The simulation research of operation mechanism of “Companies + Farmers” organization model

Abstract

Based on the Systematic analysis of the “Companies + farmers” Organization model, the System Dynamics (SD) Mathematical model is built to describe its development pattern. Using the Simulation Analysis technology of Vensim we simulate the development prospect and Restraints of the “Companies + farmers” Organization model and propose the corresponding managerial policies after analysis, achieving the purpose of effectively analyzing the Management of Agricultural Industrialization through Systematic scientifically based ways.
