Cloud. Smart home nodes and Cloud server form a peer-to-peer network, which can help the Cloud server to reduce bandwidth pressure when transmitting higher quality audio/video signals. Smart home gateway describes their services in WSDL and registers them to the Cloud service directory so that other homes can search and consume the service. The new method is to update the training samples in time, regulate the update rules of sample weights and buffer the computational results of sorted feature values. In order to balance the energy-consumption of nodes, improved GPSR routing algorithm uses node's remnant energy as one of the key factors to decide next-hop. The improved GPSR routing algorithm keeps the characteristics of GPSR algorithm, such as low complexity, easy realization. Based on NS-2, the performance of improved GPSR routing algorithm is analyzed. A new design plan is proposed to realize the high reliability mass capacity memory.
