The study has been done in semi experimental method. Statistical society includes all girl students in fourth grade in which are learning Tanavarz National Project and are education in 121 schools in Babul city. Statistical sample has been selected randomly and in first Stage 3 schools and then in any school 1 class and in any class, about 15 students have been selected. They have been divided in three groups of control (n=15), speedy (n=15), and demonstrations (n=15) equally. Statistical datum has been analyzed through one-sided variance, non-parametric test of Kruskal–Wallis, and post hoc test of Tukey by SPSS 22 software in meaningful level of p≤0.05. Datum result showed that participants do have the mean height of 1.37±0.07 m and weight of 33.4±9.6 kg. Findings showed rope training project from statistical view in the two groups of showing and speedy does have meaningful influence on speed and agility of upper part of body and grow of fine motor skills than control group. However, its influence on the growth of response speed and motor visual control was not meaningful in three groups. In other hand, there is no meaningful difference among speed grow and agility of upper part of body and fine motor skills in speedy-demonstrations group (p>0.05), and only there is meaningful difference among the mean growth of speed and agility of upper part of body and fine motor skill in speedy-control group and demonstrations-control group (p<0.05). Finally, the result shows rope training project could be feasible program for the growth of girl’s fine motor skill.

Studies conducted in Turkey and around the world show that bullying in school is also common among students. “Peer bullying” in schools affects the development of students, our future generations, personally, emotionally, psychosocially, academically, morally, etc. can have a negative impact in many areas. The effect of this bullying, which started at school, can continue for years, leaving deep scars that are difficult to heal. To prevent the negativities to be experienced, recognizing bullying will be possible by discovering its causes and taking responsibility for the solution. In this study, firstly peer bullying, then emotion regulation skills and compassion concepts, which are thought to be related to bullying, are explained. Previous studies on these concepts are included.

This is based on the complexity of the notions and connotations they both imbibe. A similar difficulty it is faced when determining what is religious, particularly Islamic, in art and culture and what is not. Bearing in mind the complexity of both the definition and the conception, this paper attempts a general definition than can be considered by all sundry and attempts to draw closer some conceptual usages that would not be alleged as taking one beyond the boundary of religion. Islam is both an inclusive and exclusive way of life, and as such is expected to be tolerant in most cases. Art and culture derived from natural instincts would not in any way and form go against Islamic injunctions, if properly dissected and appropriately elucidated. There are many aspects of Yoruba art and culture that are still maintained both during and post adventure of Islam among the Yoruba community. Moreover, Islam has been silent on some others, not giving consent not disproving, due to lack of a direct prohibition from the Shariah law and the Muslim scholars. Art and culture cannot be strictly placed under the category of haram (prohibited acts), and it is the position of this paper that whether we like it or we like it not art and culture are both part of us and so shall we manage them with our ways of life (religion). The paper likes to conclude that the misplacement of the artistic and cultural concepts stem from the misappropriation and misrepresentation of what art and culture are and what they are not. Art and culture are just what they are, and are not what they are not, a water-concept of life that is seldom felt but hard to jettison.

Nevertheless, disparities in allusion to gender lingers at the apex of contemporary issues, especially in Africa. For several decades, women have been longstanding and continuously sidelined from the socioeconomic, cultural, and religious leadership positions and participation. Gender disparities, therefore, seem to be deeply embedded in socioeconomic, cultural, and religious practices in Africa. Despite the multifarious national and international legislations endorsed against gender disparities, there remains a great lacuna of women’s marginalization in governance. The study illuminated the gender disparities with the aid of historical and analytical evaluation as well as the social role theoretical framework. This was further combined with the explanatory and exploratory qualitative research design. This was effective in understanding the numerous drivers for gender disparities as well as the social gender roles and norms, the general exploitative nature of marriage, cultural legacies, politics, and religion in the African context vis a vis western world. This paper also discovered that although women are as intellectually capable as men, ostracism of women remains evident across diverse echelons of human civilization including democratic societies. The research found that some critical factors such as economic impediments, lack of or inadequate education, and religious belief, foster gender disparities in Africa. This research recommended an overhaul of the patriarchal education and curriculum, the analysis and study of religious books must be in accordance with the transformed sociological realities. Moreover, equality must be evidenced in the recruitment process of qualified men and women in governance. The paper concluded that the inflexible and barbaric cultural stereotypes and religious practices be reformed with consideration to gender parity. A standard shift is essential especially by women themselves, to ensure that women are both enlightened and empowered.

Persians, Azeris, Turkomans, Kurds, Lors, Baluchis, and Arabs as the well-known ethnics of Iran are scattered throughout geography of Iran. Constitution as a supreme law with a main purpose of providing justice illustrates distributive justice in different articles including the articles 15, 19, 20, 28, 29, 30, 31, and 43 and regards all the Iranians equal share for possession of economic and social rights. Distributive justice esteemed as social-economic justice is a concept whose background refers to the old history and in a modern concept; it seeks the government guarantee for distribution of country’s wealth throughout the whole community in a manner that all the citizens hold a certain value of worldly facilities concerning their rights. The current descriptive-analytic study having been performed in the context of library research is performable in terms of purpose, because it’s findings could be effective in the decision and policy making. This research seeks to answer the significant question that whether the distributive justice of Iran’s ethnics is of any importance to the constitution of Islamic Republic of Iran or not. According to the results of this work, despite the stipulation of equality principle by constitution, distributive justice of Iran’s ethnics is not performed except for some cases. Besides, the constitution lacks the required explicitness and includes some ambiguities.

Because of immigration, urbanization may generate challenges such as stressful events, a poor social network, and excessive city growth. Along with these circumstances, shifting weather conditions can have a negative impact on mental health, making it a critical procedure that must not be underestimated.\u0000Methods: This study uses geospatial technology to access the relationship between shifting weather and the mental health of construction workers in different construction sites of Chennai city zones. The data sets used for this cross-sectional study will be temperature data for two different months, that is, the hottest month (June) and the rainy month (July) along with the mental health data. This data set used here helps to evaluate the difference in workers’ mental health in higher temperature month and low-temperature month.\u0000Results: The main finding shows that even minor fluctuations in the average temperature have resulted in a significant rise in mental distress and cases of severe heat-related illness. Based on the variation in temperature, the works have mentally changed the way of overviewing the works. The outcome explains that exposure to sun throughout working hours has increased mental distress.\u0000Conclusion: With regard to the result, we can conclude that higher temperatures are associated with an increase in mental illness including self-reported instances of poor mental health. Cold temperatures diminish negative mental health effects, whereas hot temperatures aggravate them. The findings imply that temperature has a considerably different effect on mental health than it does on physical health and that it has a relatively similar effect on other behavioral and psychological consequences.

Positive psychotherapy is an important psychotherapy approach founded in 1968 by Nossrat Peseschkian. Since the 1990s, it has become more known. It is a combination of psychodynamic, existential, cultural, and behavioral theories. The word positive here means the actual, the real. The psychotherapist helps the client to see and understand the problem by making the current symptom more understandable. Positive psychotherapy also has a positive view of people. He argues that people are inherently good and should focus on the good aspects they have. It has three main principles: Hope, balance, and counseling. Positive psychotherapy is based on the balance model. By interpreting the symptoms positively, it is aimed for the client to approach the balance. It tries to explain the symptoms with its primary and secondary abilities. It aims to strengthen the positive resources of individuals to cope with the conflicts they experience, to continue their lives in a better quality and to realize themselves.

Using modification hypotheses related to the technology acceptance model, the theory of Rational Behavior, and the Theory of Planned Behavior were adopted to test hypothesized relationships. The study employed a quantitative approach whereby 220 respondents participated in the survey online, accessing the view on mobile financial services in promoting financial inclusion. Convenience sampling was adopted to select appropriate and needed participants for the study. The study focused on the perception of the mobile users that use mobile banking regarding its usefulness as a banking service. The findings indicate social influence, performance expectancy, risk perception, and trust perception are significantly related to mobile financial services and enhance financial inclusion. The study found that the more mobile banking customers interact with devices, the more mobile financial services grow and accept innovations towards technology and convenient service, and the more likely they are to adopt it. The study contributed significantly to the existing body of knowledge through mobile financial services. The strength of the relationship between mobile financial services and financial inclusion through the independent variables.
