In order to understand practical aspects during service professionals´ qualification process, it was chosen a single case study conducted at DiPaolo Group of restaurants, in the course of a new unit implementation. Following the methodology proposed by Yin (2005), data were collected and analyzed mainly based on theoretical findings by Chun (2005), Zeithaml, Bitner and Gremler (2014) and Robbins (2005) using document review, spontaneous interviews and participative observation. Founder has been perceived as the main connecting link between brand´s reputation and employees´ formation. This study aims to identify the level of organizational commitment of workers of the distribution center Logistics sector of a company retail branch located in the interior of Rio Grande do Sul. Therefore, we attempted to describe the profile of the workers and the main impairment of the features present in the team. The method followed exploratory, descriptive and quantitative, and data collection was through the application of a questionnaire divided into two parts, first with issues that sought to define the profile of the participants and the other one based on the Model of Three Components Meyer and Allen (1997). The analysis occurred through simple descriptive statistics. The results revealed that employees are engaged in the analyzed dimensions: affective, normative and instrumental, highlighting the commitment to affective dimension. One such program is the Sustainable Logistics Management Plans (SLMP) as a way of setting goals and sustainable policies to their bodies. The Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM) the SLMP was approved in September 2013 and is being implemented. In this context, this research aims to investigate the association between individual factors and the knowledge about the SLMP UFSM. For this purpose, quantitative survey was conducted with the servers UFSM requesting individual data and, subsequently, they inform their degree of knowledge about the SLMP. The results showed that the variables \"category of server\", \"management position or direction\" and \"gender\" are associated with the knowledge of SLMP, the variables \"schooling\" and \"manager\" showed no association. In this perspective, this article aims to identify the impact of the use of information technology tools in the self-assessment of public universities, located in the Northeast of Brazil, to contribute to the development of self-assessment in the institutions and improvement of this national policy. Discusses conceptual aspects of education and technological development as well as on self-evaluation and the Institutional committee for assessment (CPA). It is characterized as a survey of exploratory and descriptive qualitative approach, based on the exploitation of primary resources, through the self-assessment reports of nineteen federal public universities Northeast, thus, intentional and non-probabilistic sample. It was therefore developed a model based on ISO 14001 (2004) and PDCA, based on the model proposed by Richard Junior (2006), resulting in five requirements, namely: 1) Environmental Policy; 2) EnvironmentalManagement; 3) Implementation and Operation; 4) Checking and Corrective Action; and 5) Critical Analysis of Directors. As for the methodology, the study was conducted from July 2014 to May 2015, delimiting the Street Market of the Chapeco City Centre, totaling 56 stalls. The study approach is qualitative. The Sustainability Level instruments have highlighted that the Street Market may suffer in the short term and survival risk with regard to environmental performance practices, as its level of sustainability achieved only 49.59%. Finally, it is clear that major gains as a Fair you get with the implementation of this Model, making it a positive factor for its competitiveness. A change which has been consolidated through social media, where people have used the social networks not only to meet the needs to relate personally, but also to buy, sell and exchange products in such a fast way which has never been seen in web history before. This study aims to analyze how informal commercial transactions occurs in social media, into nine groups of sale and exchange between members of Rio Grande do Sul, especially in Canoas City and area, at Facebook space. This research is exploratory, descriptive with qualitative approach and method as the content analysis. Data collection was carried out through participant observation and document analysis of articles, journals and reports related to the subject. Essa forma de organizacao, proveniente da Economia Solidaria, apresenta particularidades que a difere de formatos organizacionais comumente estudados no campo da Administracao, tais como a Autogestao e a Cooperacao. Nesse sentido, o artigo tem como objetivo apresentar conceitos que fundamentam a compreensao de peculiaridades relativas a Empreendimentos Economicos Solidarios. Apresenta-se, tambem, uma breve analise do Empreendedorismo aplicado a esse objeto de estudo, denominado de Empreendedorismo Associativo. Para isso, foi realizada uma revisao da literatura que trata dos temas de Economia Solidaria e Empreendedorismo. It is a productive sector where natural characteristics of the raw material, grape, are very relevant for the final product, wine, to be a quality and differentiated product in terms of market. Especially aspects of historic nature and geographical proximity were assessed. The qualitative method was adopted, with 12 interviewees – actors that interact directly or indirectly with the wine production in the city. From the interviews, factors that could contribute to the development and competitiveness of this arrangement were identified. The company operates in the Brazilian market, especially in the trade of household articles, appliances and electronic appliances. The aim of the study was the development of a recommendation plan by an organizational diagnosis improving the performance of the purchasing department, based in Business Process Management (BPM). For this, we used qualitative, descriptive and a case study, based on semi-structured interviews with key managers from the company. Good sales and increasing revenue previously masked many problems of quality and productivity. The organizational diagnosis identified that the main reason was the lack of strategic planning and a model of management in organizational practice.
