The objective of this paper is to deeply understand information system innovation behaviors by examining organizational innovation climate factors. The paper proposes two patterns of information system innovation behaviors based on the exploitation & exploration innovation theories from organizational management literature. Then with the deep interviews from some enterprises in Chinese, it builds four dimensions of IT innovation climate. Next the paper develops a research model to link four dimensions with two patterns of information system innovation behaviors. To test this model and proposed hypotheses, it collects the questionnaire from 192 enterprises. Data results support the research model and most hypotheses with structural equation model (SEM) and other statistics software. In fixing them, some modification to the algorithms for the negotiation-tree-building function and labeling function are proposed, and demonstrated by example online car rental. Organizations adopting it must bring together and manage huge volumes of RFID data and they will need to differentiate between meaningful data and vast amounts of “noise” in very large databases. As enterprises develop their RFID strategy in supply chain management, they should use BI technologies integrate RFID system with other applications, and analysis large volumes data to leverage potential strategic value of RFID. Unfortunately most of these initiatives have not been able to achieve the benefits claimed. Often the reason for this failure is a techno-centric focus rather than a governance-centric focus. The aim of this paper is to explore the necessary attributes of a governance-centric initiative under the banner “excellent e-governance”, and describe a methodology for ensuring such excellence in e-governance implementations.The paper follows a case study approach for developing the concept ofexcellent e-governance. It first conceptually differentiates between e-government and e-governance and describes the status of e-governance in developing countries. It then differentiates between the two approaches to e-governance: techno-centric and governance-centric. Next, the attributes of excellent e-governanceare explored in detail, the major issues for bringing excellence to e-governance initiatives are identified. Based on analyzing limitations of the existing online trust transaction mechanism, and according to characteristics of M-commerce transaction trust problem and business coalition in traditional commerce field, the article proposes a new trust transaction management mechanism on the basis of mobile marketing alliance. The mechanism makes the M-commerce transaction safe by the way of preventing beforehand, coordinating among the event and punishment afterwards. However, the problem of precision resulting from sparsity exists chronically. To address the issue, we develop collaborative filtering algorithm that incorporates the variance analysis of attributes-value preference, which can improve recommending precision further. What we operate on is based on the new user-item rating matrix that has been reduced in dimensionality via Singular Value Decomposition. Firstly, user ratings can be mapped to relevant item attributes for establishing attributes-value preference (AP) matrix. Variance matrix of AP (VAP) is proposed to compute the similarity between users that incorporate with the mean of it. Thus, the rating prediction is calculated to generate the top-N items for target user. The focus of malware research is shifting from using signature patterns to identifying the malicious behavior patterns. Many researcher extract behavior pattern from system call sequences to identify malware from benign programs with data mining techniques. Most system call tracing tools must run alongside the malware in the same system environment and could be easily detected by malware. In this paper, we propose a new system calls tracing system based on the full virtualization via Intel-VT technology. Malicious samples are running in a GuestOS and they can not detect the existence of system call tracing tool running in the HostOS. We collect a system call trace data set from 1226 malicious and 587 benign executables. Chinese 28 provincial government websites are evaluated with the model.
