Sehingga artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah kerangka yang original untuk menjelaskan peran moderasi persepsi dukungan organisasi antara komitmen organisasi dan sikap whistle-blowing. Penelitian ini merupakan studi empiris pada perguruan tinggi negeri di Kota Bandung. Selanjutnya analisis multivariat sebagai alat dalam menjelaskan hipotesis penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian secara empiris komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif pada sikap whistle-blowing. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regressi berganda dengan variabel tergantung jumlah outstanding IGS (OSIGS) dan kinerja perbankan nasional. Variabel bebas dari kinerja perbankan nasional terdiri rasio kecukupan modal (CAR), rasio imbal-balik aset (ROA), biaya operasional terhadap pendapatan operasional (OEOI/BOPO), rasio bagian pendapatan bersih (NIM), dan rasio pinjaman terhadap dana (LDR). Periode data penelitian dimulai dari tahun 2007S1-2016S1 dengan data konsolidasi kinerja perbankan nasional dari seluruh jumlah bank umum ( commercial bank)  sebanyak 118 bank. Research related to ARL has been widely carried out in some countries, considering the importance of this issue. This study analyzed the factors that affect ARL on the Conventional Bank Companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample consisted of 84 companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) which submitted financial reports to OJK (the Financial Service Authority) in the period of 2013-2015. The data used in this research was selected by using purposive sampling method and analysis used multiple linear regression. Based on the analytical results, Profitability, Auditor Opinion, and Firm Reputation had negative significant effect toward ARL. Does the consumer experience and design benefits always increase customer satisfaction? This study aims to examine the effect of customer experience and design benefits (utilitarian benefit and hedonic benefits) toward intention to recommended with customer satisfaction as an interviening variable. Research conducted by involving 100 respondents using iPhone smartphone products in Kebumen City was taken using purposive sampling technique. The collected data and analyzed using path analyze and processed using the SPSS 24.0 statistical tool. The hypotheses result of the study show that from the seven hypotheses there is only one that is rejected, namely the fifth hypothesis. Sudana","doi":"10.24843/matrik:jmbk.2020.v14.i01.p11","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.24843/matrik:jmbk.2020.v14.i01.p11","url":null,"abstract":"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah penerbitan waran pada Penawaran Umum Saham (Initial Public Offerings) di Pasar Modal Indonesia dilakukan sebagai bentuk mekanisme pendanaan bertahap (staged financing) (Schultz, 1993) ataukah merupakan upaya penyampaian sinyal tentang perusahaan (Chemmanur dan Fulghieri, 1997). Penelitian dilakukan pada 96 perusahaan yang melakukan IPO pada periode 2010-2013 di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa IPO dengan waran dilakukan oleh perusahaan yang lebih muda, memiliki profitabilitas yang lebih rendah, serta dengan kecenderungan pemilik (owner) mempertahankan proporsi kepemilikan yang lebih rendah pasca IPO. Hasil analisis OLS menunjukkan initial return IPO dengan waran yang lebih tinggi dibanding IPO biasa. Analisis probit menunjukkan bahwa keputusan melakukan IPO dengan waran dipengaruhi oleh umur dan leverage. It involved 70 respondents that are active female workers. The method use here is OLS (Ordinary Least Square) that makes us easy to explain relational framework of independent variables toward dependent variable. Based on the result, we find that decision to shop is affected by only two independent variables: decision-making and external locus of control. The rest of independent variables do not have effect at all. The use of the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) method is to measure the importance of modern retail attributes according to the perceptions of modern retail consumers. These researches were involved 244 respondents, randomly selected through online surveys. The results showed that there were no differences in consumer perceptions between the types of modern retail hypermarkets and supermarkets in general. The indicators that are the main priority for improvement sequentially are the unfavorable activities, price fairness with quality, the gentleness of employees, and quality assurance of the product. Metode analisis statistik deskriptif digunakan untuk menjelaskan sebaran data dan uji beda dua rata-rata independen untuk membandingkan kinerja portofolio saham dengan indeks Sharpe dari portofolio saham ukuran besar dengan portofolio saham ukuran kecil yang telah dibentuk dari saham-saham yang konsisten masuk ke dalam Indeks Kompas 100 periode 2012-2017. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan indeks Sharpe portofolio saham ukuran besar lebih baik daripada portofolio saham ukuran kecil. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Swastika Bungalows Sanur. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 60 karyawan dengan metode sampel jenuh. Data dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dan menggunakan analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) sebagai teknik analisis data. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa quality of work life berpengaruh positif terhadap knowledge sharing, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap knowledge sharing, quality of work life berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja dan knowledge sharing berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, selain itu hasil penelitian ini juga mengungkapkan bahwa knowledge sharing memediasi pengaruh quality of work life terhadap kinerja karyawan dan memediasi pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Swastika Bungalows Sanur.
