The research method used is a normative legal research method with statutory approaches (Statute Approach) and case approaches (Case Approach). The study shows that enforcing Islamic criminal law in Aceh is in the context of maintaining the five basic human needs, namely the maintenance of religion, soul, mind, lineage, and property. These five basic needs are necessary for humans. This is determined nothing but to maintain the existence of the five basic human needs, or in other words, the punishments are prescribed solely for the benefit of humans. The current implementation of Islamic law in Aceh is still within the corridor of the trilogy of religious harmony, namely inter-religious harmony, internal religious harmony, and inter-religious harmony with the Government. So if viewed through a hermeneutic lens, Islamic criminal law is basically to achieve harmonious and ideal societal conditions. In implementing Islamic criminal law, the role of all parties is needed, one of which plays an important role is the role of the family. A higher education institution is considered a knowledge carrier and learning institution with high hopes and goals, a scientifically developed Forum to provide ethical and skills guidance to students and academics. This study uses the causality method with a causal relationship between the positions of the research variables and the influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable. Based on the results obtained, work motivation can positively impact performance. This indicates that the reason increased by the employees' leadership will affect increasing motivation. The results of the path coefficient indicate that the relationship between fellow employees has a significant role in carrying out social relations with many people. It will create a sense of security and make you feel acknowledged by others. Seeing these problems, there needs to be capacity building preceded by legal reasons as a guideline for regulating BUMDesa management signs. Increasing the capacity of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDesa) as an organ driving the village economy can be carried out through the Job Creation Era, which has become a momentum for structuring BUMDesa regulations and institutions. The era of work creation referred to is the birth of Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation which is now declared invalid with the presence of Government Regulation (Perpu) Number 2 of 2022 concerning Job Creation. This study uses normative legal research methods(normative legal research). The author uses this legal research because the focus is on studying literature and laws and regulations related to the object of research. The low level of employee discipline towards organizational culture and the low internal control system are used as an opportunity to cheat by taking advantage of position and position. If these two things are carried out properly, the company can minimize fraud, which can affect the quality of reports. Here the researcher uses a quantitative approach through causal research. The population chosen by researchers is manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the IDX in the 2021 period. The research sample used the accidental sampling method, comprising 64 manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector and 85 respondents. The process of collecting primary data by utilizing a questionnaire. Data analysis and processing apply Smart PLS. His research proves that the internal control system has a significant positive influence on the principles of good corporate Governance but does not affect the quality of financial reports. Meanwhile, organizational culture significantly positively affects the principles of Good Corporate Governance and the quality of financial reports. This research is descriptive and quantitative using SEM-PLS analysis tool with the help of Smart-PLS software. The data consisted of primary data collected from 102 respondents using accidental sampling to determine the sample. The results show that the quality of service has a tremendously positive influence on repurchase interest, but price perception has no significant effect. Customer satisfaction influences an intervening variable between service quality and repurchase intent but does not exist as an intervening variable between price perception and repurchase intent. Based on the historical background discussed and in comparison with the results of previous studies, this study attempts to examine the relationship among service quality, customer satisfaction, price perception, and repurchase interest of Citilink Airlines located at Juanda Airport in Surabaya. The existence of transgender individuals in society is often perceived as deviant. The purpose of this research is to examine the community's stereotypes towards transgender individuals in Pematangsiantar City and the adaptation strategies implemented by transgender individuals who are accepted in society. This research employs a mixed-method approach, with a focus on qualitative data analysis supplemented by quantitative data. The results of this study indicate that various negative stereotypes are associated with transgender individuals in Pematangsiantar City. Consequently, transgender individuals must use various strategies and make efforts to adapt and be accepted as themselves and as members of society. Does this study aim to answer (1) How can labor law principles in Islamic law be integrated with civil law for citizenship to create harmonization in its implementation? Moreover, (2) What challenges and obstacles are faced in integrating Labor Law into Islamic Law and Citizenship Civil Law in contemporary society? This study's research type is the normative juridical method, whose other name is doctrinal legal research, also known as library research or document study. The research results show that to integrate the principles of labor law in Islamic law with civil law on citizenship, several strategic steps need to be taken—first, open dialogue and discussion between Islamic law experts and civil law on citizenship. Second, they draft laws and regulations that accommodate the principles and norms of both legal systems. Third, involving inclusive and interdisciplinary legal education and fourth, educating the public about the benefits and objectives of integrating labor law into Islamic and civil law on citizenship.
