However, when applying CS to two-dimension (2D) images, how to protect the privacy of digital images while keeping efficiency becomes a challenge. To solve this problem, we propose a random permutation-based block CS (BCS) strategy for ETC applications in this paper. In the proposed method, the CS sampling is performed on each small block of the image. In this way, the efficiency can be guaranteed. For security consideration, random permutation is employed to encrypt each small block of the image. For signal reconstruction, a modified smoothed projection-based Landweber (SPL) algorithm which embeds inverse random permutation into classical SPL algorithm is proposed, where inverse random permutation is used for decrypting. The key to solve this problem is to locate the discriminative part in the image. In this paper we propose a weakly supervised method, which only need image-level label for fine-grained classification. In our model, the convolutional neural network (CNN) can location the discriminative region through attention, and automatically focus on subtler features by zooming the discriminative region and feeding it to the next CNN. A Squeeze and Excitation (SE) module is employed for channel-wise attention, and a spatial constrain loss is utilized to keep the diversity of located part. We conduct experiments on CUB-2011-200, Stanford Dogs, and Stanford Cars datasets to evaluate the performance of our model. To insure the low end-to-end delay and high reliability for users in URLLC, the overhead of physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) resource needs to be greatly increased during the scheduling process. In this paper, a downlink prescheduling scheme is proposed, where we don't need to transmit downlink control information (DCI). With this DCI-Free scheme, we can not only save PDCCH resource to support more users, but also simplify the signaling interaction to reduce the time delay. A scheme of multi-domain cooperative cost resource management in Het-Net is proposed for the mixed outdoor + indoor heterogeneous scenario, which can effectively allocate the load resource and power resource across domains. By the genetic algorithm, the optimal solution for minimizing the network cost resource can be obtained. Cumulant-based recognition is one of the effective methods for AMR. However, different from that in conventional SISO systems., Cumulant-based AMR in space division multiplexing MIMO systems faces the problem of lower recognition rate since the statistical characteristics of signals are different in these systems. In order to solve this problem., we propose to adopt auto-encoding network (AEN) as the data dimension reduction algorithm and artificial neural network (ANN) as the classifier of several kinds of digital modulation signals in MIMO system. In our simulations., the proposed scheme is used to classify five types digital modulation signals., which are 2PSK., 4PSK., 8PSK., 16QAM., 32QAM. For common SM technique, the transmit antenna is selected by the input information bits randomly. However, the real channel condition corresponding to the active antenna determines the performance of SM system directly. SM-index modulation (SM-IM) scheme can modulate the index of the active transmit antenna and the modulated SM symbol into a new transmit symbol, which can be employed to get rid of the poor channel conditions' impact on the performance of SM systems. To further improve the system performance, we propose a cooperative communication system based on SM-IM scheme in this paper, which can avoid the disadvantages of the poor channel allocation of the cooperative SM system. Closed-form expression of the average bit error rate (BER) of the proposed SM-IM cooperative system is derived. Although CDMA itself is 3rd generation scheme, some of its variants are expected to be used in conjunction with the upcoming 5th generation technologies to enhance the network capacity. In many simulation models, a single channel is used to transmit the composite CDMA signal. This model is not suitable for practical scenarios where each user's signal is passed through different channel undergoing various channel degradations. In this paper, a multiuser CDMA system model is proposed in which the data from each user passes through different channel prior to aggregation at the base station. The performance of the system is analyzed under various channel qualities. Depending upon the SNR, channels are categorized as Best, Medium and Worst. The performance of the system in terms of Bit Error Rate (BER) is investigated under several combinations of channel qualities. For areas with different vehicle densities, the amount of data that needs to be wirelessly transmitted to the central server is different. In this paper, we propose a new data transmission scheme, i.e., the Sensor On/off scheme based on Polling Algorithm (SOP). In specific, we are going to realize one no packet loss scheduling transmission mechanism in different service density areas, and have effectively integrated switching technology into SOP. That is, when the sensor is idle, we can turn it off to achieve the goal of reducing energy consumption. Finally, we compare the SOP with the random scheme and sequential scheme.
