The purpose is to determine their role in forming ideas about the ongoing processes in the region's healthcare sector. The study conducted by the authors is an attempt to identify the problem of providing high-quality information about the new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) and medicine in the media of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The analysis of empirical and metric materials that form the basis of the study shows that over time the problem of disinformation does not disappear; on the contrary, new aspects of it appear, which Republican journalists overcome with difficulty. In this regard, decisive measures are needed on the part of the government, the adoption of new legal norms regarding broadcast information. In the fight against disinformation and avoiding disseminating information from unreliable sources, editorial offices need to cooperate closely with reputable medical organisations and specialists. The study results allow us to conclude that the media of the Republic of Bashkortostan of the Russian Federation have not yet developed a fullfledged algorithm of interaction not only with the audience but also with the authorities in matters of covering this agenda. The purpose of the study is to describe the meaningful characteristics of students life strategies, depending on the study profile. Life strategies are considered as a central element in the ability of a person to build his own life, develop and improve. Based on the study of value and life-meaning orientations (150 students of five universities of different training profiles), the current level of formation and type of life strategy was determined; the content characteristics of life strategies were studied using content analysis of future autobiographies and questionnaires. According to the results of an empirical study, it is concluded that students who have associated their choice with professions such as \"man-technique\" and \"man-nature\" are dominated by a receptive life strategy; the selection of students in specialities such as \"man-artistic image\" is focused on the strategy of life creation; the strategy of lifebuilding is characteristic of students studying professions such as \"man-man\". The article considers the historical aspect of citizens' transition with engineering competencies into entrepreneurial activity, their adaptation to market processes. In the study, there is a hypothesis about the importance of economic and managerial education for technological entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs with technical competencies. Attention is drawn to the need for engineers to master economic competencies to improve their work efficiency in entrepreneurship. It is proposed to pay great attention to the full-fledged retraining of engineers to acquire economic competencies in the created courses. Specific measures to solve it are recommended. The necessity of improving the quality of products and services provided by enterprises is substantiated. The study aims to analyse the possibilities of activating the use of vaccination to protect the HC of Russia in the conditions of the Covid-19 epidemic. The subject of the study is a system of factors affecting people's motivation to activate selfdefence in an epidemic threat. An online survey of 600 respondents aged 35-44 and over 55 years is used as the primary research method. Most of them (73-81%) acquired immunity to Covid-19, including 30-34% were ill, and the rest were vaccinated. This means that it is essential to ensure sufficient immunity of inclusive groups of the population at this stage of the epidemic, particularly those who require revaccination and for whom vaccines have not been developed before. Only 1.1% fell ill with Covid-19 after vaccination and were hospitalised among the respondents. A set of factors that need to be taken into account to build effective communication with the population has been identified, in particular, the main doubts of the population regarding vaccination, sources of information that are most trusted by people, as well as those that raise doubts about the need for vaccination. It is shown that the losses of the HC of Russia from Covid-19 lead to a loss of GDP of more than 15 billion euros over the life cycle of lost workers. Insurance companies have developed relatively inexpensive (€12-24) insurance programs in case of complications after vaccination. The majority of respondents (60%) showed interest in such programs. State support could increase their attractiveness to the population and significantly contribute to the activation of vaccination. In modern conditions of functioning of organizations, employee satisfaction is associated with specific positive consequences: high labour motivation, increased labour efficiency, staff involvement (loyalty to the organization). Study purpose. To investigate the differences in the degree of satisfaction with various aspects of employees' work in financial sector organizations in the digital economy. For this purpose, in practice, a descriptive-analytical approach was used to identify the degree of employee job satisfaction in the organization. Statistical analysis of the study results was carried out to identify the relationship between the variables (Z-test, correlation analysis). The study solved the problem of determining significant factors in managing an organization's human resources that affect job satisfaction (remuneration, job security, level of responsibility at work, recognition, leadership style, career opportunities, training and development in a professional environment). Results. A positive relationship has been revealed between the practice of human resource management in financial sector organizations and employee satisfaction. The search for factors affecting the behavioral characteristics of schoolchildren, reflecting their social giftedness, was the problem of our study. The work aimed at an experimental study of operationalised behavioral characteristics of prosocial behavior under the influence of the factors \"the idea of the presence of a significant other in a behavioral situation\" and \"collectivistic/individualistic cognitive orientation\". The study's novelty consists of distinguishing social giftedness at the implicit and explicit levels in a situation of the possibility of choosing prosocial behavior. Sustained conscious prosocial behavioral choice \"in favour of the group\" is interpreted as a behavioral characteristic of social giftedness. Collectivistic cognitive orientation is a reliable marker of social giftedness and affects behavioral choice stability. The factor of the imaginary presence of a significant other contributes to prosocial behavior. The hypothesis is put forward and argued that it is advisable to carry out the analysis and formation of the HC and the corresponding labor relations based on HR branding as a tool of the integral direction of corporate marketing and management. In turn, it is based on the most progressive concepts of social and ethical marketing and the social responsibility of business at the moment. Based on this, it is proposed to diagnose such multidimensional indicators of the company's condition as labor , based on the elements of the HR branding structure as a management subsystem, assessing their presence and development in a particular corporation, the scale of investment in this area, efficiency and impact on performance.
