Merujuk riset-riset sebelumnya di beberapa negara, suku bunga pasar, kapitalisasi, profitabilitas, ukuran asset bank, diversifikasi pendapatan bank dan tingkat efisiensi bank adalah faktor-faktor yang memiliki pengaruh yang kuat terhadap perilaku pengambilan risiko oleh bank. Suku bunga yang digunakan adalah Jakarta Interbank Offered Rate, Indonesia Government Bonds Yield, Bank Indonesia Rate, dan Bank level Lending Rate. Tingkat agresivitas dalam pengambilan risiko (bank risk taking) diukur dengan menggunakan dua cara yaitu jumlah asset berisiko yang dimiliki bank dan besarnya risiko kredit bank. Risiko kredit diukur menggunakan cadangan kerugian pinjaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Bank Indonesia Rate merupakan suku bunga yang paling mempengaruhi agresivitas bank dalam pengambilan risiko yang diukur dengan aset berisiko maupun yang diukur dengan cadangan kerugian pinjaman. This research tried to explore and determine problems concerning with employees organizational citizenship behavior. The research was conducted in Tax Training Center with a population 63 and samples taken 54 by using quantitative approach with path analysis methods. The research of hypothesis testing show that there are: (1) positive direct effect of emotional intelligence on organizational citizenship behavior; (2) positive direct effect of organization commitment on organizational citizenship behavior; (3) positive direct effect of motivation on organizational citizenship behavior; (4) positive direct effect of emotional intelligence on motivation: (5) positive direct effect of organization commitment on motivation; and (6) positive direct effect of emotional intelligence on organization commitment. This research uses purposive sampling sampling technique. The sample used is 100 respondents who are domiciled in Denpasar. The data obtained were analyzed by descriptive analysis and Partial Least Square. The results of the study found that perceptions of green values ??and green beliefs have a positive and significant impact on green buying intentions. The perception of green value has a positive and significant effect on green belief. Furthermore, perceptions of green risks have a negative and significant effect on green beliefs and green buying intentions. The practical implications of this study are important for marketers to take this into account through more intensive programs for health-themed activities such as bicycle sports, marathon, and gymnastics, which are then supported by marketing and education on Herbalife products. Current innovation research is partial and excludes disruptive innovation and sustainable competitiveness. This research fills the gap by developing a model for increasing the competitiveness of SMFIs based on disruptive innovation and identifying constraints faced by SMFIs if the model is implemented. Data was collected through Focus Group Discussions and surveys using questionnaires. With a model framework approach, the model is composed of six subsystems, namely input, production process, post production, marketing, and supporting institutions. The potential for disruptive innovation lies in the quality of functional food products and low production costs because resources are available locally. However, the potential for disruptive innovation has not been utilized optimally by SMFI due to various obstacles. Choosing the best marketing strategy is a process involving problem of multiple decision-making criteria, which considers many attributes in various phases of a strategy formulation method. This paper proposes a model of selecting marketing strategy for Batik Madura SMEs. The model selected five criteria including customer networking, innovation capabilities, managerial competency, human capital, and company reputation based on literature reviews and focus group decision-making discussion. Analytic network process (ANP), decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL) and technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution (TOPSIS) methods were applied to obtain an impact relation map from each criteria and to determine the priority of marketing strategy. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap pada mahasiswa program S1 Reguler FEB-Unud yang telah lulus mata kuliah kewirausahaan dalam kurun waktu tiga semester terakhir. Penelitian menggunakan sampel individu sebagai unit analisis dengan ukuran sampel responden 200 orang dan dibagi ke dalam tiga prodi secara proposional. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis SEM berbasis AMOS. Hasil analisis menemukan bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan berdampak signifikan terhadap niat berwirausaha, pendidikan kewirausahaan berdampak signifikan terhadap EBI, EBI berdampak signifikan terhadap niat berwirausaha, dan EBI berperan signifikan memediasi secara parsial dampak pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap niat berwirausaha.
