Monostatic MIMO radar has the anti-jamming and anti-stealth capacity, and can also improve the reliability and localization accuracy of detecting targets. In this paper, we propose a monostatic MIMO radar target localization method based on parallel factor (PARAFAC) model. The proposed method does not impose constraints on the signals, and can optimize the feature of the monostatic MIMO radar. This paper builds the model of the index BER (Bit Error Rate) on the AWGN channel aiming at the SIM (Sub carrier Index Modulation) part based on a generalized SIM-OFDM system. The BER of SIM-OFDM system consists of two parts, where the index BER itself is the one part and also affects the other part that's the symbol BER, so it's worth researching on the performance of the index BER. In this paper, we propose a novel routing method to balance the network load without changing the router structure. In the proposed routing method, data packets waiting too long in the router use the escape network to accelerate transmission under high data injection rate. We have implemented our design on the XC6VLX240T FPGA using Verilog HDL to evaluate and analyze the routing method. To solve the communication problems of Smart Grid., such as unbalanced energy consumption., short network lifetime., and bad data reliability in the AMI network., an ETEN-RPL routing algorithm based on a composite routing metric which combined expected transmission count (ETX) and the remaining energy metrics according to certain weights was naturally proposed to select the preferred parent node. Also., network performances are evaluated through simulating ETEN-RPL routing algorithm on the Cooja simulator under Contiki platform. Early fire detection focuses on smoke detection. The proposed scheme of early fire detection is divided into two steps. Based on the slow spread of smoke, firstly a time delay parameter improves Gaussian mixture model for extracting candidate smoke regions. Then, two motion features of smoke, the rate of area change and motion style, are used to select smoke regions from the candidate regions. However, the development of the devices is hindered by diversity of interfaces (RS-232/485, Ethernet, USB, etc.), high cost, outdoor environment, etc. In this work, we proposed a ‘system on module’ solution to address above issues. We optimize and spare the storage space of baseband chip for embedded control system to replace the independent chips, which dramatically reduces the size, cost and power consumption of devices. Meanwhile, our SOM wireless devices can support multi-interfaces and thus realize ‘plug and play’. Moreover, our developed wireless devices allow multimode wireless communications including operator's wireless networks LTE FDD/TDD, UMTS, GSM and self-built LTE-G 1800MHz network. In this correspondence, an algebraic approach based on the conjugates of primitive elements over finite fields to construct Quasi-Cyclic (QC) Low-Density Parity-Check codes is presented. Proposed QC-LDPC codes provide an excellent error performance with Belief Propagation (BP) decoding over an Additive White Gaussian Noise (AWGN) channel. Based on numerical results, the performance analysis shows that the proposed QC-LDPC codes perform as well as the randomly constructed Progressive edge growth (PEG) LDPC codes and algebraic QC-LDPC in the lower signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) region but outperform their counterparts in the higher SNR region. In 12-bit SAR ADC, the matching precision of the capacitor array must should be larger than 12-bit. But in normal semiconductor foundry, the high matching precision capacitor array almost should be constituted by unit capacitors. This paper introduces a new design, for getting a smaller layout area, the main body frame of capacitor array uses the M+N bit sectional type, but in traditional design schematic, the bridging capacitor will be not equal to the unit capacitor. In this improved design, for solving this problem, this paper improves the least N bit sectional capacitor array, letting the bridging capacitor also constituted by unit capacitors.
