This service-based research aims to carry out training and mentoring programs for the community regarding the utilization of bamboo assets as souvenirs with high economic value. The approach in this study uses the Aset Based Community Development (ABCD) method, which focuses on local assets, potential and domestic strengths. This research starts with production training, product branding training, and online and offline Marketing Training. This service-based research succeeded in creating souvenirs from bamboo in the form of key chains, decorative lights, figures, food plates, and drinking bottles with the branding \"BAMBRING\" Souvenirs typical of Bringsang. Through the role of Karang Taruna as a local group, this production process has the full support of the village government and other stakeholders. This product can be an alternative livelihood for the local community so that it can create products that have an impact on increasing mutual welfare.(Bambu merupakan tanaman yang sangat bermanfaat bagi kehidupan ekonomi masyarakat. Saat ini, Potensi berupa bambu jumlahnya sangat melimpah namun masih belum dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat di Desa Bringsang. Kec. Giligenting, Kab. Sumenep. Penelitian berbasis pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk melaksanakan program pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada masyarakat mengenai pemanfaatan aset bambu menjadi kerajinan souvenir bernilai ekonomi tinggi. Pendekatan pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode Aset Based Community Development (ABCD) yang berfokus pada aset, potensi dan kekuatan lokal domestik. Penelitian ini dimulai dari pelatihan produksi, pelatihan branding produk, dan Pelatihan Pemasaran secara online dan offline. Penelitian berbasis pengabdian ini berhasil menciptakan souvenir dari bambu berupa gantungan kunci, lampu hias, figura, tepak makan, dan botol minum dengan branding “BAMBRING” Souvenir khas Bringsang. The cottage industry is quite promising as a support for the community's economy, but it is still carried out traditionally. This is because they do not know how to use information technology. For this reason, through the Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) in 2021, training was carried out to increase their insight so that they can market and package products more attractively. This needs to be done so that the products can reach a wider range of consumers. The methods used are observation, training, and reflection. The training resulted in the branding name 'Menjamu' as a brand of herbal medicine, and the packaging design was made. The results of the reflection showed that the community felt enthusiastic and was greatly helped by the training because it could increase their insight regarding product branding and packaging. This is expected to increase the results of product marketing that can strengthen the community's economy.(Desa Karangwungu, Kecamatan Karanggeneng, Kabupaten Lamongan, merupakan salah satu desa yang memiliki potensi besar dalam pengembangan UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah). Terdapat 18 kepala keluarga yang menjalankan industri rumahan dengan memproduksi jamu herbal serta tempe dan tahu sebagai produk unggulan desa. Industri rumahan tersebut cukup menjanjikan sebagai penopang ekonomi masyarat, tetapi masih dijalankan dengan cara tradisional. Hal tersebut disebabkan pelakunya belum memiliki pemahaman terkait teknologi informasi. Untuk itu, melalui kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) pada 2021, dilakukan pelatihan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan wawasan mereka agar dapat mem-branding dan mengemas produk dengan lebih menarik. Hal tersebut perlu dilakukan agar produk yang dihasilkan dapat menjangkau konsumen yang lebih luas. Metode yang digunakan ialah observasi, pelatihan, dan refleksi. Pelatihan menghasilkan nama branding ‘menjamu’ sebagai merek jamu herbal sekaligus pembuatan desain kemasannya. Hasil refleksi menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat merasa antusias dan sangat terbantu dengan diadakannya pelatihan karena dapat meningkatkan wawasan mereka terkait branding dan packaging produk. The method used in this community service activity was the DPR (Dengar, Pahami, Rangkul) method, which means Listen, Understand, and Embrace. This model was developed from the basic concept of Community-Based Intervention, which in its realization, was carried out through interactive dialogue activities, persuasive expository, group discussions, games, assignments, and mentoring. The results of this dedication received a positive response and impact on the participants. They became aware of the importance of maintaining mental health. In addition, the participants also recognized their strengths as one of the main factors in maintaining mental health. The recommendation for this activity is that it is necessary to hold similar activities with different participants and places. \u0000(Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman tentang pentingnya menjaga kesehatan mental dan mengetahui kondisi kesehatan mental secara berkala kepada mahasiswa generasi z di kelurahan Lawangan Daya kecamatan Pademawu Pamekasan. This article discusses the development of a village literacy movement to increase interest in reading and writing. This research was compiled based on data collected while the researcher was carrying out the KPM MDR (Kuliah Pengabdi Masyarakat Mandiri) program. One of the activities that the author does is holding literacy activities (Gubuk Literasi) which are carried out at a Village Hall located in the Malangan Hamlet area, Pademawu Timur Village, Pademawu District, Pamekasan Regency. This activity focuses more on writing and reading activities. To develop students' creativity in making scientific papers in the form of poetry, narration, and short stories. In addition to the work of village children, the profile of East Pademawu Village is also included which will be made into a book. With this village literacy activity, it is hoped that it can provide a platform for village children to consistently develop their creativity.(Wabah pandemi Covid-19 membuat anak-anak di wilayah Pademawu Timur banyak bermain-main, bermalas-malasan, dan lupa akan tujuan kegiatan belajar dari rumah. Salah satu kegiatan yang dapat mengembangkan kemampuan membaca dan menulis sebuah karya anak-anak desa. Artikel ini membahas mengenai pengembangan gerakan literasi desa untuk meningkatkan minat membaca dan menulis. Penelitian ini disusun berdasarkan data yang dikumpulkan selama peneliti melaksanakan program KPM MDR (Kuliah Pengabdi Masyarakat Mandiri). Salah satu kegiatan yang penulis lakukan adalah mengadakan kegiatan literasi (Gubuk Literasi) yang dilaksanakan di sebuah Balai Desa yang terletak dikawasan Dusun Malangan, Desa Pademawu Timur, Kecamatan Pademawu, Kabupaten Pamekasan. Almost all family in Pulosari village has at least one kind of livestock. On average, the livestock kept are goats. Goats have a pretty promising selling value in the market and can be a long-term investment. However, the problem the feed readiness which became the main requirement in pursuing the field of animal husbandry. There was no harmony between the number of livestock and the availability of feed, which raises concerns for farmers. Fermented feed made from organic waste is an effective alternative in providing abundant feed as a non-governmental organization. The existence of fermented organic waste feed is intended to support the availability of the amount of feed so that raising livestock becomes more profitable in terms of cost, time, energy, and quality of the livestock itself. This community engagement aimed to develop fermented animal feed from organic waste that is more effective and efficient so as to improve the quality of the livestock sector in addition to utilizing waste into a marketable product. Through the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) method focusing on livestock assets, the community could optimize existing opportunities. The results of the study stated that the manufacture of this feed was a new breakthrough in the Pulosari village which could increase community self-reliance and build partnerships between farmers and university students \u0000(Sektor peternakan merupakan salah satu mata pencaharian yang potensial di desa Pulosari, Kecamatan Jambon, Ponorogo. Hampir setiap keluarga di desa Pulosari memiliki setidaknya satu macam hewan ternak. Rata-rata ternak yang dipelihara adalah kambing. Kambing memiliki nilai jual yang cukup menjanjikan di pasaran dan dapat menjadi investasi jangka panjang. Namun, yang menjadi masalah adalah kesiapan pakan yang menjadi syarat utama dalam menekuni bidang peternakan. Banyaknya ternak dan ketersediaan pakan belum memiliki keselarasan sehingga memunculkan kekhawatiran bagi para peternak. Dalam hal ini, pakan fermentasi berbahan sampah organic bisa menjadi alternatif yang efektif dalam menyediakan pakan yang melimpah sebagai swadaya masyarakat. Adanya pakan fermentasi sampah organik ini dimaksudkan untuk menunjang ketersediaan jumlah pakan sehingga beternak menjadi lebih menguntungkan dari segi biaya, waktu, tenaga, dan kualitas ternak itu sendiri. One of the UMKM sectors that feel the impact is UMKM’s Api Tak Kunjung Padam. This condition requires online promotion to increase income. Based on the observations on UMKM, internet devices were rarely used in marketing products. This assistance was carried out for three days to inform about the procedures for promoting products online as well as practicing them directly so that consumers are interested in visiting. The purpose of this program is to provide new knowledge and develop the skills of UMKM in online marketing so that the volume of income can increase. The action method (PAR) is used where the object is given assistance in conducting online promotions. In addition, going directly to the field/ object begins with making a plan, asking permission from the manager of local tourism, then preparing all the necessary necessities, such as cellphones as a medium for online promotion learning. The results showed that online promotional activities using internet devices increased income. The promotion was information given to consumers about a product and a service in order to persuade consumers to buy a product or use a particular service. This also shows that online promotion is needed to increase seller income and increase consumer interest.(Dampak penyebaran virus Covid-19 sangatlah luar biasa di seluruh dunia, khususnya dalam bidang perekonomian. Salah satu sektor yang terkena dampaknya adalah unit-unit usaha di wisata Api tak Kunjung Padam, Pamekasan. Kondisi ini mengharuskan adanya promosi online agar volume pendapatan meningkat. Berdasarkan hasil observasi pada UMKM di wisata tersebut, promosi online menggunakan perangkat internet dalam memasarkan produk masih jarang digunakan. Pendampingan ini dilakukan selama 3 hari untuk memberi tahu para pelaku UMKM perihal tata cara mempromosikan produk secara online sekaligus mempraktikkannya secara langsung sehingga konsumen tertarik untuk berkunjung. Tujuan program ini adalah memberikan ilmu baru dan mengembangkan keterampilan pelaku UMKM dalam pemasaran online sehingga volume pendapatan dapat meningkat. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah metode tindakan di mana obyek diberikan perlakuan pendampingan dalam melakukan promosi online. Pottery is a tool or craft made of clay through several processes ranging from manufacturing, drying, and finally burning. This pottery craft has existed since and is a relic of our ancestors so that the people of the West Pademawu village, especially the hamlet, and if it remains as a form of ancestral appreciation and a form of love and still maintains local products that are still traditional so that it is maintained and developed. Therefore, some communities produce pottery. One of the potteries is cobek (capah). The process of creating cobek is easy. Many crafts are made by the old and the young, so pottery creation in the village of West Pademawu, especially the Asampitu hamlet, exists and is well maintained. This activity is still hereditary, in which there is an instilled value from the ancestors and sales turnover outside the city and even abroad and has become one of the mainstay products in the village of West Pademawu. During this covid-19 pandemic, all activities are limited even to earning difficult income, so people can take advantage of this pottery so that it can help the economy of the West Pademawu village community during the pandemic.(Desa Pademawu Barat adalah salah satu desa yang masyarakatnya merupakan pengrajin gerabah. Gerabah disini merupakan suatu pekakas atau kerajinan yang terbuat dari tanah liat yang dibuat melalui beberapa proses mulai dari pembuatan, pengeringan, dan terakhir adalah pembakaran. Kerajinan gerabah ini sudah ada sejak dahulu dan merupakan peninggalan nenek moyang kita, sehingga masyarakat Desa Pademawu Barat khususnya Dusun Asampitu masih melestarikannya sebagai bentuk penghargaan kepada nenek moyang kita dan sebagai wujud cinta serta tetap mempertahankan produk lokal yang masih bersifat tradisional agar tetap terjaga dan berkembang. Oleh karenanya beberapa masyarakat masih ada yang memproduksikan kerajinan gerabah, kerajinan yang dihasilkan salah satunya adalah cobek (capah), karena dilihat dari prosesnya sangat mudah sehingga banyak pengrajin gerabah yang membuatnya, baik dari kalangan tua sampai muda tetap melestarikannya sehingga gerabah di Desa Pademawu Barat khususnya Dusun Asampitu masih eksis dan tetap terjaga dengan baik dan masih bersifat turun temurun yang didalamnya terdapat penanaman nilai dari leluhur kita serta omset penjualannya pun sampai luar kota bahkan sampai luar negeri dan menjadi salah satu produk andalan di desa Pademawu Barat. However, business actors often do not pay much attention to branding and marketing their products. This is the reason for holding this mentoring program. Panti Asuhan Muhammadiyah Pamekasan already has produced results in the form of flip-flops but only for the internal needs of the orphanage and has not been able to market it to outside parties because it does not have branding. This empowerment method uses Asset-Based Community-driven Development (ABCD) with a target of 25 children from Panti Asuhan Muhammadiyah Pamekasan. From this mentoring program Panti, Asuhan Muhammadiyah Pamekasan has been able to make flip-flops branding by doing screen printing on the sandals produced so that they can market their products to shops around the orphanage, the results of which are used to support the independence of the orphanage.(Branding menjadi hal yang sangat urgen dalam sebuah usaha karena melalui brandinglah komoditas kita dikenal oleh konsumen. Namun, seringkali para pelaku usaha tidak begitu memperhatikan branding dalam memasarkan hasil peroduksinya. Hal ini menjadi alasan diadakannya program pendampingan ini. Panti Asuhan Muhammadiyah Pamekasan telah memiliki hasil produksi berupa sandal jepit namun hanya untuk kebutuhan internal panti dan belum mampu memasarkan ke pihak luar karena belum memiliki branding. Metode pemberdayaan ini menggunakan Asset Based Community-driven Development (ABCD) dengan target 25 anak Panti Asuhan Pamekasan Muhammadiyah. As Participatory Action Research, this community service was carried out through online seminars, online discussions, and online assistance through Whatsapp groups. This activity has been conducted in Kudus regency. The participants are the millennial community who is the potential to develop hijab masks for their economic recovery. This service provided a positive response for the community so that they are more aware of efforts to be more creative amid a pandemic. They were equipped with education from well-known hijab activists in providing understanding to create attractive fashion designs and have branding. This service recommendation can provide direct follow-up assistance through the blended method to make it more effective. \u0000(Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat tentang peluang hijab masker di tengah pandemi. Metode PAR ini dilaksanakan melalui seminar online, diskusi online dan pendampingan online melalui Whatsapp grup. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di kota Kudus dengan peserta masyarakat milenial yang memiliki potensi mengembangkan hijab masker untuk pemulihan ekonomi mereka. Hasil pengabdian ini memberikan respon posisif bagi masyarkat sehingga lebih sadar akan upaya untuk lebih kreatif di tengah pandemi. One problem that arises is the need to meet limited learning tools and learning media that must be creative and creative, making the teaching of the Qur'an and Islam problematic. Problems related to the learning media cannot be adjusted to the classification of autism and speech-impaired children's disorders. Learning the Qur'an and Islam that is not by the needs of children with autism and speech impairment is a problem in this community. Through Participatory Action Research (PAR), the servants determine solutions to partner problems, including teaching methods for reading the Qur'an that is tailored to the individual conditions of children with autism, namely the Qur'an learning media by the WAFA method, which means the teaching method uses the right brain) which is designed creatively and innovatively by applying the Kinemaster learning video animation community service product. Meanwhile, Islamic learning methods are also adapted to the individual conditions of speech-impaired children, namely by using Islamic learning media that are designed creatively and innovatively by applying the community service product, animation video, and Kinemaster learning. \u0000(Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Yayasan Ananda Mutiara Indonesia (Y-AMI) yang bergerak pada pendampingan Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus (ABK) daerah Sidoarjo. Salah satu problematika yang timbul yakni kebutuhan dalam pemenuhan perangkat pembelajaran yang terbatas serta media pembelajaran yang harus berinovasi dan kreatif menjadikan problematika pengajaran Al-Qur’an dan Keislaman. Keresahan media pembelajaran yang belum bisa disesuaikan dengan klasifikasi gangguan anak autism dan tuna wicara. Pembelajaran Al-Qur’an dan Keislaman yang belum sesuai dengan kebutuhan anak autism dan tuna wicara menjadi permasalahan dalam komunitas ini. Melalui pendekatan Partisipatoris, pengabdi menentukan solusi dari permasalahan mitra, antara lain metode pengajaran membaca Al-Qur’an disesuaikan dengan kondisi individu anak autism yaitu dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran Al-Qur’an metode WAFA (metode yang pengajarannya menggunakan otak kanan) yang didesain kreatif dan inovatif dengan menerapkan produk pengabdian masyarakat animasi video pembelajaran Kinemaster.
