This type of research used a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. This study also uses the regression method which aims to examine the effect/value of the influence of two independent variables on one dependent variable. The research population is all Teacher Counselings in South Solok Regency. A sample of 39 respondents was Teacher Counselings. The results of data analysis and hypothesis testing indicate that the three hypotheses tested in this study are acceptable. 摘要
本研究的目的是探讨Ikigai辅导员和教师咨询的工作氛围对教师咨询绩效的影响。这种类型的研究采用了定量方法的描述性方法。本研究亦采用回归方法,旨在检验两个自变量对一个因变量的影响的效果/值。研究对象为南索洛县的所有教师咨询师。39名受访者是教师咨询。数据分析和假设检验的结果表明,本研究检验的三个假设都是可以接受的。结果表明,Ikigai和工作氛围可以共同解释SMA Solok Selatan reggency教师辅导的绩效
