Such methods as theoretical, general philosophical analysis (system method, synthesis), statistical method were used for the study. To summarise the conclusions on the topic of the study, the works of foreign and domestic researchers and regulatory legal acts were used. For the vast majority of rural residents of the Chuvash Republic (Russia), the main issue in their lives remains the problem of preserving living space and quality of life. If their only source of income is a farmstead with a small amount of land, and entering the market with their products is a forced measure, then the nature of their status in market relations remains open and uncertain today. Conclusions are drawn that in conditions of a low level of development of alternative types of activities in rural areas with a high level of technological efficiency of agricultural production, the management of private subsidiary farms for a significant part of rural residents is the main form of employment and income generation. For this purpose, data from the official statistics of both countries, OECD, have been collected and analysed. A list of countries from which the flow of students to both countries is increasing has been determined. An analysis is made of whether the number of students in Russia from the CIS countries depends on the ruble exchange rate fluctuations. To identify the motivation of international students when choosing a country of study, a survey of students from 18 countries studying at RUDN University was conducted. This university is the most international in the Russian Federation; students from 160 countries learn there. The survey results are compared with a similar survey that was conducted in 2012, as well as with a survey previously conducted at the Technical University of Opole. The main problems international students face in Russia and Poland have been identified. The conditions for the formation of an optimal attitude of a woman to her pregnancy due to its influence on the quality of her living, mastering the maternal role, the development of the maternal sphere, and the creation of an adequate system of interactions in the family after the birth of a child are substantiated. The diagnostic tools are described, and the results of an experimental study aimed at studying the formation of an optimal value attitude to pregnancy and motherhood are presented. The developed program \"Comprehensive harmonious prenatal support for pregnant women\" can be used in face-to-face work with pregnant women and a remote format. As already mentioned, its testing was carried out in the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic. The evidence of its effectiveness was obtained after analysing the values of women's characteristics indicators during diagnostic sections by mathematical and statistical data analysis methods. In the context of the pandemic, innovations have appeared virtual tours of museums, scenic natural places, hunting and fishing places, gastronomic cuisine of certain cities, etc. The Lankaran economic region of Azerbaijan is one of such attractive places for tourists. Because the Lankaran economic region was a border zone with Iran, it was impossible to come here for foreigners and the residents of Azerbaijan. With the restoration of the sovereignty of Azerbaijan, the Lankaran economic region began to develop its tourism industry, and in 2021, Lankaran became a UNESCO gastronomic city. A survey of students from 18 countries who study at RUDN University was conducted. This university is the most international in the Russian Federation because students from more than 160 countries learn there. To analyse the number of representatives of diasporas in social media, data on the number of expats of these 18 countries were obtained from Facebook. Since Facebook's data on the number of expats are not always accurate, they were compared with statistical data on the balance of migration to Russia from these countries and data on the number of students of these countries in Russian universities. When deciding to move to another country for education, young people can get valuable information from members of the diaspora who have graduated from universities there. A model of the student migration process has been developed by clarifying the composition of the migration infrastructure in the Carling migration model. The approaches to the formation of the scientific basis for the development of competitive advantages of international exchange in this sector are analysed, and a critical analysis of various interpretations and views on the development of foreign trade operations in commodity markets, which, undoubtedly, should include the grain market and its derivatives, is made. In addition to the various theories consideration of international trade at the current stage of the development of international relations of the goods and services exchange, the specifics of the grain market are determined, which is expressed to a very high degree in the methodology of the types of research used. In addition to analysing the volume and cost of export supplies of products in this market, we conducted a PEST analysis of the positions of the Russian Federation in the global grain market, thanks to which it is possible to determine the vector of development of trade relations in the medium and long term with a high degree of probability.
