Sphingosomes has an enhanced area of interest because of\ntheir applicability in improving the in vivo delivery of various chemotherapeutic agents, biological macromolecules\nand diagnostics. Sphingosome has major advantages over other vesicular drug delivery systems like high stability,\nmore in vivo circulation time, high tumor loading efficacy in case of cancer therapy as compared to liposomes,\nniosomes etc. Sphingosomes are clinically used vesicular delivery system for chemotherapeutic agent, biological\nmacromolecule and diagnostics. 摘要

囊泡给药系统具有多种优点,通过维持和控制药物的作用来提高治疗效果。脂质体、鞘体、脂质体、立方体体、药质体、乳质体、转移体是近年来发展起来的囊状给药系统。本文主要对鞘体给药系统进行综述。鞘小体是囊状药物传递系统,其水体积被鞘脂双层膜包裹。鞘小体具有增强的兴趣领域,因为它们在改善各种化疗药物,生物大分子和诊断的体内递送方面的适用性。与其他囊泡给药系统相比,鞘小体具有稳定性高、体内循环时间长、肿瘤负载效率高等优点。鞘小体是临床上用于化疗药物、生物大分子和诊断的囊泡输送系统。本综述认为鞘小体是一种具有广泛应用前景的囊泡给药系统。
