The results of analysis showed that the effort level is lower when a noncooperative strategy is adopted than when a cooperative strategy is adopted. People who use VoIP over WLAN can be more convenient. In the common WLANs, IEEE 802.11e WLAN can support VoIP with better Quality of Service (QoS), However, 802.11 lacks a flexible mechanism to adapt to the varying wireless channel condition. The idea of this research project is to promote the use of VoIP that uses IPv6 and to exploit the IP protocols over WLAN (Wireless Local Area Network). Specifically, we show a cross-layer framework for design of wireless networks to support delay-critical applications, such as conversational voice or realtime video. The framework incorporates adaptation across all layers of the protocol stack to leverage the flexibility offered by joint optimization of design parameters. There are several network features that can be exploited to minimize delay, reduce delay, and maximize performance. With the assistant of the active scheme, it can be avoid the longest phase that IEEE 802.11 will enter. According to the particularity of aquatic breeding, this paper put forwards an aquatic product traceability system integrated RFID technology. The system covers with the entire life-circle of seafood. To solve the data sharing, this paper presents a model using distributed database. SOC is a key factor in the management of battery and its estimation is an important and challenging task. We combine EHW and evolutionary algorithm to design a system, which is 16-row and 4-layer with three inputs (voltage, magnification, charge-discharge mode) and one output (estimated SOC). The evolutionary algorithm is used to train the chromosome structure after setting by EHW. OSGi gives some insights for component-based development (CBD). By proposing an ideal component model for enterprise applications, we analyze the performance of OSGi against such a model. The result shows that OSGi is still lack of some advanced component features for CBD, although it provides a modular solution superior to plain Java. Through simulations under different market status, the effect of day trading rules on traders' profitability and market quality was studied. The result shows that day trading can reduce investment risk, but can not improve market quality significantly, especially market efficiency under current China's stock trading rules and investor structure; it increased liquidity at the expense of volatility increments.
