Relational management and relationship performance of inter-firms gradually attracted scholars and corporate managers concern in supply chain. In this paper, the author based on surveys coming from the manufacturing sector and suggested a model in which the author analyzed some factors influencing on relational stability. The antecedent is represented by two major categories of factors. The first category is capacity-based factors, including organization management personnel, organization culture and interdependence of products. The second category is relationship characteristic-based factors, including power, trust, communication and relationship commitment. In this paper, semantic web is used to describe the user interest information and document information, thus filtering system can improve the semantic understanding of user interest and retrieval documents, and make personalized information filtering more accurately by calculating the semantic similarity based on semantic web. An experiment is designed to test the precise performance of the algorithm. We propose to implement the channel matrix via a QR factorization based algorithm, which is suitable for operating in conjunction with the orthogonal procrustes (OP) estimator. The presented estimator is based on Cholesky decomposition of the down-triangular matrix blindly from the received signals, which can be directly applied when exploiting the unitary matrix exclusively from the pilot data. The estimation gain is obtained by the powerful method while ensuring low complexity as it offers such optimum rotation matrices which are parameterized a fewer number of parameters. In order to analyze both the spatial and temporal characters of video sequence, each frame of the video is transformed to wavelet domain by 2-D DWT, and then 1-D DCT is used along the temporal axis. Watermarks were embedded into the singular values (SVs) of the coefficient frames and in the extraction procedure watermarks can be detected without the original video or any other information of the original singular values. The design of user interface is a complex and time-consuming job. In a pervasive computing environment, the program might be shown in different kinds of mobile computing devices. So an efficient method of interface development has become necessary. In this paper, we analyze shortcomings of traditional user interface design methods and propose a new software reuse technology to enhance the reusability and extensibility of mobile computing devices user interface which is based on XML. We use DTD to provide definitions of XML document type and define a XML document only to implement a unified user interface. The pages could be generated dynamically by using XSLT to analyze the XML documents and be shown in mobile client browsers.
