Relational management and relationship performance of inter-firms gradually attracted scholars and corporate managers concern in supply chain. In this paper, the author based on surveys coming from the manufacturing sector and suggested a model in which the author analyzed some factors influencing on relational stability. The antecedent is represented by two major categories of factors. The first category is capacity-based factors, including organization management personnel, organization culture and interdependence of products. The second category is relationship characteristic-based factors, including power, trust, communication and relationship commitment. Abstract
