In order to support business negotiation in the network environment, this paper proposes a kind of negotiation mechanism based on agent type and equal utility space. The agent type can distinguish different proposal strategy, which makes core enterprise manage the negotiation procedure. Equal utility space indicates the proposal sets of the same utility, through which the agent can select the optimal proposal to raise united utility and increase the probability of successful negotiation.
