Character needs to be planted in the company to create human resources with character and ready to adapt well in order to development the company. Local wisdom can be used as an alternative in building the character of human resources (HR), because local wisdom is the noble values possessed by each region which are upheld by the values and meanings contained therein. Building character based on local wisdom will have a meaning when it is based on universal values ??that are rooted in the culture. One of the local wisdoms in Bali is the concept of Tri Kaya Parisudha. Tri Kaya Parisudha are three ethical teaching concepts that are controlled and harmonized, namely thoughts (manacika), words (wacika), and actions (kayika). Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap perusahaan manufaktur tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia dalam periode waktu penelitian tahun 2013 hingga 2018 dan sampel berjumlah 82 perusahaan. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa faktor profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap struktur modal perusahaan, tetapi risiko bisnis, tingkat pertumbuhan dan risiko pasar tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap struktur modal. Disruption has penetrated all sides of world life, especially in corporate culture. On the other hand, the era of disruption also greatly impacts every employee, especially with the presence of intergenerational gaps in company employees. This study aims to determine the extent to which corporate culture and the role of the company face the generation gap in the era of disruption. The research method used is a qualitative research method with data collection techniques done by triangulation using observation, interviews and documentation. Through the technical analysis of Miles and Huberman, it was found that there were a number of challenges faced in the era of disruption and corporate culture in synergy with strategies to face challenges with several key steps, namely: promoting the culture of SIPP (mutual trust, integrity, caring, and learning), code of conduct (COC) the company PT PLN Distribution Bali, and the COC in the field to minimize employee gaps. Lebih khusus lagi, penelitian ini memeriksa hubungan antara variabel kualitas layanan elektronik, kesadaran merek, kepercayaan, dan kepuasan terhadap minat pembelian kembali pada layanan Go-Car, Go-Food, dan Go-Ride. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei dengan 170 responden. Pemodelan persamaan struktural digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis yang diajukan. Model penelitian diuji menggunakan data survei yang dianalisis dengan pemodelan persamaan struktural kuadrat terkecil parsial. Untuk layanan Go-Car dan Go-Food menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara kualitas layanan elektronik dan kesadaran merek terhadap kepercayaan dan kepuasan, kemudian adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara kepercayaan terhadap minat pembelian kembali. Sampel dari survey penelitian ini yaitu 50 orang pejabat yang sedang mengikuti pelatihan dan pendidikan kepemimpinan pola baru untuk eselon III dari 30 organisasi pemerintahan Kota. Analsis data statistik dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan Struktural Equation Model –Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS), dengan software Smart PLS 3.2.7. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan visioner memediasi hubungan antaran pelatihan kepemimpinan dalam meningkatkan kreativitas pegawai. Berbagi pengetahuan terbukti memoderasi hubungan antara kepemimpinan visioner dan kreativitas pegawai. Salah satu upaya pemasaran untuk menarik perhatian mereka adalah dengan mengombinasikan iklan dan hiburan dalam bentuk advergame atau advertising game. Dengan semakin meningkatnya penggunakan advergame terutama yang ditujukan pada anak-anak, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektifitas advergame melalui pengalaman flow dan persuasion knowledge terhadap advergame dan brand attitude serta niat beli mereka terhadap produk yang melekat dalam game. Penelitian ini melibatkan 218 anak-anak usia 10-12 tahun di Jakarta dan Surabaya. Tujuh hipotesis diajukan untuk dinalisis lebih lanjut. Berbeda dengan studi-studi sebelumnya, hasil menunjukkan bahwa sikap atas advergame tidak berpengaruh pada niat anak-anak untuk membeli produk yang diiklankan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada mahasiswa Universitas Sebelas Maret, diambil dengan menggunakan teknik probability sampling yaitu proportional stratified random sampling dengan jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 610 mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan model persamaan struktural (Structural Equation Model). Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) kepribadian proaktif mahasiswa Universitas Sebelas Maret berhubungan positif dengan kesadaran diri untuk berwirausaha yang dimediasi oleh efikasi diri kreatif dan efikasi diri pembelajaran; 2) sifat daya saing mahasiswa Universitas Sebelas Maret berhubungan positif dengan kesadaran diri untuk berwirausaha yang dimediasi oleh efikasi diri kreatif dan efikasi diri pembelajaran; 3) kesadaran diri untuk berwirausaha mahasiswa Universitas Sebelas Maret berhubungan positif dengan niat berwirausaha mahasiswa yang dimediasi oleh anticipatory entrepreneurial cognitions. Penelitian ini memiliki keterbatasan dalam hal subyek dan obyek penelitian, karena fokus penelitian hanya kepada mahasiswa yang masih aktif dalam kegiatan kuliah dan dilakukan di lingkungan Universitas Sebelas Maret. Riset ini juga bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel budaya organisasi dan organizational justice pada kepuasan kerja, serta menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 152 karyawan hotel di Surabaya dengan purposive sampling. Hasil penyebaran kuesioner diolah dengan teknik analisis Partial Least Square (PLS). Terdapat 7 hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini, sebanyak 6 hipotesis yang terdukung, yaitu H1, H2, H4, H5, H6, dan H7. Sementara H3 tidak terdukung. Hasil penelitian ini mendukung social exchange theory. This study with quantitative methods through the distribution of questionnaires. Population taken for this research is teacher with status of Civil Servant at school for disabilities Cirebon which amounted to 101 employees. Sampling technique in this study using Probability Sampling, and for the proportional distribution is done propotionate stratified random sampling technique with 81 responden. Based on the results of analysis shows that: 1). Knowledge sharing has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. 2). Individual innovation capability has no effect on teacher performance. 3).
