The management of LPDs that are not optimal will have a negative impact on the LPD’s operational performance. The development of an effective strategy is needed to improve the operational performance of LPDs. This research examined the causal relationship between organizational culture, operational strategy, operational performance and continuous competitive advantage of LPDs in Buleleng Regency. This is an explanatory study of the causality between variables. The development of the model in this study is conducted to predict the causal relationship between variables. The total number of LPDs used as sample is 54 LPDs. The research respondents are all the leaders of the Village Credit Institutions (LPD) in Buleleng Regency. The data analysis technique used in this study is the SEM based on variance, namely the General Structured Component Analysis (GSCA). The hypothesis test results showed that organizational culture based on Tri Hita Karana has a significant influence on the operational strategy of LPDs in Buleleng Regency. Second, the operational strategy has a significant influence on the operational performance of LPDs in Buleleng Regency. Third, the organizational culture based on Tri Hita Karana does not have a significant influence on the operational performance of LPDs in Buleleng Regency. Fourth, organizational culture based on Tri Hita Karana has a significant influence on the longterm competitive advantage of the LPDs in Buleleng Regency. Using sample 200 undergraduates students at ten universities in Semarang by quota sampling technique. The results showed that proactive personality was significantly and positively associated with entrepreneurial intention. Entrepreneurial education related significantly with entrepreneurial intention. It was observed that entrepreneurial education significantly moderated the relationship between proactive personality and entrepreneurial intention. The findings were consistent with the personality theory of entrepreneurship. Several studies have proven this matter, but there are still some that show inconsistenciesregarding the influence of entrepreneurship spirit on the investment decision making process. Thisstudy is motivated to prove that the accounting knowledge of micro and small enterprises (MSE)business practitioners has an influence on the relationship between entrepreneurship spirit andinvestment decision making. This study utilize the questionnaire to collect data directly regarding theperception of MSE business practitioners related to their entrepreneurship spirit, utilization ofaccounting information, and investment decisions. A total of 98 MSE business practitioners wereselected as the research sample and is further analyzed using the moderated regression analysis toprove whether the utilization of accounting information is able to moderate the influence ofentrepreneurship spirit on investment decision making. The utilization of accounting knowledge byMSE practitioners has been proven to strengthen the influence of their entrepreneurship spirit on theinvestment decision making. This means that the knowledgeability of MSE practitioners regardingaccounting information helps the MSE entrepreneurs in making investment decisions. Data analysis will be divided to before the Brexit (January 2012 – 22 June 2016) and after the Brexit (24 June 2016 – December 2016). The analytical tool used is Vector Autoregressive (VAR) to analyze the integration between capital markets and Granger Causality to detect any contagion effect between capital markets. The conclusion of this research is existance of Brexit event can change the segmented ASEAN-5 region become more integrated. It’s  found that the Singapore capital market is a capital market that recieves a contagion effect from the UK capital market before and after Brexit. The variables studied are investor experience, the time in which stocks are sold, education level and total capital. The data collection is conducted through interviews, utilizing questionnaires, and direct observations with a total sample of 90 investors which were selected using the proportional random sampling technique. The analysis tool utilized in this study is the multiple linear regression analysis The research results showed the four variables, investor experience, time in which stocks are sold, education level, and the total capital, individually have a positive on the investors’ success in stock investments in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The variable with the greatest influence on the investor’s stock investments success in Indonesia Stock Exchange is the capital. The recommendations are investors must participate in stock analysis trainings, both fundamental and technical to reduce risks, investors are suggested to never place 100% of their investments in the same stock portfolio and instead diversify it with other assets, further studies should encompass other variables that may influence the success of investors in stock investments. This study also analyzed the mediation of self-brand connection in the influence of attitude towards brand, brand uniqueness and brand personality on brand advocacy. The data collection is conducted by using the survey method, through the distribution of questionnaires to 128 immigrant student respondents who study in Yogyakarta City. The sampling method used is the non-probability sampling with the purposive sampling technique. By using the structural equation model with the AMOS statistics software, this study found that the attitude towards brand, brand uniqueness and brand personality have a positive influence on self-brand connection and self-brand connection has a positive influence on brand advocacy. This research was inspired by the high number of tourists who visited the POW such as Pura Tanah Lot, Pura Ulundanu and Pura Uluwatu. These Pura (temples) are always in the top ten tourism objects in Bali, based on the number of tourists visiting. The high number of tourists visiting the POW have an impact on the welfare of the communities around the object, the environmental conditions, and the sustainability of the object. This article aims to determine the main factors which result in a profitable and sustainable POW. The respondents are the tourists who visit the POW of Tanah Lot Temple, Ulundanu Temple and Uluwatu Temple. This research used observations, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation to collect data and the descriptive statistics and factor analysis to analyze the data. The results of this research indicate that there are four (4) main factors that shape the success of the POW as profitable and sustainable tourism objects. The four main factors are: Factors of Amenities, which consist of: parking area, public market/shopping area for souvenirs, accommodation (hotel), restaurant, rest room/public toilet, ticket booth, ticket check point, information center and cleanliness of the POW. Factors of Attraction, which consist of: main attractions (uniqueness), panorama and natural beauty, cultural attractions, and traditional handicraft. Factors of Ancillary/tourism organization, which consists of: the organization of POW, professional tourism organization and money changer. The last factor is Factors of Accessibility which consists of: access to the POW, transportation traffic to the POW, location of POW, and the information of the POW as the tourism object. In his seminal paper, Black (1976) stated that the leverage effect hypothesis is the condition in which a drastic fall in stock return is followed by the increase in stock price volatility. The increase in stock price volatility is the reflection of the increase in stock risk. Risk is the main consideration of investors in making stock investment decisions aside from stock return. The methods used to examine and analyze the leverage effect hypothesis in thus research are the TARCH and EGARCH. The sampling method in this study is purposive sampling, in which the research period is determined based on the level of inflation. There are three periods employed namely, the low inflation period (January 2016- August 2018), the normal inflation level period (January 2012- December 2015), and the period of high inflation level (January 2005-December 2006). The data source in this study is the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the Bank of Indonesia. The novelty in this study is the leverage effect hypothesis which is performed on several periods with different inflation levels. The difference in inflation level in each period which results in different pressure towards the risk of stock investment has never been studied before. The test and analysis result shows that there are leverage effects in each test period. There is a tendency in which the increase in inflation level entails a greater risk contained in the stock investment. Thus, there is a need for continuous innovation, consequently, they need to be more market oriented. The purpose of this study is to explore the role of competence in producing knowledge as the mediator in the relationship between market orientation and the innovation of textile SMEs in Bali. The design of this research is a causality research. Surveys were conducted using a research instrument in the form of questionnaires containing 22 items. The respondents in this study are the managers of the textile manufacturing SMEs and the total is 70 respondents. The respondents conveyed their opinion regarding the effect of market orientation, competence in producing knowledge, and the innovations of their firm. The analysis method used is the descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using the SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) 3.0 analysis tool. The main finding of this study shows that the competence in producing knowledge mediates the influence of market orientation on innovation. Market orientation has an influence on innovation, market orientation has a positive influence on the competence in producing knowledge, and competence in producing knowledge has a positive influence on innovation ability.
