Then the process of the Linux operating system being transplated on ARM is introduced. The realization of Boa and dynamic interaction between browser and the embedded system by using CGI are especially analyzed. The traditional single-population genetic algorithm (SPGA) in solving vehicle routing problem usually traps in local optimum or consumes considerable time. In this paper two different initialization methods — random initialization method and construction initialization method are introduced to frame the improved double-population genetic algorithm. The algorithm unify the segmentation process into two ways, free-falling segmentation in external contours and tunnel segmentation in connected paths, by simulating movement of water droplets. Under the guidance of the center force of gravity, the segmentation path can be got taking no account of type of touching in advance. However, the introduction of image and video sensors demands certain quality of service (QoS) from the routing protocols and underlying networks. Finding routing paths that satisfy different metrics of the QoS requirement is a NP-complete problem. In this paper, a quantum genetic algorithm based energy-aware QoS routing protocol (QG-QoS) is proposed for wireless sensor networks, which can run efficiently with best-effort traffic. To the best of our knowledge, QG-QoS is the first quantum genetic algorithm based QoS routing protocol in wireless sensor networks. This study aims to establish an e-government trust model from the behavioral perspectives of citizen. Based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM), the study proposes an intergraded model of e-government citizen trust. An online survey is undertaken. The target population is citizens who have experienced with browsing and searching for the information in e-government web portals. Using Partial Least Squares approach, a highly statistically significant goodness-of-fit is found for the model.
