Theory. The database was obtained through Google Scholar and Scopus using the keywords for applying patient safety culture and hospitals. Articles that meet the criteria are published in 2016-2021 using Indonesian and English languages. The articles used in this Systematic Review amounted to 15 articles according to the requirements determined by the researcher. The analysis of 15 articles showed that there were three main factors related to the implementation of patient safety culture in hospitals, namely teamwork, communication, and supervision. Its several factors related to the implementation of patient safety culture in hospitals from several previous studies.
