A scheme of multi-domain cooperative cost resource management in Het-Net is proposed for the mixed outdoor + indoor heterogeneous scenario, which can effectively allocate the load resource and power resource across domains. By the genetic algorithm, the optimal solution for minimizing the network cost resource can be obtained. Abstract
