WUO is a social organization of farmers which especially in water management activities in connection with the interests of carrying out joint farming.The problems were identifying as follows: inadequate institutional management, funding and lack of institutional human resource capacity. The purpose of this study is to provide information on institutional strengthening WUO based on Minister of Agriculture Regulation Number 79 of 2012 and to formulate institutional strengthening strategies WUO. Analysis of the data used in this study is descriptive qualitative and SWOT analysis. The results showed that the institutional strengthening of WUO by an average point of 86.60% considered as a good category. The results of the SWOT analysis showed in Bena Irrigation Area is (Growth) Aggressive Strategy, is an internal strength strategy to take advantage of external opportunities.","PeriodicalId":243340,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the Proceedings of the 1st International Conference on Engineering, Science, and Commerce, ICESC 2019, 18-19 October 2019, Labuan Bajo, Nusa Tenggara Timur, Indonesia","volume":"29 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122462918","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In addition, the village also has traditional dances such as lego-lego and cakalele and they have other activities which is they make fires from bamboo. Through tourism cases studes, this paper critically analyzes how well community-based tourism is generally accepted with reality in the field. It focuses on how local community handle their roles as ambassador to maintain their unique daily lives. Community members are often the only “locals” who are visited by many tourists. This study tries to make the project development community method by the community and the need for an effective exit strategy with SWOT analysis.","PeriodicalId":243340,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the Proceedings of the 1st International Conference on Engineering, Science, and Commerce, ICESC 2019, 18-19 October 2019, Labuan Bajo, Nusa Tenggara Timur, Indonesia","volume":"4 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130696040","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The aims of this study are; (1) what consumers expect at retail outlets, (2) which services are provided by retail outlets, and (3) whether there are differences between consumer expectations and retail store performance. The study method used in this study was a descriptive survey. The population in this study was consumers shopping in several retail outlets in Kupang City. The sample in this study was determined to be 250 consumers. Data obtained with the questionnaire. In order to answer the problem, to achieve the research goals and to analyze the data, the differential t-test is used as the analysis tool. To answer the formulation of the first and second problems, a different test of a sample t-test is used. Meanwhile, another test for the independent sample t-test is used to answer the third problem. Both test tools are available in the SPSS software. The results showed that there were differences between consumer expectations and the performance of the services provided by retail stores in Kupang City. Retail stores are not yet fully able to meet consumer expectations.","PeriodicalId":243340,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the Proceedings of the 1st International Conference on Engineering, Science, and Commerce, ICESC 2019, 18-19 October 2019, Labuan Bajo, Nusa Tenggara Timur, Indonesia","volume":"95 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126757306","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A total of 6 lightweight concrete were manufactured and tested under axial compression. The results indicate lightweight concrete in a FCLCs system is confined effectively by FRP. The results also suggest that increasing the number of FRP layer leads to an increase in the ultimate axial stress and strain of concrete FCLCs.","PeriodicalId":243340,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the Proceedings of the 1st International Conference on Engineering, Science, and Commerce, ICESC 2019, 18-19 October 2019, Labuan Bajo, Nusa Tenggara Timur, Indonesia","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133731181","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The number of 100 respondents who met the specified criteria was sampled. The results showed that the main raw material products in the coastal area were dominated by fishery products (68.70%), in the plain areas by food crop products (66.11%), while in the highlands by horticultural products (63.13%). The nutritional content of most products is a source of carbohydrates (42.06%). The average value added of processed food products is 41.64%. Most respondents do not understand and apply good food production methods (91.65%).
