Teman sebaya (peer group) merupakan kelompok dengan kesamaan ciri pada tingkat usia yang sama, yang sering memberikan pengaruh dalam pemilihan makanan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi hubungan teman sebaya dengan perilaku jajan pada anak usia sekolah di SDN 003 Kecamatan Tanjung Palas Kalimantan Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling dengan besar sampel 36 responden. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Uji statistik dalam penelitian ini adalah uji chi square, dengan hasil p = 0,148 > α = 0,05 dapat dinyatakan bahwa H0 diterima artinya tidak ada hubungan teman sebaya dengan perilaku jajan pada anak usia sekolah. Hal ini bisa disebabkan bahwa selain teman sebaya masih ada faktor lain yang mempengaruhi perilaku jajan seperti : sikap terhadap makanan jajanan, pengetahuan, kebiasaan anak membawa makanan dari rumah dan kebiasaan makan pagi. Upaya untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan mengenai perilaku jajan yang baik dapat melalui kegiatan penyuluhan gizi, meningkatkan peran serta orang tua untuk membiasakan anak makan pagi, membawa makan dan minum sendiri, serta tidak sering membiasakan anak untuk jajan diluar rumah. \u0000Kata kunci : Teman sebaya, perilaku jajan","PeriodicalId":251564,"journal":{"name":"Adi Husada Nursing Journal","volume":"213 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-08-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114844918","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The dawn phenomenon occurs when endogenous insulin secretion decreases or when the effect of exogenous insulin given to the patient the day before disappears, along with a physiological increase in insulin antagonist hormone. When people with diabetes eat too late at night, consume alcohol, or use insulin too late, it will cause a spike in blood sugar levels in the morning. This condition is known as the Somogyi effect and is caused by the human activity itself. The Somogyi effect is present in the case of excessive amounts of exogenous insulin. The dawn phenomenon is more common than the Somogyi effect. This research method uses a case study to explore the problem of nursing care in patients with diabetes mellitus at St Paul University Hospital, Philippines. Data were collected using interviews, observation, physical examination, and documentation. The data obtained were analysed by descriptive method, compiled from diagnosis to evaluation using three diabetic patients as sampling. To diagnose this dawn phenomenon, it is important for nurses to measure plasma glucose levels over several nights between 3 am and 5 am or use a continuous glucose monitoring system. Although the treatments are different, the best way to prevent the dawn phenomenon and the Somogyi effect is to control diabetes optimally with insulin therapy. It is hoped that nurses, clients, and families can monitor the patient's glucose levels periodically to prevent complications in diabetes. \u0000Keywords : Diabetic, Somogyi, Down Phenomenon Effect, case study","PeriodicalId":251564,"journal":{"name":"Adi Husada Nursing Journal","volume":"35 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-08-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128304721","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study aims to obtain an overview of the effectiveness of sleeping on the side (tilted) related to the sleep quality of third-trimester pregnant women in the Tambaksari Region, Surabaya. The design used is pre-experimental with one group pre-post test design, The research instrument to measure sleep quality was using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), the research sample of mothers who were pregnant in the third trimester who complained of disturbed sleep quality as many as 25 respondents using the Consecutive Sampling Technique. Setting the Sleep On Side position was carried out for 10 days, then analyzed using the Wilcoxon statistical test. The results of the study from 25 respondents that the quality of sleep was good at 22 (88%), and sleep quality was less as much as 3 (12%). Sleep quality disorders experienced by pregnant women in the third trimester if not treated will cause a decrease in body resistance so that it is at risk for the delivery process and the health of the fetus. Non-pharmaceutical handling is the right choice so as not to cause side effects for the fetus. If untreated well, it may get worse resulting in amputation. As most patients are treated at home, family support becomes an important variable to be measured in time. This was a correlational study using the cross-sectional design approach. The population was all diabetic ulcer patients in Wound House of Sidoarjo (N=100). The sample is all members of the population. The sample size was 100 selected by total sampling (n=100). The independent variable was family support measured by 24 items in a valid and reliable questionnaire (r = .217-.785, α = .889), while the dependent variable was anxiety level measured by 14 items in HARS (r = .529-.727, α = .756). Data analysis is the ed Spearman Rank correlation test (α=.05). Most respondents were elderly (76%), female (58%), married (77%), primary graduate graduated (39%), close related persons were spouses and children (96%), cared for by children (55%), DM duration 1-5 years (44%), ulcer duration less than 1 year (56%), regular wound care (90%) with the frequency of once or three times per week (@ 38%). Most respondents reported high family support (97%) and no anxiety (80%). There was no significant correlation between family support and anxiety level (p = .077).
