The demand is modeled as a function of retail price and carbon purification level. By analyzing optimization strategies of two models building on Stackelberg game, we show that too strict or loose carbon quota policy is not conducive to the maximum benefit for government and enterprises, and it has significant influences on the total social welfare of government and the expected benefits of direct emission reduction enterprise, but has no remarkable effects on non-direct emission reduction enterprise. Moreover, we also find that the carbon purification level, wholesale price and retail price are negatively related to carbon cap and sensitivity coefficient.","PeriodicalId":239892,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Service Systems and Service Management","volume":"21 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130552131","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It offers an opportunity for the creators to exploit the remaining untapped profit after the crowdfunding period. The post-crowdfunding includes the resale and normal sale stage, which involves the creators' various policies under the capital constraint based on the raised fund; however, this crowdfunding program receives little attention in academic. To this end, this paper constructs a two-stage model to examine the resale policy of crowdfunding product, in which the consumers' strategic purchasing behavior is also considered. Backward induction and a genetic algorithm are employed to obtain the optimal pricing decisions. Besides, numerical studies are also conducted to derive some managerial insights.","PeriodicalId":239892,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Service Systems and Service Management","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134262297","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This combination of a landlord port management model and of a public service port management model faces many controversies. In this article, the port governance in Ivory Coast is analyzed since the foundation of its two ports until today and the development of its ports since their creation is divided into three periods: the colonial period (1951–1959), the independence period (1960–1999) and the private participation period (2000-present). Good and bad effects of each period on port governance are presented and the challenges faced by the current port management model are addressed. Some suggestions on making new reforms for the good development of Ivory Coast's ports are given to conclude.","PeriodicalId":239892,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Service Systems and Service Management","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134397185","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

When implementing surgery grading management rules in the scheduling model presented in this paper, the higher surgery grade is, the closer the date of surgery is required, thus the delay risk cost could be controlled. This paper focuses on finding a surgery scheduling model using the result of surgery grading management rules with the objective of minimizing the delay and operation risk costs. And real data from a A-A-A general hospital is used to test the validity of model. The computational result shows the model could reduce the medical risk and guarantee the quality and safety of health care.","PeriodicalId":239892,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Service Systems and Service Management","volume":"77 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116030685","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, prior hospitality research has mainly studied CSR from the firm's and customer's perspectives, our current understanding of CSR from employees' perspective is limited. In this study, we collected data from 260 employees of four hotels in China to test the effect of CSR practices towards employees on employees work outcomes. The results showed that hotels' CSR practices towards employees not only directly influenced employees' work engagement and organizational citizenship behavior, but also indirectly influenced them through employees' organizational identification. Based on the research findings, suggestions were given to hospitality practitioners to make more efforts to undertake the social responsibility for employees to raise the level of employee organizational identification and work engagement, so as to improve the hotel performance and profitability.","PeriodicalId":239892,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Service Systems and Service Management","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129373502","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Community detection on real network continues to be a hotspot in data ming domain. As users may join multiple social circles and interest communities, and an abundance of information can be a reflection of users' preference, heterogeneous information fusion and overlapping community detection are two key issues researchers have to face. This paper presents an overlapping community detection model IF-COPRA that incorporated heterogeneous information into an integrated user adjacency diagram, based on which multi-label propagation and overlapping community detection are fulfilled. Before label propagation, user adjacency diagram is pruned to eliminate noisy relationship and vertices are processed in degree otder to enlarge the influence of high degree vertices and improve the robustness of IF-COPRA. Experiments on real world data sets demonstrate that IF-COPRA model performances better than baseline algorithms in most cases.","PeriodicalId":239892,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Service Systems and Service Management","volume":"151 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127517435","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
