Abstract

China C2C e-Commerce has developed at high speed during recent years. Whether the credit rating systems of C2C e-Commerce is rational or not directly influences its development as the systems is a key way for risk-averse. This paper analyzes the C2C users’ fraud behavior with repeated game theory, checks the validity of existent C2C e-Commerce credit rating systems, especially the new one applied in Baidu “Youa” C2C e-Commerce platform. Finally some strategies that can be adopted to improve the systems are pointed out.

近年来,中国C2C电子商务高速发展。C2C电子商务的信用评级制度是否合理,直接影响到C2C电子商务的发展,因为信用评级制度是C2C电子商务规避风险的关键途径。本文运用重复博弈论分析了C2C用户的欺诈行为,检验了现有C2C电子商务信用评级体系的有效性,特别是b百度“有啊”C2C电子商务平台的信用评级体系的有效性。最后,提出了改进系统的对策。
