The academic research and industrial practice have achieved inspiring results based on Service Oriented Architecture. However, most of the research focuses on some specific parts and lacks of overall thinking to offer a whole solution. Meanwhile, the products offered by industrial players often have some constraints due to commercial consideration. This paper briefly introduces a heterogeneous system integration platform. And the implementation of kernel modules in the framework is introduced especially. The current bank queuing system is modeled with M/M/c and analytical approach is adopted to guide optimization strategy. Through adjusted greedy algorithm, the multiple-optimization model is simulated with MATLAB. Simulation result shows that the introduction of QuickPass system considerably reduces the average waiting time of customers both in regular queue and QuickPass queue. Combining the characteristics of mathematical courses, we present a diverse teaching mode based on Network Class. In this paper we describe the establishing method of this teaching mode, and analyze the effect of this teaching mode using the course of numerical analysis as an example. E-government has been a mostly debated concept in the domain of public management in recent years just as what has happened to lean supply chain in the field of business management. Yet, there has been few discussion of the relationship between the two in the past. This paper studied this gap from the perspective of lean management by reference to lean supply chain principles. The aim was to identify the determinants for the efficient provision and delivery of public services to realize flexible governance reform as per public demand. Therefore, an explorative and deductive study was conducted to identify the determinants. A case about Jiangmen municipal service hotline was provided to analyze the lean implementation based on cross-network integration. Through analysis of the process and key points of the cross-network lean management, the determinants for lean public management were identified from distinct dimensions. Future efforts and direction for implementing lean management in public sector were pointed out. This paper contributed to identifying framework, determinants and criteria of cross-network lean management for public sector, and, was essential for ensuring the successful practices of lean public management in future. Morphological ambiguity is a challenging problem for agglutinative languages. Because there is a possibility a word takes unlimited number of suffixes. If that language has more suffixes, then the ambiguity problem gets more complex. Uyghur language is one of Turkic language that has more and complicated suffixes. At present we have defined some rules to disambiguate Uyghur morphology respecting to modern Uyghur language grammar.
