This study utilizes a quantitative approach and applies a purposive sampling procedure to collect a total of 218 samples. The analysis is performed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and aided by AMOS 24 Graphics software. This study discovered a significant positive correlation between online customer reviews and attitude. Attitude has a significant positive correlation with brand loyalty, purchase intention, and electronic word of mouth. Brand loyalty also has a significant positive correlation with purchase intention. There are new findings, namely a significant positive correlation between influencer's trustworthiness and attitude, and electronic word of mouth has a significant negative correlation to purchase intention. This study has implications for companies regarding product quality and consistency of product ratings that cause eWOM to have a negative relationship with purchase intentions. This research has an update on the variable, namely the influencer's trustworthiness, to measure influencer trust in consumers.","PeriodicalId":243842,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Pamator : Jurnal Ilmiah Universitas Trunojoyo","volume":"141 12","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140484670","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The study employs a descriptive research design with a quantitative approach, utilizing a multiple linear regression-based method through EViews. The research population comprises manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) between 2020 and 2021. The purposive sampling method was employed, resulting in a sample of 81 manufacturing companies, totaling 162 observations. Secondary data were collected from the official IDX website www.idx.co.id and www.yahoofinance.com. The findings indicate that Transfer Pricing and Leverage exhibit a significant positive influence on Tax Avoidance in manufacturing companies, while Profitability demonstrates a significant negative effect on Tax Avoidance. Conversely, Profit Management does not exhibit a significant impact on Tax Avoidance. Moreover, Institutional Ownership is identified as a moderator, strengthening the influence of Transfer Pricing and Leverage on Tax Avoidance. However, Institutional Ownership does not reinforce the influence of Profitability and Profit Management on Tax Avoidance. This research contributes valuable insights for policymakers, tax authorities, and corporate practitioners, highlighting the nuanced dynamics of Transfer Pricing, Leverage, Profitability, and Profit Management in shaping tax avoidance strategies, particularly in the context of manufacturing companies in Indonesia.","PeriodicalId":243842,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Pamator : Jurnal Ilmiah Universitas Trunojoyo","volume":"6 2","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140507946","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Using a normative legal research approach, supplemented by interviews with members of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and a Member of the House of Representatives Commission XI, the study explores how each jurisdiction addresses the delisting process, particularly focusing on the protection of minority shareholders . The analysis reveals that Indonesia's legal system, influenced by its Civil Law heritage, contrasts with the Common Law approaches of the US and Singapore, especially in terms of shareholder involvement in voluntary delisting and the specificity of conditions for forced delisting. The study suggests enhancements to the Indonesian framework, such as clearer guidelines for shareholder approval in delisting decisions and more transparent criteria for forced delisting. These recommendations aim to improve the protection of minority shareholders within Indonesia's Capital Market.","PeriodicalId":243842,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Pamator : Jurnal Ilmiah Universitas Trunojoyo","volume":"25 3","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140524387","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study aims to provide an overview of the implementation of the 'Freedom to Learn' program at the elementary school level, as well as to explain the various innovations, obstacles encountered, and solutions made by the school and teachers as teaching boards. This study uses descriptive quantitative research methods, with 166 respondents from 21 districts/cities in East Java. The results of this study show that; (1) the successful implementation of the 'Freedom to Learn' program can be seen from the ability of schools and teachers to develop teaching creativity during the learning process. (2) Most of the obstacles encountered during program implementation stem from the inability of the teacher to provide learning methods that are right on target, skills that are not sufficient and the limited ability of students to accept the 'transfers of knowledge' provided by the teacher. This study concludes that schools and teachers can optimize learning innovations by using various methods adapted to the student's environment, such as; applying student center learning learning methods, exposition discovery learning methods, individual group learning methods, brainstorming methods, blended learning, and other methods that can improve students' skills and creativity, by implementing fun teaching and learning programs.","PeriodicalId":243842,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Pamator : Jurnal Ilmiah Universitas Trunojoyo","volume":"27 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139361808","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Innovation performance is strongly influenced by many aspects, such as knowledge-based human resource management which influences intellectual capital (human capital, structural capital, and relational capital). This research involved 81 hospitals and 221 employees (managers/leaders of private hospitals) in the Greater Jakarta area. This type of research is deductive, and data collection by distributing questionnaires. The analytical method used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results obtained from this study are that knowledge-based HRM practices have direct and indirect effects on human capital, structural capital, and innovation performance. Furthermore, human capital can influence structural capital and innovation performance. Human capital also plays a role in mediating the relationship between knowledge-based HRM practice and structural capital and innovation performance, but it fails to mediate the relationship between knowledge-based HRM practice and relational capital. In addition, this research also proves that structural capital can mediate the relationship between knowledge-based HRM practice and innovation performance. Intellectual capital can affect innovation performance. Finally, knowledge-based HRM practice and human capital cannot influence relational capital, so relational capital cannot mediate the relationship between knowledge-based HRM practice and innovation performance.","PeriodicalId":243842,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Pamator : Jurnal Ilmiah Universitas Trunojoyo","volume":"86 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139361795","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
