Entrepreneurial education related significantly with entrepreneurial intention. It was observed that entrepreneurial education significantly moderated the relationship between proactive personality and entrepreneurial intention. The findings were consistent with the personality theory of entrepreneurship. 摘要

本研究探讨了主动性人格与创业意向之间的预测关系,以及创业教育对这种关系的调节程度。采用定额抽样的方法,对三宝垄市10所高校的200名本科生进行抽样调查。结果表明,主动性人格与创业意向显著正相关。创业教育与创业意向显著相关。研究发现,创业教育显著调节了主动性人格与创业意向的关系。这一发现与企业家精神的人格理论相一致。本研究的启示可以为那些在高等教育中奋斗的人提供参考,他们应该如何设计正确的创业教育模式,以鼓励更多的学生提高创业意愿。
