In performing foot care, DM sufferers must have strong intentions and beliefs so that they can run it well. This study aimed to determine the factors related to the intention to perform foot care using the theory of planned behavior at the UPTD of the Poasia Health Center, Kendari City. This study used a correlation design with a cross-sectional study approach involving 32 samples. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling. The instrument used is a questionnaire. Data analysis using Spearman correlation test. The results showed that there was no relationship between attitudes (direct = 0.9, indirect = 0.11), subjective norms (direct = 0.058 and indirect = 0.165) and behavioral control (direct = 0.022 and indirect = 0.037) on the intention to perform foot care in Type 2 DM patients. Further research should examine respondents who have understood or understood the importance of DM foot care. Six patients after 2 hours post of TURP surgery were taken as respondents to be given Benson relaxation for 10 minutes. Before and after the intervention, the patient's pain scale was measured by using a numerical pain rating scale, and additional data such as blood pressure and pulse were then processed and analyzed by using SPSS. The result of the research was that the average pain score of the patient before and after the intervention was 3.50 and 2.00 with a p-value = 0.024. For blood pressure, the average systolic before and after was 126.67 and 121.67 with a p-value = 0.203, while diastolic before and after was 73.33 and 73.33 with p = 1,000. For pulse, the average score before and after the intervention was 78.00 and 75.00 with a p-value = of 0.279. Adjustment to emotional changes, quantity and quality of sleep becomes a problem if you don't get efficient and proper treatment. This study evaluates the effect of cinnamon (Cinnamomum burmannii)aromatherapy on the anxiety status and sleep quality of the elderly. Pre-experimental study with \"One Group Pretest-Posttest design without control\". Elderly population (n = 20) who experience sleep quality and anxiety disorders in the city of Surabaya. Census sampling, namely all samples are members of the population. Geriatic Anxiety Inventory Questionnaire and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index as measuring tools. Statistical test for differences in the dependent variable using the Wilcoxon signed ranks test for the elderly's anxiety scale after being given an intervention showed that the value of the anxiety scale was p-value = 0.000; the value of sleep quality p value = 0.000 so that there is a difference in the scale of anxiety and sleep quality before and after the Cinnamon aromatherapy intervention. One of the factors that affect poor nutrition is styles parenting. Parenting styles are known to have both positive and negative influences on nutritional status of children. So that, further research is needed, especially in Jember. This study aimed to identify correlation between mother’s parenting style and nutritional status among children under five years. This study used cross-sectional approach. A total of 94 mothers and children registered at Posyandu 85, 86, and 87 in Karangrejo village, Jember regency were selected purposively as sample of the study. The nutritional status was measured using weight for age. Mother’s parenting style was measured using Parental Authority Questionnaire. To identify the correlation between variables, Chi Square test was used. The majority of children with severe malnutrition and moderate malnutrition have mothers with permissive and authoritarian parenting style. In contrast, of the 54 mothers with authoritative parenting style, only 4 mothers whose children with severe or moderate malnutrition. This study showed a significant correlation between mother’s parenting style and nutritional status with p-value of 0.023. From this study, authoritative parenting style was identified to have a positive impact on the nutritional status. Children are a vulnerable group for contracting Tuberculosis disease. Poor health care seeking behavior can lead to delays in Tuberculosis treatment in children. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The criteria are the population of parents who have children with Tuberculosis, are recorded in medical records for 2020-2022, are currently or have been taking Tuberculosis treatment during the COVID-19 pandemic and live in Tegal Regency. The sampling technique is total sampling with 77 respondents. Data analysis used is descriptive analysis. The results showed that half of the respondents had good knowledge, the attitude of parents about the seriousness of Tuberculosis children, some respondents chose to be very serious, some others had reactions of fear, surprise, feeling sad and hopeless, respondents preferred to consult doctors and other health workers. Most the respondents denied that Tuberculosis consultation is quite expensive. The most the respondents prefer chose go to the health service immediately when child had symptoms of Tuberculosis, the other half did not go to the health service because of medical expensive. This policy affects all age groups including children because this situation requires children to play and learn from home. Limited space for interaction and exploration in children can affect children's development, especially in preschool-aged children who are experiencing rapid development. The purpose of this research is to identify the description of development of preschool children during the Covid-19 pandemic. The type of research used is a descriptive survey with a cross-sectional approach. The instrument used was a developmental pre-screening questionnaire (KPSP). This research involved a number of 159 preschool-aged children in the Srondol Wetan Public Health Center, Semarang City. The results showed that at most the development of children was normal in 108 (67.9%) children, doubtful in 39 (24.5%) children, and possible deviations in 12 (7.5%) children. The most failed question items were in the social and independence sectors, especially in the age range of 42, 48, 54, 60, and 66 months. It is difficult for the elderly to regulate their emotions properly when dealing with situations, especially unpleasant situations. Uncontrolled emotions cause hypertension sufferers to experience increased pulse, blood pressure and heart rhythm disturbances. This study aims to identify the effect of Emotion Focus Therapy (EFT) on emotion regulation in elderly people with hypertension. Intervention Emotion Focus Therapy (EFT) needs to be given to elderly people with hypertension to control emotions and stabilize blood pressure. The research design used was pre-experimental with one group pre-post test design. The sample in the study amounted to 30 respondents. The research results obtained before the Emotion Focus Therapy (EFT) intervention was given, most of them experienced low emotional regulation by 25 respondents (83.3%) and hypertension level 1 by 22 respondents (73.3%). After receiving the EFT intervention, there was an increase in emotional control. It was found that 23 respondents (76.67%) experienced moderate emotional regulation and 18 respondents (60%) had pre-hypertension. Analysis using Wilcoxon signed rank test. The statistical test results showed a p value = 0.000 (α≤0.05) so it could be concluded that the EFT intervention had an effect on the emotional regulation of hypertension sufferers at the elderly Posyandu RW 13 Platuk Donomulyo, Sidotopo Wetan Village, Kenjeran District, Surabaya. EFT is very effective as an effort to manage emotions in elderly people with hypertension by changing awareness, response, expression, reflection and transformation of emotions. In Indonesia, the incidence of Healthcare-Associated infections is relatively high. Patients with chronic kidney disease undergoing hemodialysis are at increased risk for Infection. The main chain of infection transmission is from the hands of health workers. Hand hygiene is essential in preventing Infection. However, the hand hygiene compliance of health workers is still low. This study aimed to describe the nurse's hand hygiene compliance, identify the factors that influence it and determine solutions to improve it. This study was descriptive-observational. The population of this study was all dialysis nurses in the Dialysis Unit of Dr. Soetomo General Hospital Surabaya. The sample size based on WHO requirements was 200 opportunities for hand hygiene. Identify the root cause using a fishbone diagram—determine alternative solutions to problems using Capability, Accessibility, Readiness, and Leverage methods. Based on the observations, nurses' compliance with hand hygiene was 28.5%. The lowest nurse compliance rate is at the indication before and after touching the patient. The factors that most influence the hand hygiene of dialysis nurses are the lack of knowledge and awareness of the importance of hand hygiene and the performance of the IPCLN team, which is not optimal. Dismeonore adalah nyeri hebat yang dialami diawal atau saat menstruasi. Ada beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi pemilihan penatalaksanaan dismenore seperti karakteristik dismenore. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh karakteristik dismenore dengan penatalaksanaan dismenore pada remaja putri. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif analitik, pendekatan menggunakan cross sectional. Populasi seluruh remaja putri yang mengalami dismenore di SMA Pembangunan Jaya 2 Sidoarjo. Teknik sampling adalah purposive sampling. Sampel adalah remaja putri yang telah memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Variabel independent dalam penelitian ini adalah karakteristik dismenore yang terdiri dari derajat nyeri, gejala penyerta, onset timbulnya dismenore, onset hilangnya dismenore, dan variabel dependen adalah penatalaksanaan dismenore. Jumlah responden adalah 46 orang. Analisa data yang digunakan uji Rank Spearman. Hasil menunjukan mayoritas responden berusia 15 tahun, usia menarch 12-13 tahun, siklus menstruasi rentang 21 sampai 35 hari, lama menstruasi rentang 3 sampai 7 hari, riwayat keluarga dismenore ibu, riwayat nyeri diluar menstruasi tidak ada, keteraturan siklus teratur. Hasil uji statistik menujukan tidak ada hubungan signifikan antara derajat nyeri, gejala penyerta, onset munculnya dismenore, onset hilangnya dismenore terhadap penatalaksanaan dismenore. The mood is divided into two, that is, the good mood and the bad mood. Mood can affect a person's sense of comfort due to feelings about a situation. The use of social media is one of the non-pharmacological actions in the form of distractions to increase a person's comfort. The purpose of this study is to analyze the duration of the use of social availability with changes in the 20000 online lectures, there are students in the 34th increase of STIKES Adi Husada, totaling 31 people with sampling technique used simple random sampling. The study design was non-experimental correlational with cross-sectional, using questionnaires to measure the duration of social media use and mood. The results of the Chi-square test showed a p-value (0.000) < 0.05, which means that there is a relationship between the duration of social media use and mood changes. The more often you access social media al, the more positive the mood that arises. This is because social media can provide a variety of interesting entertainment features, chat, and the latest information, and make it easier to get or get to know new friends in cyberspace so that friendships are wider.
