The operation of section 1 of the Semarang Solo Toll Road provides another alternative access to the road network between the City of Ungaran and the surrounding areas, namely, the City of Semarang and Bawen. This development increases the accessibility of Ungaran with the surrounding areas and has an impact on the surrounding land use. The Ungaran toll gate is located in the Kalirejo Village, so it has had an impact on the physical change of the agricultural land into economic and residential areas. Bawen has changes in surrounding land use both before and after the operation of toll gates. The objectives of this study are (1) to find out the impact of toll gate construction on changes in land use, (2) to understand the distribution and pattern of settlements and (3) to know the distribution and patterns of trade and services. The method of determining the number of samples used the formula of the Technical Guidelines for Collecting and Processing Spatial Mangrove Data from the Geospatial Information Agency from the total land use population in Sidomulyo and Kalirejo Villages. The calculation results obtained 91 number of samples, and samples were taken in areas that occurred changes in land use between 2011 and 2018. The method of analysis used is quantitative descriptive. Changes in land use that occurred after the completion of the Ungaran toll gate in 2015 were dominated by the changes in land use into fields, trade and services and settlements. Changes in land use that occurred in 2018 were dominated by land use into settlements, public, and trade and services. The conclusion obtained in this study is that the changes in land use in the period 2011 to 2018 as a result of the construction of the Ungaran toll gate have total areas of 63.21 ha. The dominant erosion in Indonesia caused by runoff water causes the loss of top soil elements affecting soil fertility and detrimental to farmers who depend on agricultural products. Objectives of this research (1) to identify the erosion hazard level that occurred in Persen Hamlet on the northern slopes of Ungaran mountain as spatial analysis and (2) the relation about erosion hazard level to local wisdom farmer at Persen Hamlet, Sekaran Village in soil managing that used as agricultural erosion land. Methods of data collection on this study were interviews to explore the local wisdom of farmers in Persen Hamlet then field observations, for spatial analysis using the USLE approach which was inputted in the Geographic Information System (GIS) to create a map of erosion hazard levels in Persen Hamlet of the northern slopes of the Ungaran mountain. Data analysis technique used spatial data analysis, and to combine the research parameters, it analyzed the strategy to reduce agriculture erosion land through local wisdom conducted by farmers in Persen Hamlet. The results of research indicated that there is local wisdom conducted by farmer to reduce agricultural erosion land in Persen Hamlet of the northern slopes of the Ungaran mountain that could be known through behavior of farmer in Persen Hamlet in managing soil to reduce agricultural erosion land. Radicalism in social context is still a debate, including among Santri and other religious communities. It is very interesting to study because this actual study attempts to map out the views that exist in the concept of human development. The research method used is qualitative with phenomenology design, data source for this research is Santri and social-religious activities where they live every day. The results of this study are (i) radicalism is understood as deviant behavior in the context of nationalism (ii) most Santri reject the radicalism stereotype of Islam, (iii) there are those who understand that radicalism in Indonesia is Western engineering, and (iv) others think that the root of radicalism comes from the wrong religious learning process. The methods of data collection were observation, interview guide, and documentation questionnaire. The techniques of data analysis employed the percentage of descriptive technique, average analysis technique, and qualitative descriptive technique with interactive technique. The results of this study showed that: (1) professional competence in multicultural-based sociology learning was still low; (1) the type of training conducted recently has not met the needs; and (3) the types of training needs for multicultural-based sociology learning were: the objective of training was based on the needs, the training instructor was a professional in his field, the training materials were based on the needs, the learning method implemented andragogy method, pretest & posttest needed to be conducted, and follow up as well as the implementation of training result was necessary. The person who earns a living through pemindangan is called pemindang. Most of the pemindang in Tambaksari Village clean their fish and dispose their waste into the river. This study aims to analyze the importance of environmental education to all pemindang in Tambaksari Village. The research used qualitative methods with a case study approach. The subjects of the study were 25 pemindang and 348 consumers in the Tambaksari village community. The data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, FGD, and document analysis. Triangulation technique was applied for testing the data validity. The data were analyzed through the process of data reduction, data stages, data displays, and data conclusions or verification. The results of the study show that environmental education given to pemindang is very important and it is carried out by providing training and counseling, giving proper memindang techniques, managing pindang byproducts / wastes and monitoring the pemindangan process. High awareness and commitment from all pemindang are required to save the river and to guarantee the hygiene of their pindang fish. It takes time to change the environmentally conscious behavior of the pemindang.
