Pagilaran and the community in Batang Regency over land owned by PT. Pagilaran comes from the concession with revealing theories that support the causes of conflict and studies how the dispute is resolved. This research is normative juridical research with a descriptive-analytical approach. The research results obtained: First, the cause of the emergence of Cultivation Right disputes is the claims from farmers that they once controlled part of the Cultivation Right land, the absence of compensation at the time of land acquisition, and the negative view of the community towards PT. Pagilaran and some parties facilitate claims efforts, as well as repressive actions from the company through security forces. Second, efforts to resolve the dispute are carried out both through channels outside the court, through efforts to seek support from policy-making institutions, and through re-data collection of biological data on PT. Pagilaran looked for opportunities to strengthen the position of farmers who once controlled the land and settlement through the courts in the form of legal action for the perpetrators of marking, plotting, and damage to land and plants in the Cultivation Rights area but did not resolve the core issues of the dispute. The purpose of this research is to analyze the content of the message and find out what communication techniques he uses in the process of delivering the message content that he uploads in video content on his TikTok account with the @vmuliana account. This research method uses qualitative methods with descriptive explanations. The data used in this study refers to the focus on video content uploaded to the @vmuliana account; the last video documentation that was examined was the video on Saturday, March 18, 2023. Video documentation for uploaded content will be taken following the theme of the discussion of the communication techniques used so that it has a more straightforward explanation and has the effectiveness of the explanations and examples carried out in the uploaded video content. References from Discourse Analysis assist instruments in message content analysis research. It can be seen that the TikTok account @vmuliana uses four communication strategy techniques that aim to make the message she conveys in the delivery process easy to understand and acceptable to the public. The four communication strategy techniques are redundancy (repetition), canalizing, informative, educative, persuasive, and coercive. One of the most widely accessed entertainment facilities is digital TV and video-on-demand or VoD services. The service, which began to flourish in 2016, is an online video content provider system with a subscription payment mechanism. One of its appeals, the user has the freedom to decide what he wants to see. One way to entertain yourself which has become a new lifestyle pattern is to watch streaming shows or subscription videos online. A McKinsey Company survey at the end of March said that as many as 45% of respondents spent more on home entertainment during the pandemic. On the other hand, 85% of respondents reduced their spending on outdoor entertainment. Subscription video streaming services (video-on-demand / VoD) are one of the entertainment options that can be done at home. UseeTV GO is an Over-the-Top (OTT) TV and Video mobile application service, using the publicly accessible Internet. The content is available via smartphones or tablets with broadband connections. Currently, UseeTV Go app users are around 300 thousand active users every month, far below Vidio.com and Netflix. With the low Monthly Active of UseeTV Go's Video-on-demand app users in the pre-growth area far below, Netflix, Vidio.com, and user activeness based on time, UseeTV Go is in the Average Performer area. The sample used in this study is 105 respondents who once made a purchase at a poor prebujaya outfit. The method of data analysis used in the study is a quantitative data analysis that USES linear regression analysis. The data testing used was the simultaneous hypothesis (f) and the testing of a partial hypothesis (t) from simultaneous tests showing that the electronic word of mouth, product quality, promotion, and price affected the interest of buying. A strong defense industry will produce modern and sophisticated military equipment according to user needs. The large number of military equipment imported from abroad requires efforts to increase the domestic defense industry to meet the needs of military equipment to increase defense capabilities. The purpose of this study is to analyze strategies and programs for the development of the defense industry and to analyze several factors that play a role in the development of the national defense industry. The collection technique in this research is through Focus Group Discussion, the results of which are input for SWOT and AHP analysis. The results of the SWOT analysis show that the defense industry has a strong category of competitiveness, and has a high opportunity to be developed because it has its own market. This research is a development of previous research on employees in formal education units. The contribution of this research is expected to able providing new information at the theoretical level of human resource management science and become a reference and have positive managerial implications that can be applied in organizations. Referring to the results of previous research and empirical theory related to the learning process of human resource management, this research was conducted using a survey data collection method by spreading questionnaires online. The population in this study amounted to 28,406 teachers, with respondents selected using the purposive sampling method on teaching staff in the formal education unit at East Jakarta area of 105 teachers as research respondent data. In this study using factor analysis and modeling the Structural Equation Model (SEM) Lisrel. The invention of this study related obtained on transformational leadership do not have a significant positive relationship with innovative work behavior, but transformational leadership can have a positive impact on innovative work behavior through the mediation of knowledge sharing. Although this sector experienced a significant growth and was able to encourage economic growth at various levels, its management faces governance challenges for instance conflicts of interest that occur in the Sipin lake area. This area constructed in 2017 which is designated as a tourist area based on regional regulations spatial plan of Jambi city. The data is obtained from various field information through in-depth interviews, observations and various sources which then it is systematically coded to find the meaning behind the phenomena that occur. This paper reveals that conflict in development of tourism objects is triggered by the planning and implementing non-participatory regional development and differences in orientation among the actors involved. The management of an area of ± 161 ha is not maximum managed, and this can be seen from the management of the area that is not well-organized and untidy. The methods used in this study are descriptive types of research and quantitative approaches. The data collection technique is to distribute questionnaires to 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results obtained in this study are that there is a positive and significant influence between Smart Tourism Technologies on Tourist Loyalty of Tiket.Com App Users. There is a positive and significant impact between the Memorable Tourism Experience and the Traveller Loyalty of Tiket.Com App Users. There is a positive and significant impact between Tourist Satisfactions and Traveller Loyalty of Tiket.Com App Users. And simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between smart tourism technologies (X1), memorable tourism experience (X2), and tourist satisfactions (X3) on the Loyalty of Tiket.Com App User Travellers. The link between community empowerment and social media can be seen from the influence of social media which is quite complex in empowering the community, due to the rapid development of the media, everything can be known through the media. Because of that, many people use it in all ways, including empowering their lives to be more worthy and also upgrading skills and knowledge through social media. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. The data collection technique used in this research is to use library research, namely by collecting data through journals, scientific articles and other literature related to community empowerment. In empowering the community itself, social media plays a role in education, information, information and also as a social liaison between the community and the government as well as other communities. The media also functioned as a vessel in obtaining various knowledge in the form of values, prevailing norms. The media plays a role in empowering by becoming an intermediary in conveying information to the public. So far, the media can help increase the success of the empowerment process and support community capacity building practices. In the context of empowering the Islamic community, the majority of people who are Muslim in Tanjungbalai City with a ratio of 3:4 of the total population make the Islamic community in Tanjungbalai the right object of empowerment. The stimulus-response theory was used in this title-related research. This is a quantitative study that uses PLS-SEM data analysis. This study's population consisted of 67 participants who had gone through the selection stage to determine the winner. The study employed quota sampling. The findings revealed that the government must continue improving event marketing to improve brand image. According to the research findings, brand image improves when event marketing performance is successful. Event marketing can be strengthened by strengthening its forming constructs: individual, innovation, integrity, intensity, interaction, and involvement.
