At the same time, it becomes obvious that the professional division of labor is being significantly transformed under the influence of the fourth industrial revolution and the digital economy. Under these conditions, constant professional self-determination, positioning of a person in the structure of the professional division of labor is required in order to timely form potentially promising competencies and design the trajectory of his professional development. Realization of professional selfdetermination occurs in the labor market, where, under the influence of digital technologies, the understanding of forms of employment, ways of integrating a person in labor activities is changing. There are new ways to integrate a person into work: distance employment, project employment, self-employment, freelancing. At the same time, in modern conditions, there are contradictions between the supply of labor and the demand from University graduates in the regional labor market. It shows they have considerable impact on the worldwide economic development. Family businesses take an active part in all areas of life and human activity. Although they constitute a major part of the sector of micro, small and medium companies, many of them work also among big enterprises. Therefore, the main purpose of this article is explanation of strategical management of family business. It also provides characteristics of family business, explains the essence and elements of strategical management and contains an analysis of managing family business in Poland. In the analysis, the results of research from the report “Future competences in family businesses 2017”. The report is the first report concerning that kind of research conducted by Fundacja Firmy Rodzinne (Family Business Foundation) in cooperation with Pekao Bank. One of the aims of the research was, among others, to identify the differences concerning the strategic fields of management between leaders of family managements and other family companies. {"title":"Analysis of Prediction of Current Profit and Interval Fuzzy Profit in the Case of Subsidized Projects","authors":"Simona Hašková","doi":"10.18267/pr.2019.los.186.45","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.18267/pr.2019.los.186.45","url":null,"abstract":"The analysis aims at the prediction of the present value of profit from investment in subsidized renewable energy production operating under condition of uncertainty stemming from a priory ignorance on the input side. The state of such uncertainty does not provide the analyst with any objective evidence to construct a rational estimate. The prediction procedures should, therefore, be based on intervals of possible input values. This basic principle is derived from the fact that in terms of such uncertainty there is a better chance to correctly define the intervals in which priori expected inputs are found than to correctly predict a single value. This argument is developed in the methodology, in which the formula for quantifying the profit present value is translated from the language of the arithmetic into the corresponding formula of the interval language. In the application part, the biogas station is a specific representative of the system operating under conditions of mentioned uncertainty on the input side. Russia is implementing the Concept of development of information society. Openness and transparency of municipal authorities are inherent indicative features of their democratism. We were interested in the work of local authorities with citizens’ appeals, namely, its organization and the order on the basis of Russian legislation. When monitoring the work with citizens’ appeals, the method of analysis was applied, 12 parameters and 3 criteria were used. The first criterion is availability: the actual availability of information or service at the official website of municipal authority. The second criterion is navigation convenience: search easiness of information at the official websites, logic of the sections was analysed, number of clicks from home page to desired subsections at the official website. The third criterion is completeness: integral volume of data placed at the official websites of municipal authorities. In the next five years, the number of the «third age» people, which includes Russians of retirement and pre-retirement age, will increase significantly. There is a need to improve the quality of their human capital. Under these conditions, the role of education as a resource for the preservation and development of the «third age» people grows. The purpose of the article is to reveal the problems of inclusion of Russians of the «third age» in education of various forms and types. Achieving the goal allowed: 1. To show how the state social policy should provide educational opportunities for the community of the «third age» people; 2. To justify the possibility of education to transform this community from a problem to a resource; 3. To prove the necessity of transformation of education into an intangible asset for different forms and types of professional, labor, intellectual, cultural, leisure, civil activity of the «third age» people. Our research was based on the survey results of business coaches and managers who took advanced training in educational centres of the Urals (Russia). The study found that managers' perception of business coach professional tasks is largely utilitarian and practical – “profound expertise of a problem”, “assistance in handling specific business tasks”. Business coaches perceive their tasks in a broader context – “transform mind for success”, “motivate for development”, “inspire positive changes”. Requirements for business coach activity include a set of subjectrelated, methodological, practical and communicative competences. The most important competencies are “profound knowledge of the topic, problem, business area”; “skills of a moderator, facilitator, and an ability to 'shake up' the audience”; “successful management experience”; “ability to hear the audience and promptly adjust the plan and content of training to specific requests of the clients”. Managers assess the significance of such competencies higher than business coaches themselves. Revealed differences in assessments indicate a disparity between managers' expectations and business coaches’ vision of their primary objectives.
