The data analysis technique used in this research is the Wilcoxon analysis technique with α = 0.05. The results of this research show that before (pre-test) the individual counseling self-control technique was carried out it was 108.6 and after the individual counseling self-control technique was carried out it was 60.5. Based on the Wilcoxon test results, we get J_count > J_tabel where 5 > 0. The instrument used is to measure the scale of assertive behavior in dealing with bullying, which consists of 45 valid and reliable question items. Instruments were given before and after the implementation of individual counseling services. The data analysis technique used in this research is the Wilcoxon analysis technique with α = 0.05. The results of this research show that before (pre-test) individual counseling was carried out, the assertive training technique was 110.5 and after individual counseling was carried out, the assertive training technique was 69.5. Based on the Wilcoxon test results, we get 𝐽ℎ𝑖𝑡𝑢𝑛g > 𝐽𝑡𝑎𝑏𝑒𝑙 where 5 > 0. So it can be said There is \"the influence of individual counseling on assertive training techniques on assertive behavior in dealing with bullying in Class X Science at SMAN 12 Medan\". The sampling technique is Purposive Sampling technique. To obtain definite and relatively fast data in collecting data or information, researchers use instruments in the form of observations and questionnaires. Based on the data above regarding the contribution of career counseling services to the development of career commitment of students at SMK Negeri 14 Medan as many as 35 people with a total of 55 items. After being tested for validity and reliability, there are 38 valid items. So from the data analysis it has been proven that there is a significant relationship among the students of SMK Negeri 14 Medan. This is shown by the correlation obtained from the SPSS model summary display showing the magnitude of the product moment (Pearson) correlation of the lowest score = 65, the highest = 139, average mean = 108.28 and Standard Deviation (SD) = 15.63. {"title":"PENGARUH LAYANAN PENGUASAAN KONTEN TEKNIK MODELING TERHADAP RESILIENSI AKADEMIK SISWA DI SMPS AMIR HAMZAH MEDAN T.A 2021/2022","authors":"Mella Maharani, Asih Menanti","doi":"10.24114/icp.v2i2.38836","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.24114/icp.v2i2.38836","url":null,"abstract":"AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of modeling technique content mastery services on the academic resilience of students at Amir Hamzah Medan Private Junior High School Period 2021/2022.  The method used in this study is a quantitative method.  This type of research is a quasi-experimental with a pre-test-post-test group design.  The subjects in this study were 22 grade VIII students who had low resilience.  The research data were collected with an academic resilience scale totaling 40 statement items that were valid and reliable.  Instruments are given before and after the implementation of content services.  The data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test to see if there was a significant effect of providing modeling technique content mastery services on students’ academic resilience.  This can be obtained from the calculation results with the initial test score (pre-test) in the experimental group obtained an average = 109.4 while the post-test data obtained an average = 135.4.  This can be obtained from the Wilcoxon test which shows that the Wilcoxon level test is obtained Jcount = 115 while Jtable = 66. From the critical table J for the Wilcoxon marked level test for n = 22, = 0.05 according to the criteria for acceptance and rejection of the hypothesis, the hypothesis  accepted if Jcount > J table where 115 > 66, from this calculation it can be seen that the treatment in the experimental group means that the hypothesis is accepted.  This shows that there is an influence of modeling technique content mastery services on students’ academic resilience at Amir Hamzah Medan Private Junior High School. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method which is a research which is carried out with the aim of describing the existence of a phenomenon, in this study it is not intended to test hypotheses but only to describe what happens to a certain variable. The sample in this study was 100 students from class X IPA. The scale given contains 43 items related to Resilience and Academic Anxiety. The results of the validation of the research instrument used the product moment correlation analysis technique. In the calculation, it is known that if N = 51 then rtable = 0.279. In accordance with the calculation provisions, it can be said that rcount > r table then the item is declared valid and if rcount < rtable then the item is declared invalid. From the results of the reliability test, the Chronbach Alpha value is (0.710). This value is greater than the rtable value with a significance level of 5% or coefficient > 0.60 then the item is declared reliable. the results of this study found that there are students who have low resilience when facing academic anxiety during limited face-to-face learning. Then gender or gender can affect a person's level of resilience. In this study, it was found that male students were more resilient than female students. The purpose of this study was to link resilience with academic stress during limited face-to-face learning for class XI social studies students at SMA N 12 Medan in the 2021/2022 academic year. The population in this study were students in class XI social studies. Sampling in this study used random sampling by taking 25% of all students of class XI IPS SMA N 12 Medan. The sample size is 30 students. Data collection is done by using a questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was obtained by using the product moment correlation and the reliability test was obtained by using the Cronbach alpha test. Test the hypothesis using the Pearson product moment formula with the help of SPSS20 for Windows. The results of the analysis showed r = 0.605 and Rsquare = 0.366 and a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.05). Based on these results, a research hypothesis was proposed: \"there is a relationship between resilience and academic stress\". Given this negative relationship of -.605, it can be stated that resilience related to academic stress in limited face-to-face learning for students of SMA N 12 Medan is accepted. The research subject were teenagers who were in the refugee victimsof Sinabung eruption that totaled 80 people. The measuring instruments used is a Likert scale that consist of 46 items of self-concept (α = 0,963 ) and 42 items optimism (α = 0,970 ). Data analysis using techniques r Product Moment. Based on the analysis of data, found that the hypothesis proposed  in  this  study received,  that  there is  a relationship between  self  –  concept  in  adolescents optimism in the evacuation of victims eruption of Mount Sinabung. This is evidenced by the value or coefficient of correlation ( rxy = 0,844 with p = 0,04 ; p < 0,05). The method in this study is a quantitative method. The research population is the students of class XI IPS. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling by taking a sample of 88 students who are stressed. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The validity and reliability of the instrument was obtained by product moment correlation. Hypothesis testing using Pearson's product moment formula with the help of SPSS for Windows. The results of the analysis showed r = 0.661 and Rsquare = 0.437 and a significant value of 0.000 (p <0.05). Based on these results, the research hypothesis was put forward: \"There is a relationship between adjustment and academic stress\". Given this negative relationship of -.661 it can be stated that self-adjustment related to academic stress in limited face-to-face learning for students of SMA N 1 Lubuk Pakam was accepted. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis metode deskriptif kuantitatif yang diselaraskan dengan variabel penelitian yang memusatkan pada masalah-masalah aktual dan fenomena yang sedang terjadi pada saat sekarang dengan bentuk hasil penelitian berupa angka-angka memiliki makna. The purpose of this study is to innovate through the LOVE strategy to find Ikagai in BK teachers. The research method used is literature study and field observation.
