This type of research used a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. This study also uses the regression method which aims to examine the effect/value of the influence of two independent variables on one dependent variable. The research population is all Teacher Counselings in South Solok Regency. A sample of 39 respondents was Teacher Counselings. The results of data analysis and hypothesis testing indicate that the three hypotheses tested in this study are acceptable. Lecturers still use the classical method of discussion. For that, a learning innovation is needed by applying problem solving methods. The study used quasi experimental design. The research population is medan aviation polytechnic cadets amounting to 40 cadets consisting of 20 people control group and 20 people experimental group. The data collection techniques used include interviews, observations, questionnaires, and tests. The statistical analysis used is Pearson ProductMoment to test validity, Cronbach'sAlpha to test reliability, Lilliefors to test normality,Levene's to test homogeneity, and t test and to test differences and effectiveness. Based on the results of the difference hypothesis test using independent samples t test,critical thinking ability data shows the value of tcalculated>ttable (3,740 > 1,998) with a level of significance (0.000 < 0.05) and the value of cadet learning results shows the value of tcount>ttable (3,656 > 1.998) with a significance level of less than 0.05 (0.001 < 0.05). Meanwhile, the results of the effectiveness hypothesis test using one sample t test,critical thinking ability data showeda table >ttvalue (5,724 > 2.037) with a significance level of < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) and a cadet learning value showing a>ttable t value (6,009 > 2,037) with a significance level (0.000 < 0.05). So, it can be concluded that there is a difference in critical thinking skills and learning outcomes between those who use problem solving methods and those who use discussion methods. Layanan konseling melalui konsep multikultur dinilai sangat diperlukan dalam membentuk pribadi remaja yang mampu untuk saling menghormati dalam setiap perbedaan. Many factors affect the students in the school adjustment as gender, cultural backgrounds and grade levels (maturity). This study purpose to describe the adjustment of students in terms of gender, cultural background, and grade levels. The research was ex post facto by using factorial design 2 x 2 x 3. The population is students of SMAN 1 West Sumatra. The total sample were 168 people selected by stratified random sampling technique and combined with the proportional sampling technique. The instrument was a questionnaire. Data were analyzed by analysis of variance (ANOVA). This research aims to analyze speaking skills using group guidance services with problem-solving techniques on grade IX students of SMP Negeri 2 Sarjo. The research subjects were 7 people. The questionnaire was used to collect data about speaking skills. The questionnaire was used to collect data about speaking skills. The questionnaire result data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential analysis. Hypothesis testing is carried out through statistical analysis using the Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test formula at the 95% (0,05) confidence level. The result of the descriptive analysis showed that the speaking skill of the students before participating in group guidance services with problem-solving techniques that 4 students or 57,14% are fair, 3 students or 42,86% are poor. The speaking skills of students after attending group guidance service with problem-solving techniques that 3 students or 42,86% are fair and 4 students or 57,14% are good. The inferential analysis result showed that the t-test value is 0,018 < t-table 0,05. It means that H0 is rejected. The formulation of the problem in this study is: Is there an Influence of Sociodrama Technique Group Counseling Services on Bullying Actors for Class VII Students of SMP Negeri 27 Medan T.A 2020/2021. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. This type of research is a quasi-experimental with the type of pre-test-post-test one group design. This research was conducted from August to September 2020. The population in this study were all seventh grade students. The sample in this study was class VII-I students who were taken by purposive sampling method consisting of 8 students. The instrument used is a questionnaire to find out the perpetrators of student bullying. The instrument was given before and after the implementation of the sociodrama technique group counseling service. Then the data was analyzed using the Wilcoxon test to see if there was a significant effect of providing sociodrama technique group counseling services on student bullying perpetrators. This can be obtained from the calculation results with the initial test score (pre-test) in the experimental group obtained an average of = 167.5 while the post-test data obtained an average of = 94. This can be obtained from the Wilcoxon test which shows that the level test Wilcoxon obtained Jcount = 75 while Jtable = 4. From the table of critical values . J for the Wilcoxon-signed level test for n = 8, = 0.05 according to the criteria with acceptance and rejection of the hypothesis, the hypothesis is accepted if Jcount> Jtable, namely Jcount>Jtable where 75>4, from this calculation it can be seen the effect of treatment in the experimental group, it means that the influence of sociodrama technique group counseling is more significant (75>4). The data collection instrument used to measure self-esteem and verbal abuse was a Likert scale. Self-esteem is measured based on aspects of self-esteem, namely strength, courage and virtue, on verbal abuse it is measured based on forms of verbal abuse, namely saying harsh words, slandering, threatening, scaring, insulting, exaggerating the mistakes of others. . The study population and the sample of this study were 33 respondents. The data analysis used is Simple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that there was a negative relationship between self-esteem and verbal abuse at the coefficient R = -0.467 and p = 0.003 means (p <0.05).
