Of course, as the largest salt producer, this fact makes Madura has long and large salt ponds. This is the primary basis to be used as a locus of community service research. It is the use of salt pond mud as an ingredient for salting eggs, which will impact the minimum cost of materials for the community. The method used in this service is based on Participatory Action Research (PAR). The result is that the mud from the salt ponds that comes from salt deposits in the form of mud, which is usually discarded by the pond's farmers, can be used as a salting material for duck eggs, which are usually made from a mixture of soil with salt. The trials conducted by researchers and the regional society regarding the use of salt pond mud to become one of the useful ingredients for coastal communities to make salted eggs, so this is also beneficial for the minimal capital in making salted eggs. The results of salted eggs by utilizing the salt pond mud are quite good and sieve for consumption. Besides that, the abundant material of salt pond mud in the coastal areas of Madura is an alternative material for making salted eggs. The community can use salt pond mud as the main ingredient for making salted eggs.(Madura yang mempunyai garis pantai yang panjang dan mempunyai musim kemarau yang panas menjadikan Madura sebagai salah satu penghasil emas putih yang asin atau garam terbesar di Indonesia, ha ini yang menjadikan Madura mendapat julukan sebagai pulau garam. Tentu, sebagai penghasil garam terbesar, fakta ini menjadikan madura pemilik tambak garam yang panjang dan besar. Hal ini manjadi dasar utama untuk dijadikan locus penelitian pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Diantaranya pemanfaatan lumpur tambak garam sebagai bahan pengasinan telor asir yang akan berdampak pada minimalnya biaya bahan untuk masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini berbasis Participatory action research (PAR). Hasilnya Lumpur dari tambak garam yang berasal dari endapan garam berupa lumpur yang biasanya di buang oleh para petani tambak bisa di manfaatkan sebagai bahan pengasin telur bebek yang biasanya terbuat dari campuran tanah yang diberi garam. Hasil uji coba yang dilakukan oleh peneliti dan masyarakat tentang pemanfaatan lumpur tambak garam untuk menjadi salah satun bahan yang bermanfaat bagi masyarakat pesisir untuk membuat telor asin, sehingga ini juga bermanfaat terhadap semakin minimalnya modal dalam pembuatan telor asin. Hasil telor asin dengan memanfaatkan lumpur tambak garam cukup baik dan ayak untuk di konsumsi selain itu bahan lumpur lumpur tambak garam yang melimpah di daerah pesisir madura menjadi bahan alternatif dalam membuat telor asin. Transition learning activities from school to home is becoming heavy homework that was felt by all parents. The reason is that most parents do not understand the appropriate learning strategies for their children because what has been done so far is by using conventional methods of parenting. The best care for children is not an easy process in which parents need knowledge of parenting skills (the ability to raise children). Hypnoparenting training is one of the developments in parenting skills development because it becomes the basic foundation for parents to build the best care for their children. The training is carried out through several stages, including (1) preparation for the implementation of training in the form of an agreement on the implementation time, (2) implementation of hypnotherapy training with approximately 50 participants consisting of RA teacher parents (3) evaluation stage, the evaluation is to see the effectiveness of the implementation of hypnoparenting training. Through hypnoparenting training, parents gain knowledge of parenting skills from an early age by involving the child's subconscious to become an effective parenting model. The training activities carried out on three May 2020 had a positive impact on increasing parents' motivation in developing fun online learning activities at home during the Covid-19 pandemic.(Semenjak wabah Covid-19 memerangi Indonesia semua aktifitas pendidikan dilakukan dirumah, transisi kegiatan belajar mengajar dari sekolah ke rumah menjadi PR berat yang dirasakan semua orang tua. Pasalnya Sebagian besar orang tua belum memahami strategi pembelajaran yang tepat bagi anaknya, karena yang selama ini dilakukan adalah dengan cara pengasuhan metode konvensional. Pengasuhan yang terbaik bagi anak bukan suatu proses yang mudah dalam menjalankannya orang tua membutuhkan pengetahuan tentang aspek parenting skill (kemampuan mengasuh anak). Pelatihan hypnoparenting salah satu perkembangan pengetahuan di dunia parenting skill, karena hal ini menjadi pondasi dasar bagi para orang tua guna membangun pengasuhan terbaik untuk anak. Pelatihan yang dilakukan melalui beberapa proses tahapan diantaranya adalah (1) persiapan pelaksanaan pelatihan berupa perjanjian kesepakatan waktu dilaksanakannya,(2) pelaksanaan pelatihan hypnoterapi dengan peserta kurang lebih 50 orang terdiri dari orang tua guru RA (3) tahapan evaluasi, evaluasi yang dilakukan adalah melihat keefektifan pelaksanaan pelatihan hypnoparenting. Melalui pelatihan hypnoparenting orang tua memperoleh pengetahuan keterampilan mengasuh anak sejak dini dengan melibatkan alam bawah sadar anak sehingga menjadi model pengasuhan yang efektif. The activity was carried out by involving 24 Kindergarten teachers in Integrated Islamic Kindergarten (TKIT) Nurul Hidayah Sampang with material on the concept and implementation of STEAM-based Early Childhood Education learning. Implementing this service program can be stated that strengthening the Early Childhood Education unit with a STEAM-based learning approach in 21st-century education is very important to do. By collaborating methods that have been mastered by many teachers and utilizing existing media in the environment, thereby maximizing the learning process.(Tujuan kegiatan penguatan ini adalah untuk mengoptimalkan lembaga PAUD dalam pelaksanaan pendekatan STEAM di PAUD sehingga terlaksana pembelajaran dengan pendekatan STEAM secara tepat pada proses pembelajaran di PAUD. Handling a health problem in the form of basic health services in each area, as implemented in the Tanggaran village, is one of the village government's actualizations and responsibilities to deal with health problems, such as stunting and sanitation. This study focuses on examining basic health services in Tanggaran Village, Trenggalek Regency. Researchers used the PRA (participatory rural appraisal) method. Besides, data was obtained from a survey on community-related to basic health services with approximately 242 respondents from 3 hamlets. The survey results prove that there are still people in the Tanggaran village who have basic health services problems. The problems that occur do not only come from the village government, but people who are less aware of the importance of a healthy environment. For example, public access to information on health insurance is still limited at health service locations, minimal public service complaints, and community participation in a clean and healthy environment is still low.(Kesehatan termasuk salah satu faktor yang menjadikan kemajuan di suatu daerah. Penanganan terhadap suatu masalah kesehatan berbentuk pelayanan kesehatan dasar pada setiap daerah, seperti yang terlaksana pada Desa Tanggaran merupakan salah satu aktualisasi dan tanggung jawab pemerintah desa untuk menangani masalah kesehatan, seperti stunting dan sanitasi. Penelitian ini berfokus mengkaji tentang pelayanan kesehatan dasar di Desa Tanggaran, Kabupaten Trenggalek. Peneliti menggunakan metode PRA (participatory rural appraisal) atau pemahaman partisipasi kondisi pedesaan. Selain itu data diperoleh dari hasil survei pada layanan kesehatan dasar masyarakat dengan kurang lebih 242 responden dari 3 dusun yang dijadikan fokus. Dari hasil survei membuktikan bahwa masih ada warga masyarakat di Desa Tanggaran yang memiliki masalah layanan kesehatan dasar. Masalah yang terjadi tersebut tidak hanya berasal dari pemerintah desa, akan tetapi masyarakat yang kurang menyadari tentang pentingnya lingkungan sehat. Community service through English Learning Assistance for Students by Using Method of Telling Legend of Madura at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Miftahul Ulum Gunung Tangis Desa Rek-Kerrek Kecamatan Palengaan is aimed at help teacher and students solve the problems with various learning methods and media which present more exciting and enjoyable new atmosphere. From the result of assistance, it was found that students got much more interested and zealous to participate in learning proses. This community service is expected to be a model for teachers in designing more various learning activities to increase students’ motivation and interest in learning the English language.(Pendidikan yang berperan sangat penting dalam peradaban manusia tidak terlepas dari berbagai permasalahan. Salah satunya minat belajar siswa yang kurang terutama dalam pembelajaran bahasa Inggris. Sedangkan bahasa Inggris merupakan salah satu keahlian bahasa yang harus dikuasai di era digital ini karena bahasa Inggris menjadi bahasa alternatif dalam komunikasi global. Pengabdian masyarakat melalui Pendampingan Pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris Bagi Murid Melalui Metode Cerita Legend of Madura di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Miftahul Ulum Gunung Tangis Desa Rek-kerrek Kecamatan Palengaan bertujuan untuk membantu guru dan murid memberikan solusi atas permasalahan tersebut dengan variasi metode dan media pembelajaran yang manghadirkan suasana baru yang lebih menarik dan menyengangkan. Dari hasil pendampingan yang dilakukan ditemukan bahwa siswa jauh lebih tertarik dan bersemangat dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran. The potential for open application development on Android and the increasing number of people using smartphones allow them to use technology to support activities in the world of education, one of which is mobile learning. Educational games are a part of mobile learning. The purpose of the Community Service (PKM) activity is to improve students' abilities in utilizing technology through training in Android-based educational games assisted by RPG Maker. Through the making of this educational game, students can develop an interest in IT and learn mathematics. Participants in the PKM activities were students of Al-Azhar 5 Islamic High School Cirebon City who became the KIR community members. This service method consisted of three stages, namely preparation, implementation of training, and evaluation. The indicators of this activity's achievement include students being able to make maps, prologues, bring up avatars, create questions, create dialogues, battle, move one character from one map to another, and deploy games successfully controlled by participants. During the training, the participants were very enthusiastic in listening to the material and were active in making educational games.(Hampir setiap orang memiliki smartphone termasuk pelajar. Potensi pengembangan aplikasi yang terbuka pada Android dan semakin banyaknya masyarakat yang menggunakan smartphone, membuka peluang teknologi ini dapat digunakan untuk mendukung aktivitas dalam dunia pendidikan salah satunya adalah mobile learning. Game edukasi merupakan salah satu bagian dari mobile learning. Tujuan dari kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarat (PKM) adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam memanfaatkan teknologi melalui pelatihan game edukasi berbasis Android berbantuan RPG Maker. Melalui pembuatan game edukasi ini, siswa dapat mengembangkan minat di bidang IT sekaligus belajar matematika. Peserta dalam kegiatan PKM adalah siswa SMA Islam Al-Azhar 5 Kota Cirebon yang tergabung dalam komunitas KIR. Metode dalam pengabdian ini terdiri dari tiga tahap yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan pelatihan, dan evaluasi. Indikator ketercapaian kegiatan ini diantaranya siswa mampu membuat map, prolog, memunculkan avatar, membuat soal, membuat dialog, battle, memindahkan satu tokoh dari map satu ke map yang lain, serta mendeploy game berhasil dikuasai oleh peserta. This study describes the importance of training to make IT-based learning media by using Camtasia for the teachers who graduated from the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education program of Tarbiyah Faculty, Institut Agama Islam Negeri Madura. The discussion presented in this paper arises from a descriptive qualitative study since it describes the result of training to make IT-based learning media by using Camtasia software. By training the 30 teachers as participants, the result of the discussion highlights the potential of using Camtasia software media in the teaching and learning process. It can arouse the desire, interest, and motivation of students. In addition to producing student motivation and interest, IT-based learning media can also help students improve their understanding of the teacher's material(Dalam dunia pendidikan, guru dituntut mampu merancang media pembelajaran berbasis IT yang inovatif, kreatif, efisien dan efektif sehingga dapat meningkatkan pemahaman dan keaktifan peserta didik dalam proses belajar. Penelitian ini menjelaskan pentingnya pelatihan pembuatan media pembelajaran berbasis IT menggunakan Software Camtasia untuk guru alumni program studi Pendidikan Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Indonesia (PGMI), Fakultas Tarbiyah, Institut Agama Islam Negeri Madura. Diskusi penelitian ini bermula dari penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dimana penelitian ini mendeskripsikan hasil pelatihan pembuatan media pembelajaran berbasis IT menggunakan Software Camtasia. Dengan diselenggarakannya pelatihan pada 30 guru sebagai partisipan, hasil diskusi menunjukkan potensi penggunaan Software Camtasia dalam proses belajar mengajar. Dengan pemakaian media Software Camtasia dapat membangkitkan keinginan, minat serta motivasi siswa. This article results from community engagement activities in the form of workshop on strengthening competency in writing and managing journals for teachers in madrasas and schools in Kokop - Bangkalan District. This article describes two research focuses, namely (1) How to improve teacher competence in writing scientific papers and publish them in journals at UPTD Pendidikan, Kokop Bangkalan District? The results of this activity are: (a) Teachers potentially improve their self-competence in writing scientific papers and publish them in journals at UPTD Pendidikan, Kokop District, Bangkalan. (b) Teachers can manage and develop the education journal in Kokop Bangkalan District. (c) The offline-based education journal in Kokop sub-district can develop to become an online journal with the OJS (Open Journal System) platform.(Guru adalah ujung tombak pendidikan sebab berhubungan langsung dengan siswa saat proses pembelajaran berlangsung. Guru juga menentukan arah pendidikan di madrasah dan di sekolah. Untuk itu dibutuhkan penguatan kompetensi guru madrasah dan guru di sekolah dalam rangka mewujudkan madrasah dan sekolah unggul, kompetitif, dan berkarakter profetik. Artikel ini merupakan hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masayarakat dalam bentuk workshop penguatan kompetensi menulis dan mengelola jurnal bagi guru di madrasah dan sekolah di Kecamatan Kokop Bangkalan. Artikel ini memaparkan dua fokus penelitian yaitu (1) Bagaimanakah meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam penulisan karya tulis ilmiah serta mempublikasinnya pada jurnal di UPTD Pendidikan Kecamatan Kokop, Kabupaten Bangkalan? (2) Bagaimanakah mengelola dan mengembangkan jurnal pendidikan di Kecamatan Kokop Kabupaten Bangkalan? This community service theme has a correlation with the District Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) in Pademawu District, Pamekasan Regency. The functions and duties were to deal with quite complex issues concerning all religious matters including marriage, divorce, divorce, reconciliation. \"Achievement of Sakinah Families through Economic Empowerment in Buddagan Village, Pademawu District\". The study is intended to minimize divorce and early marriage cases in Pademawu community, especially in Buddagan. Economic factors are one important factor in navigating the Sakinah family. The need for solid cooperation between parents, the community, and the KUA in order to strengthen the Sakinah family in various aspects including Economy, Education, and Culture. In the field of economic empowerment, it is necessary to involve the local government and the government of the province of East Java to support capital and job training.(Banyaknya kasus perceraian di Indonesia, terjadinya pelecehan anak, kekerasan dan tindak kriminal dalam rumah tangga adalah bukti bahwa dalam mewujudkan keluarga sakinah butuh keterlibatan beberapa pihak. Seperti orang tua, KUA dan pemerintah desa menjadi komponen yang penting dalam membentuk keluarga sakinah mawadah warahmah. Tema Pengabdian kepada masyarkat ini memiliki korelasi dengan Kantor Urusan Agama Kecamatan (KUA) di Kecamatan Pademawu Kabupaten Pamekasan. Adapun fungsi dan tugasnya waktu itu adalah menangani persoalan yang cukup kompleks mengenai seluruh urusan keagamaan termasuk didalamnya adalah Nikah, Talak, Cerai, Rujuk. “Pencapaian Keluarga Sakinah Melalui Pemberdayaan Ekonomi di Desa Buddagan Kecamatan Pademawu”. Adapun tujuan penyuluhan ini ialah untuk mengurangi adanya perceraian dan pernikahan dini oleh masyarakat pademawu khususnya masyarakat Buddagan. Located in Erper Barat of Pasanggar Village, Pegantenan Subdistrict, Pamekasan, the understanding of business actors in the community is enhanced through the community engagement program (PKM). In this case, education is carried out simultaneously which results in the enhancement of people's knowledge in terms of sharia principles. Thus, they can apply sharia economic principles in their activities.(Penerapan prinsip ekonomi syariah di masyarakat menjadi hal yang sangat urgen pada saat ini.
