摘要

本文提出了一种基于排队理论的QuickPass模型来改进银行排队系统。采用M/M/c模型对现有银行排队系统进行建模,并采用解析方法指导优化策略。通过调整贪心算法,对多重优化模型进行了MATLAB仿真。仿真结果表明,QuickPass系统的引入大大缩短了普通队列和QuickPass队列的平均等待时间。最后对其优缺点进行了分析,并对进一步的应用进行了讨论。
