The method in this study is a quantitative method. The research population is the students of class XI IPS. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling by taking a sample of 88 students who are stressed. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The validity and reliability of the instrument was obtained by product moment correlation. Hypothesis testing using Pearson's product moment formula with the help of SPSS for Windows. The results of the analysis showed r = 0.661 and Rsquare = 0.437 and a significant value of 0.000 (p <0.05). Based on these results, the research hypothesis was put forward: \"There is a relationship between adjustment and academic stress\". Given this negative relationship of -.661 it can be stated that self-adjustment related to academic stress in limited face-to-face learning for students of SMA N 1 Lubuk Pakam was accepted. 摘要
本研究采用定量方法。本研究采用目的性抽样的方法,选取了88名压力较大的学生作为样本。数据收集采用问卷调查方式进行。通过积矩相关分析,验证了仪器的有效性和可靠性。在SPSS for Windows的帮助下,使用Pearson积矩公式进行假设检验。分析结果显示r = 0.661, rsquared = 0.437,显著值为0.000 (p <0.05)。在此基础上,提出了“适应与学业压力之间存在关系”的研究假设。给出负的关系。661可以说,在有限的面对面学习中,SMA N 1 Lubuk Pakam学生的学业压力自我调整是被接受的。建议在进行有限的面对面学习的同时,增加学生的自我调节,以控制学生的学业压力。
