It is also meant for the elderly people. Many people with disabilities cannot manage the\u0000energized wheelchair operating joystick, sound, furthermore, hand developments as it is harder for the individual to\u0000do such specific tasks also it is programming focused. This strategy comprises of equipment which reduces the\u0000person's work utilizing the image processing method. This model comprised of a camera that tracks the eyeball\u0000movement and hence the position of the pupil by the image processing technique. And thereby the wheelchair is\u0000constrained by a user’s eye gesture in an indoor space. When the development has been initiated and it is given to\u0000the Raspberry pi for processing. The procedure relies on the feed coding and an output is given into the driver\u0000circuit. Likewise, the hindrance location sensors will be associated as an Emergency Brake that gives necessary\u0000conditions for the conventional activity of the wheelchair framework. In this study we used the single\u0000lopinavir drug to formulate the polymeric micelle. This study was done with the two main objectives as\u0000Objective:first to enhance the solubility and bioavailability of the BCS class IV drug and second to avoid the\u0000combination of lopinavir rand ritonavir and use single lopinavir to preparation of polymeric micelle also to avoid\u0000the disadvantages related to the oral administration. Method:The different pluronic (F188 &F127) and co-solvent\u0000(Tween80) were chosen & the micelles were prepared by using different Drug: polymer ratio with or without cosolvent and drug Lopinavir. Formulations were been characterized by critical micelle concentration(CMC) value,\u0000micellesize,DSC, XRD, loading efficiency, % drug loading and stability.Result:Mixed micelle (hydrophobic\u0000&hydrophilic) obtained from optimized batch shows the highest entrapment of 29%with the pluronic F68 with the\u0000use of co-solvent and the vesicle size of 0.156µm the DSC, FTIR, XRD study was also done for lopinavir and\u0000optimized formulation .Conclusion: The pluronic F68 with the co-solvent showed fairly high entrapment efficiency,\u0000loading capacity than the mixed Pluronic in combination
