Therefore, the purpose of this research is to find out how the effect of sales promotion and product quality on repurchase intention in Brottus Fried Chicken Restaurant. This research was conducted by survey method in which the population is all consumers who make repeat purchases at Brottus Fried Chicken Restaurant. The number of samples used was 96 people taken by the non-probability sampling method, using accidental sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire and processed by multiple regression analysis. The pyrolysis process can improve the color of used oil so that it becomes clear yellow like new oil, even though it does not meet diesel engine fuel criteria. The mixture of used oil from the pyrolysis process with diesel fuel still meets the characteristics of diesel fuel because the results are close to the characteristics of diesel fuel. This relates to important decision making regarding the use of funds for operational and funding / investment purposes. Likewise, free cash flow where there are pros and cons in using it to increase company value. This debate is due to differences in the interests of each individual in management. The first hypothesis testing results proved that managerial ownership by the board of commissioners and directors tends to reduce the use of free cash flow for unprofitable activities. This research also proves the managerial role in utilizing free cash flow for investment purposes very well. The analyzing of the data used validity and reliability test, importance performance analysis with Likert scale. Rebecca Oxford’s Strategy Inventory for Language Learning (SILL) questionnaire has been used to describe and explain phenomena related to learning strategies of the twenty-eight students involved in the research. The result reveals that 61% of all assessed students have used metacognitive strategy to other strategies. This implies that students from both groups cautiously monitored their ability and progress in learning English. In the meantime, the other result shows that positive output has been strongly seen in regards to students’ major. The lack of development and poor management renders the site to be unattractive to visitors. Minimum facility, roaming wild animals, rubbish and animal waste do tarnish the exoticism of Lasiana Beach. Moreover, there is a recent threat of wandering crocodiles, making visitors reluctant to visit Lasiana Beach. This research aims to: (1) analyze internal (strengths and weaknesses) and external (opportunities and threats) factors in the management of the tourism site and attraction of Lasiana Beach through an SWOT analysis, and (2) analyze the strategy which can be applicable to supportthe tourism site and attraction of Lasiana Beach through the SWOT. This research applies a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The SWOT analysis matrix is used to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, method, and furthermore to craft a development strategy for the tourism site and attraction of Lasiana Beach. The problem faced so far is that the refrigerant used can have a negative impact on the environment such as the potential for global warming and ozone destruction and disturbing human health. The refrigerant used in this research is the hydrocarbon refrigerant (MC22). The goal is that hydrocarbon refrigerants have the property of being able to lighten compressor work and environmentally friendly. The method used in this research is an experimental method. The test is carried out in stages, namely system vacuuming, refrigerant charging carried out on the basis of the weight of the refrigerant, measurement of system working pressure and performance measurements system and current consumption. The sample used in this study was Judgment Sampling with a population of civil servants in the Revenue, Financial Management and Asset Management District of Kupang Regency. The method of data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The results showed that Fiscal Decentralization had no effect on the Accountability of Regional Government Financial Reporting and the Performance of Local Government Administration positively influenced the Accountability of Regional Government Financial Reporting.
