Issues of the bilateral relationship and mutual influence of the culture and language of the ethnic group, the formation of conceptual and linguistic pictures of world perception are considered. The article analyzes the peculiarities of the formation of lexical innovations in the modern Ukrainian language to denote different domains of the concept of \"war\". It traces lexical-semantic shifts influenced by the judgment of military aggression and criticism of political and war crimes committed by the aggressor country. The scientific research contains the elements of axiology since the linguistic analysis of lexical innovations makes it possible to clarify the mechanisms of verbalization of linguistic consciousness that are impelled by extralinguistic factors and realized with a vivid change of connotation (sometimes from zero) to strongly pejorative. The article emphasizes that the accelerated pace of the appearance of lexical innovations is dictated by the emotional state of native speakers. Therefore the mental basis of nomination is not limited to the laws and extralinguistic reasons for language development and is a category not only of ethnolinguistics but also of psycholinguistics and sociolinguistics, because it is formed through the prism of the cognition of an individual speaker and the whole society. Groups of innovations were identified and analyzed for the indication of the following lexical fields: „country”, „military”, „mobilized”, „politician”, „propagandist”, „weapons”, „attitude to the war”. The evident fact of the dynamics of the status and functions of the Ukrainian language lexical innovations in the conditions of the current Russian-Ukrainian war has been proven. Francis and G. Kuchera are investigated (Brown Corpus, 1964).  The concept of «corpus linguistics» is defined, and some problematic aspects are described. The qualifications for using the corpus-linguistic approach in the study of dialect grammatical features of American English are defined. The grammatical differences between British and American English are outlined. \"Spoken English\" is defined as how the latter was dialectical in the United States. The American dialects and Standardized American English are distinguished. Attention is focused on comparative and legal developments in corpus linguistics of British and American English (Brown and Lancaster Corps). Discographic studies of spoken American (dialectical) are mentioned: Lancaster/IBM SEC and Corpus of Spoken American English. The peculiarities of using the International Corpus of English, which studies British and American English in philological and methodological unity, are outlined. The processes of expanding the language corpus of the American English language from 1990 till the present (through the prism of statistics from The Bank of English) are determined. The changes that caused the active spread of social networks and websites in English are analyzed in detail. A well-grounded analysis of lexical-semantic and graphic means of online communication made it possible to understand the trends of popular social networks in more detail. The English language has been directly and powerfully influenced by online communication. Social consolidation factors have determined the main influence of the English language on the Internet in general. Being the territorial native language of the founders of famous websites and social networks, it is used most actively. English-speaking users were among the first to have access to virtual communication and laid the foundation for the creation, development and spread of the Internet language. This explains the special attention of linguists to English-language platforms. The general features of the Internet English language, which is characterized by changes at the lexical, grammatical or graphic levels, have been studied. The conducted linguistic analysis of posts on popular social networks revealed the following patterns of English-language Internet discourse, namely: 1) the use of a large number of neologisms (formed by affixation and word formation); 2) frequent use of acronyms and abbreviations; 3) pseudonyms (or nicknames) are an important feature of communication on the Internet or chat; 4) special cases of using punctuation marks, lowercase and uppercase letters, emoticons (smilies) and non-alphabetic graphic signs; 5) capitalization, hyphenation, various types of memes and gifs were detected; creolized memes are the most common; 6) at the grammatical level, frequent omission of punctuation and violation of grammatical norms of the English language. Interaction on the Internet often replaces real communication needs. The central theme of taboo love acts as a catalyst for the work's spatial content, and the house's motive becomes a tool for analyzing the inner world of the main heroine. The movement of the character illustrates her worldview transformation, while the mode of housing serves as a reflection of the nature of the owners. In the novel, the heroine is constantly in motion from one residence to another, each of which has distinct socio-psychological markers. The childhood home appears in retrospect as a carefree happy world. Uncle's house in Zhovkva takes on the function of family space only nominally, so the heroine symbolically leaves in search of her own home. Uncle Adam's home takes on the semantics of transcending social and moral taboos. Adam's apartment in Krakivska Str. is depicted as a transit place. Aunt Zosia's house is a hostile world that dictates the rules and truths of others. Mrs. Beata’s home is associated with a territory of stability. The house on Kastelivka appears through an erotic code. The house of Theresa is perceived as a rigidly regulated space. The apartment at Krakivska Str. is seen as a home of your own, protected from external threats. Adam's house is the main spatial element of the novel and functions in several emotional and meaningful manifestations: unjustified expectations, danger, shame, threat, protection, family comfort, and wasteland. The analysis is focused on ways in which the researched text shows human`s solitude in the face of evil, and also on related to it biblical reminiscences and allusions. The author of the article gives rich illustrative material in order to reinforce his thoughts concerning the main ideas of Mykhailo Kotsiubynsky`s short story «Vin ide» («He Goes»). Deep understanding of the main heroes of the short story, their characters, their needs, their feelings, and their experience gives possibility for the author to develop the perspectives of their inner world. The author singled out special elements of literary description in the article and the narration, which enlarges the distance through the storing antithetical images. The author pays special attention to the parodic playful elements and the expressive role of biblical allusions is highlighted on external \"universality\" to the world of heroes (biblical allusions are barely visible in Yosel's image and not quite bright in the image of Abrum, biblical allusions acquire full expressiveness in the character of Esther). Analyzing the development of the actions of the main characters of the novel from the perspective of antithetical symbolism, the author of the article draws attention to the conflicts between the characters, and dwells on the characteristics of Estherka's monologue. The author of the article pays special attention to the particular heterogeneity of M. Kotsyubynskyi's work, which is often \"disguised\" by its consistency, to the impressionistic character of the work and to its stylistic dominance. The object of the study is the Primary Chronicle (“The Tale of Bygone Years”) and the poetry of the Ukrainian writer Vira Vovk. This topic has not yet been the subject of scientific analysis, and in the course of modern historical events, it is gaining special relevance. It is noted that in the Primary Chronicle and in the works of Vira Vovk, the image of the capital of Ukraine has the meaning of a special sacred space – the spiritual, historical and cultural center of the state. The specifics of the artistic creation of this image are considered. It is indicated that the Bible is the basis of the interpretation of the Kyiv topos in the Primary Chronicle and modern poetry. The main aspects of the formation of the sacred topos of the capital are highlighted: the sacralization of the history of the city, its role as a statesman and spiritual mission (chronicle) and the sacralization of the history of Kyiv, expressed in church architecture, symbolic images of nature and iconic figures of persons (the Vira Vovk’s lyrics). It is noted that the reason for the sacralization of the image of Kyiv in the Primary Chronicle is the desire to confirm the role of the city as the princely capital, and in the contemporary poetry of Vira Vovk – the desire to preserve the national memory of the people from destruction. It has been proven that the author’s works are largely based on historical plot-image material and are its original reinterpretation in the present. Sylvia Plath belongs to those original authors whose works never cease to amaze readers and critics. Sylvia Plath published little during her life, after her death thousands of pages of not only poetry and novels, but also diaries and epistolary heritage remained – an inexhaustible source for searching for the deep essence of the poetess. It is noteworthy that the collection of her poetry, which was published by her ex-husband, won the Pulitzer Prize in 1982 – an award given for new literary achievements. This award was given for poems that were more than twenty years old at the time. Very different topic, the mosaic of poetic style is the source of an increasing number of studies in the direction of both traditional literary studies and modern cultural, linguistic, and intertextual studies. The main motives and images of Sylvia Plath's poetic works are created around the theme of female loneliness against the background of the traditional patriarchal understanding of her gender role and personal frustration with this loneliness, using a wide range of expressive means of poetic language and linguistic structures, which found their embodiment in lexical-semantic and stylistic intonation features of the poet's work. Mastering communication as a linguistic circuit of a communicative approach allows you to avoid conflicts, improve your art of communicative behavior, correctly express your thoughts, defend your position, which contributes to social success, maximum self-realization. It is noted that a high level of social and intercultural mobility encourages people to communicate more often. Communication is one of the necessary and important conditions for the development and formation of society and any individual activity. Often \"communication\" is equated with \"verbal interaction\", but these concepts differ from each other. Attention is drawn to the fact that in the process of pedagogical activity, teachers of foreign languages should take into account various aspects of communication, its features, but in order to become a master of foreign language communication, it is necessary to have qualities that are important for interpersonal relations. The list of qualities that should be a kind of reference point for teachers in communication is considered: what to strive for, what traits to educate, cultivate not only in oneself, but also in students. It was determined that the formation of highly qualified teachers of foreign languages is possible under the conditions of formed interpersonal communication, which depends on individual characteristics, pedagogical experience, professional competence, which involves a combination of knowledge from the methodology of teaching foreign languages, linguistics, sociology, psychology, cultural studies, etc. In other words, each teacher is characterized by his own communication, which is unique and unrepeatable. Several functions performed by communication in today's information-rich society are noted. The changes and ordering of the names were caused by sociolinguistic and ecolinguistic needs and aimed at removing from the modern urbanonomicon names that were of Soviet or Russian origin, did not meet language norms, or needed to be standardized. Modern linguistic trends (sociolinguistics and ecolinguistics) in the toponymicon of Ukraine analyze linguistic violations by the state authorities in the process of naming, help to normalize and improve the sphere of naming, etc. The analyzed renamings are part of the second wave of name changes and took place against the backdrop of russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine. The events of early 2022 have accelerated the processes of de-Sovietization and de-Russification, or completed them in the territories where these processes began in the late twentieth century. The principles of renaming and the names that, while conveying communist and Russian realities, did not correspond to the onomastic tradition of the Ukrainian nation are identified. The names in the urbanonomicon of Ternopil that required normalization in order to bring them in line with reliable historical facts are identified. The principles of ordering the names and developing common criteria for naming the streets of Ternopil are indicated. Pidmohylnyi and P. Zahrebelnyi. Emphasis is placed on the fact that the local-spatial constant of the linguistic-cultural concept of the proper name “Kyiv”, reflected in the artistic discourses of artists, captures many urban and natural objects, which partially reflect the extremely complex topographical and coordinate grid of the real city. The system of urbanonyms, which represent the specifics of the individual and linguistic pictures of the world of novelists in terms of fixing the realities of the same city in different historical periods of its life, is studied. From the point of view of linguistic stylistics, a comparative analysis of expressive and figurative means of addressing the “Kyiv” mindset in the novel “The City” by V. Pidmohylnyi and in a number of historical novels and works about modernity by P. Zahrebelnyi was carried out. It is noted that the study of the verbalized constant of the local space of the city is an important issue not only for integrative linguistic stylistics, but also for cognitive linguistics, conceptology, linguistic and cultural studies, etc. The semantic-stylistic and logical-cognitive transformations of the internal forms of a number of proper names, which in P. Zahrebelnyi's artistic discourse have consistently evolved from an urbanonym to a concept have been traced. It was concluded that V. Pidmohylnyi, having “immersed” Stepan Radchenko, a rural man, in the urbanized space with its anthropogenic landscape, was one of the first Ukrainian writers of the beginning of the 20th century. conceptualized the city as a determining factor in the civilizational and historical development of society. In the artistic discourse of P.
