In order to reduce the difficulty in dealing with the facts of correlation and multi-dimension of the financial indexes of listed companies and meanwhile to ensure that the data are not lost, we introduced factor analysis to the mixed logit equation and constructed a Factor Analysis Mixed Logit Model. Fifteen factors were extracted from original financial indexes, and four main factors which effect dramatically were selected to substitute the original financial indexes as explanatory variables. In order to support business negotiation in the network environment, this paper proposes a kind of negotiation mechanism based on agent type and equal utility space. The agent type can distinguish different proposal strategy, which makes core enterprise manage the negotiation procedure. Equal utility space indicates the proposal sets of the same utility, through which the agent can select the optimal proposal to raise united utility and increase the probability of successful negotiation. Certificateless public key cryptography combines the advantage of the identity-based public key cryptography ID-PKC) and the traditional PKI. In this paper, we present a secure and efficient two-party authenticated key agreement protocol based on an efficient and secure certificateless public key encryption scheme. It achieves almost all the known security attributes for authenticated key agreement protocol, such as perfect forward secrecy, PKG forward secrecy, key-compromise impersonation resilience, unknown key-share resilience, message independence and no key control. The method defines the distance matrix between all object types and unknown object. After solving the optimization problem of maximizing the mean deviations for all attributes, the weights of the attributes are obtained objectively. Thus, the result of recognition for the unknown object is given by the overall distance. It begins with a brief review of Synergetics and He-Xie theory, and then applies the theories to the study of system evolvement mechanism. He and Xie are all likely to turn into the order parameter of a system and they both have the equal chance to become the dominant mode of a system. So organizations’ efficiency and state can be characterized by the function and status of He and Xie, and the implications for systems’ evolvement can be summarized as follows: a stable and ideal system is dominated by He, namely He is the order parameter; a stable but non ideal is dominated by Xie and when He and Xie are both order parameters, the system is unstable and non ideal. This algorithm clusters the target points in need of distribution primarily by DBSCAN algorithm, and then weighted k-means algorithm is used to cluster the target points finally based on the primary clustering. Corresponding vehicles are allocated to every target cluster according to result of clustering analysis, furthermore, path of vehicles are optimized by use of PSO algorithm until all the distribution tasks are finished. The disasters not only cause immeasurable casualties and infrastructures damage, but information and data losses, which will bring big troubles to the post-disaster reconstruction projects, since the re-collect work will be time-consuming and need unpredictable efforts.In this paper, a new disaster-recovery IT framework is proposed. The framework is combined with P2M (point to multi-points) and P2P (point to point) to form a hierarchical IT infrastructure distributed in different geographic location. It ensures the high availability for the data through the DIMM (Disaster Indexing Measurement Mechanism), which uses a scheduling model for the data backup and synchronization locally and remotely, based on the hierarchical infrastructure.
