Abstract

In this paper, a digital communication system of fishing boat is designed which is supported by the project of fishery boat networking. The digital communication system mainly consists of text transmission and reception, real-time voice transmission and reception, networking and being compatible with the original analog communication system based on WBFM. And the digital communication system uses the GNU Radio_HackRF platform and GMSK modulation to achieve the above functions. After a series of experiments, it was shown that the digital communication system of fishing boat can exert good results in offshore environment.
